Eurostar was very easy and comfortable. The guide was very good and helpful. Unfortunately, there were too many people at both the Eiffel Tower and Musee d'Orsay. Ended up waiting for about 45 mins to get into the Tower. The line to Musee d' Orsay was going around the block. The guide gave us the option to skip this and be refunded for the museum. Still waiting for the refund. Not sure if this was a one-off or a regular occurrence. Ther river cruise was nice but could not go up to the upper deck as the water level in the river was too high from recent rain.

Participated on this tour in September 2017. Train to Paris was quick and comfortable. You are given the tickets prior to entering the train area, but you are really on your own to get on the train. No guide. Upon reaching Paris we were met by a tour guide, which took you to the bus through the back, industrial side of the station. Did some driving around but it was difficult to see anything. As for the Champs-Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe, we were too far away to see it. Yes, you could spot it miles away from the front of the bus, but that is all. Upon arriving at the Effiel tower, we were left on our own again. It took about 30 minutes to walk around the 2nd floor and grab a bit to eat at a very poor kiosk there. Then we sat around for 40 to 60 minutes waiting for the River Cruise. River Cruise was nice. I wish we would have stopped at some of the sites rather than just sailing past. From there we went to the Louvre. The bus sat in the parking tunnel for a while as another bus got stuck. Not the tour guides fault, but another amount of time just sitting around waiting. The Louvre was nice but it would have been much better to go to a museum to see the French Impressionists! From there we headed to the train station and waiting some more for our train. Overall the tour guide was nice, but you pay a great deal of money just to sit around. I would not recommend this tour unless you like quick glimpses and waiting around. It is just a marginal OK.

We really enjoyed our tour. We had a great guide. Sorry, I forgot his name. I had made a mistake in booking the tour, and the Viator operators were very helpful in helping me get a date that would work for us. Initially, I was disappointed to get a Monday tour date, as it meant the Louvre was closed, but we had a great trip. There was a small group of us on the Eurostar, and we got to know one another a bit which was a bonus. Security was very tight for the Eiffel tower, with some recent changes, but the guide helped all go well. The Musee d'Orsy was unexpectedly closed by a strike, but the guide gave us some alternate ideas, including visiting a lovely pastry shop a block away, and/or walking the grounds of the Louvre. All agreed that we had more fun than a museum would have been. The guide made good use of all of our bus travel time through Paris, pointing out many historical sites of interest and giving plenty of information. My husband agreed it was well worth the money for the guided tour.

The crowds at the Eiffel Tower and the cruise were so huge we could not use our tickets. The cruise should have been booked as a tour group and tne boat entered that way. What a wasted day! Only redeeming part was the Eurorail ride.

A taste of Paris, not much time to really experience the museum. But all in all, we saw a lot in one day.

I traveled from London to Paris on the train on a Saturday back in late July of 2017. I believed the tour guide's name was Michael, a tall man with a beard. He was a good host and informative. Everything mentioned in the tour description was available and done. Paris is a city you'll have to visit more than once to capture a lot of things. I was satisfied with my tour.

The tour allowed us to see Paris as it is visit Eiffel Tower without a line and had plenty of time for Louvre. The river ride down the Sein was awesome. We just didn't enjoy Paris._br/_ However, I would recommend the trip to anyone who truly wants to visit Paris from London

The sites were great. Could have spent a whole day at the Louvre but you're pretty rushed when trying to fit all three things. I recommend taking snacks with you. There is opportunity for quick bite at Eiffle Tower or at the Louvre. Our guide was not the best.

