Airport pick up ok but I paid 111 for a round trip pick up and drop off, because I had surgery on left shoulder and was in sling. The pick up at the hotel was 25 minutes late and I had to call 3 times to try to find out where my pick up was. The one person told me it was 5 minutes out and when I called back 15 minutes later, they claimed they didn't know who I spoke with but that wasn't true! Now I'm running late for my flight and I had to catch the first Bell transportation shuttle that came by, so I'm stuck trying to lug my luggage from middle of aisle at airport into the terminal! I had 20 other people on the shuttle, so that wasn't direct either. Was the worst, most anxious private car experience ever and now I'm stuck with a huge 111 bill, whereas everyone else on the shuttle paid 12. I won't ever use Bell transportation again and Viator ONLY offered this limo service.

Major snafu caused by not having two vouchers to show vendor on full roundtrip purchase. Vendor would not let us schedule the return trip because we only had one voucher to show them upon arrival. If it wasn't for the assistance of our wonderful driver, David York, we may have had to resort to taking cabs back to the airport at the end of our stay.

The driver was waiting for us when we landed in Vegas . Took care of our luggage and asked us how our flight was . Offered us cold water . The vehicle was lovely and clean and smelled really nice. Asked if we needed to stop of anywhere to purchase anything. _br/_ On arrival at the hotel , assisted us out of the car with our luggage. Wished us a lovely holiday and stay in Vegas . Return journey just as efficient and professional with a lovely lady driver . Would most certainly use again .

Our driver Walter Williams was at baggage claim to meet us on arrival. He was very professional and helpful also a very good driver. The driver on way back to the Airport was also very good. The only problem was when we called the company to confirm return pick up they had us down for the night before, so would add for people to make sure they phone and that they have the right time and day for return pick up.

The instructions on the voucher were either wrong or not conveyed to the taxi firm, she was going to call us a no show as she was waiting in a different from where we were instructed to go. This was an awful experience. When we arrived, the limo station had no record of our reservation and on the return to the airpot I called to confirm the day before and that morning there was no pick up and they had to scramble to find a car for us. Finally picked us up 40 minutes late. Never again.

Our drivers were excellent. Both the pick-up and return drivers were on time and very professional. The SUV's were impeccably clean. If you want to travel to Vegas and avoid the taxis to and from the airport...this is the way to go. I am now a a dedicated customer.

We were still trying to find our luggage at the carousel when I spotted Earl waving a placard with my name on it. Earl came and helped us with our luggage, took us to the town car and drove us to the hotel, showing us points of interest along the way. It was a very pleasant trip._br/_ As instructed, we called the night before for transfer back to the airport. We were told that pick-up would be 8:30 p.m. At 845 we were still looking for our pick up when a Bell Trans bus pulled in, I conversed with the driver who said he doesn't do airport trips but finally agreed to call the office to check on our ride. The office had no record of a pick-up at the Flamingo Hotel. Meanwhile a van pulled up behind the bus. That driver said that he was here for an airport transfer but he didn't have a name. We boarded the van and made it to the airport. Both drivers were surly to the point of being rude. I paid up front for a round trip, private sedan, airport transfer and did not receive full value for my money. When booking through Viator, I made it clear I thought that I do NOT have a cell phone and that I was to be contacted at my hotel room at the Flamingo. When I got home, I found 4 or 5 different messages on my answering machine on my HOME phone. GOOD JOB, maybe you should find a new line of work !!!!

Having been let down previously by another Limo company we decided to book our Private Airport Roundtrip Transfer through Viator this time as they've always been very good in our previous dealings with them._br/_ The arrival experience could have been a lot better. When you come out of the Customs Hall you have to walk quite a long way to a desk outside Terminal 3. The man there didn't seem interested and re-directed us to another desk about halfway back towards the Customs Hall! We had been told to confirm our return trip with him, but he said we had to ring Belltrans to do this handing us a card with their phone number. He also told us that we needed two copies of the trip voucher, which was not obvious from the Viator documentation. _br/_ When we got to the second desk, the man there had to phone for a vehicle to come to take us to the hotel. When the car arrived about ten minutes later, it was a stretch limo and not an SUV. We requested an SUV as they are much easier to get into and out of than stretch limos as we're getting older. The driver was very pleasant and helpful, offering to take us for a ride down the Strip if we wanted, but we declined as we had been up for nearly 24 hours by then._br/_ As advised by the man at the airport we rang Belltrans and eventually after several menu choices got through to an operator who was very helpful in arranging a pick-up time. We also managed to get a second copy of the voucher printed out at the hotel._br/_ The return trip was much better, running like clockwork. We arrived at the hotel pick-up point with our luggage about ten minutes before the designated time and hadn't been waiting very long when the SUV arrived. Another very pleasant and helpful driver got us to the airport quickly and safely, dropping us right by the BA curb side check-in desk. _br/_ Next time we will probably book our transfer directly with Belltrans as on their website the SUV transfer includes the driver meeting you outside the Customs Hall.

Pick up from the airport was good the driver was there with our names but the pick up from the hotel was horrible. Called the day before to confirm and was told to be downstairs at 4:20 am we were there but the driver wasn't. Called the company and they said the driver had a 10 minute window either side of the agreed time which is fair enough. At 4:45 I called again and they said the bus would be there in 5 mins I confirmed that we had a private transfer and they said oh really? you're booked for 5:45 which was wrong and was such a nightmare. They ended up sending another driver which was an additional 15 min wait. Horrible service and not worth it! Catch a cab instead much cheaper and more reliable.
