We had a fantastic experience, we got a early morning call from our limo driverArthur to let us know what time he would be calling for us at Excalibur. He arrived on time and escorted us to the courthouse for our licence. We arrived at the chapel and everyone was so helpful the experience at the drive in window was weird but wonderful. Nothing could really ruin our experience because of where our minds were..together renewing our vows. BUT _br/_ 1. Picked up from BELLAGIO in Limousine with BIG dent on front passenger side who rides in a dented up limo??? Come on folks...._br/_ 2. The young lady at wedding window told us what we owed and automatically added 10 to minister 60 and 5 40 dollars to limo. I told her my my papers from Viator stated 50 and 35. Said they were wrong. We had to pay what she said. We had planned to tip them even more, but the way she approached the payment was tacky...no class. _br/_ 3. I think we must have gone to the roughest part of town. Iron gates, triple locked doors, abandoned buildings, rough looking neighborhood. Chapel inside was nice.. _br/_ 4. Asked for English speaking service, GRANTED HE SPOKE ENGLISH, BUT VERY, VERY BROKEN ENGLISH. At one point during the ceremony my husband said, WHAT DID HE SAY. I had to translate. BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA FOLKS. All other events we booked THRU EXPEDIA were TOP NOTCH. NEVER AGAIN thru Viator. Remember you get what you pay for.

We had a lovely wedding. The limo driver was amazing and treated us well, he let us know he was on his way to pick us up and as we were quick in the court house he took us on a tour of downtown Las Vegas before driving us to the chapel. The ceremony was lovely and quaint and unique. Very happy!

We had such an amazing day - limo transport - luxury, the venue is quaint, we wanted to do something completely different to renew our vows and it was certainly that. The minister was brilliant, the photographer at the venue very good and accommodating. We found this to be a very professional service we were contacted by email to confirm all the details and on the morning of the wedding we were telephoned in our hotel room to inform us that the driver was on his way. He turned up well on time and took us to the office to register the wedding where he waited for us then took us to the special memories chapel. He was very polite and courteous. Everybody was very nice. A person from the tour company called us to make the arrangements. The driver also called us to make sure we had the schedule and the right place to be picked up. He was very nice and gave us some tips about places to visit. As we had requested, the minister spoke in Spanish. He was kind and respectful. We loved our wedding, only the two of us, but happy to finally tie the knot. I recommend it if you want something simple and willing to enjoy the moment.

We were picked up in a limo, the renewal ceremony was lovely, photos fantastic (the DVD was cringe material, but then who likes hearing/seeing themselves on the big screen!! Lol). Amazing package for what you get compared to UK prices. The photo tour is a must, we booked 2 hour tour and the photos are top quality. You get a disc so can edit them and order prints/photo books yourself. The ceremony was quick but that was all we wanted and the limo was lovely and air conditioned - a must in Vegas! Highly recommended.

Myself and partner got married here on the 27th August 2010. The staff were helpful and friendly, as was the minister. I would highly recommend it, the chapel is not direclty on the strip, so its quieter and not "tacky" like some. Very, very, pleased we chose the special memory drive thru for our wedding day.

The limousine arrived to collect us 2 hours late. There was a mix-up with the bride's bouquet. We could have saved time at the licence office if we had been advised to complete the application form online. We had to wait in the limousine outside the window for over an hour waiting for the minister. The limo windows only open partially so the video hardly captures the event. Immediately after the ceremony the minister passes you an envelope demanding a $100 gratuity. We requested a non-religious ceremony, yet the minister still went on about God and The Lord. What should have been a quick marriage with no fuss turned out to be a 5 hour event sat in the back of a car in 112F heat with no offer of drinks and little information as to what was going on.

The Limo did turn up and hour before we expected it, which could have been a disaster, but the driver was more than accommodating & he rang ahead & notified the chapel of the miscommunication of times.
Our driver was great, the ceremony was great we didnt know how much to tip the minister. The photographer was fantastic. We purchased the extra 2 hour photo tour and the driver discussed with us where we would like our photos taken.
Our photographer was friendly & professional and she took over 200 fabulous photos.
Our photo CD was ready to pick up the very next day.
I researched so many wedding packages and the Viator Drive Up Wedding was by far the most encompassing & economical package. The Viator team answered all of my questions before I booked and the contacts from the chapel were friendly & professional.
The entire experience was perfect & and exceeded all my expectations. Thank you