Where to start....not a great tour. This was our first time riding on the Eurostar. It was horrible. We had to get up early since we went on a Saturday and had to be there at 5am. Was hoping to sleep to and from on the train but was not able to. It was a party train to say. We had a bachelorette group going to Disneyland Paris hacking away on the way to Paris and a group of drunks, drinking and yelling onthe way back. When we did get to Paris our tour guide was waiting for us. There was 15 of us but not everyone got to do everything listed on this so called guided trip to Paris. The bus driver rarely spoke and had a nasty cough and smelled of cigarettes the whole trip. The guide had us to a drive around the main the sites and only pointed them out. We did not get to stop to take pictures at all. Once he finished the bus tour we stopped near the Eiffel Tower for the Boat Cruise. It would take 1 hours. He had some of us go at 11:30 or 12 and have 30 minutes of free time for pictures or food. It was a big rush. Trying to find food and use the restroom in 30 minutes is not enough time. The cruise was pointless. We saw all those same sites on the bus. We could have used that time to stop on the bus to take pictures. After we finished there, we went to Montparnasse to see the views from the tallest skyscraper in Paris. We were suppose to go up the Eiffel Tower but was told the tickets were sold out. My family and I booked a tour 6 months in advance, then Viator cancelled it so booked this one. They should have had tickets for the Eiffel Tower 6 months ago like when we booked but guess these tours wait to the last minute to get the tickets for tours so then they have to rearrange things to see. The view was nice but we had a hour and half in Montparnasse. That was took much time there. We just walked around because there was no shopping in the building and the area outside was supposedly a not very safe area according to our guide. Once we did leave, we went to the Louve. This was nice. My family and I enjoyed the Louve. He gave us two hours here but could have used extra time. You could get lost in the Louve it was so big. We did see the Mona Lisa and other exhibits. It was very warm in the Louve so you didn't need a jacket. When we all met back, our guide took us back to the train station and just said here you go and left. He got to the station almost two and half hours prior to our train leaving. You needed to be there 45-60 minutes early before it departs. We could have used that extra time elsewhere on the tour. Also, he didn't direct you where to go to make sure you got back okay or not. Overall, this tour was not that great or fun. The other Viator tours was good but this was not. I would not recommend this tour at all.

Started early, taking the 613a eurostar train at St. Pancras to Gare de Nord station. From London St. Pancras, we were greeted by_br/_ a representative from Golden Tours and given our tickets and brochure. The Eurostar train was relaxing with free wifi onboard. The rustic _br/_ view of both London and France countryside were refreshing, getting out of my usual Northern NJ city, hustle-and-bustle lifestyle. At Gare_br/_ de Nord station, we were greeted by Florence our energetic tour guide and boarded our comfortable bus to the city of Paris. While _br/_ viewing the city and her highlights inside the bus, Florence gave us the historical account of the city, its famous statutes, boulevards,_br/_ arch, river, Louvre, and of course the grand Eiffel Tower. We spent a good two hours on the Louvre and another two hours in Eiffel Tower._br/_ The scenic Seine river cruise was about an hour. Another two hours inside the bus driving around the majestic view of this great city. I would recommend this trip with Florence and Golden Tours. A nouveau a Paris.

A long day but great experience. A great chance to travel on the channel tunnel train and then experience Parisian highlights. Seine cruise, Louvre and Eiffel Tower. Pity the weather wasn't great but the city is a highlight.

Too much for a one day tour. I don't mind the fast pace, however, it seemed more like a drive by view of most of the things. I only had one day for Paris so I was very glad to see as much as I did. I learned, you need 2 days to do Paris. Not enough time at the museum. I thought we were going to actually stop at the Arc disappointed that we did not. If you only have one day and just want to see as much as you can, this is great. If you actually want to experience portions of Paris - you need an extra day.

My trip to Paris for a first timer was amazingly too short, but it was a day trip. Michael my guide was very proud of his country and knowledgeable with information shared during our tour. The bus driver was a very good driver to be able to maneuver his bus safely into such a busy traffic. the museum was amazing, so much rich art and so much history short time didn't get to see half of it. but it was worth the trip. Will travel with Viator again.

I had an amazing time on this tour. I honestly cannot recommend it enough. Booking was a breeze and the tour company wonderfully handled a problem that I had 100 created by my own stupidity. That alone would have earned the tour 5 stars.

This trip was a taste of Paris that really left us wanting more! Our tour guide Michael did a great job of showing us all the landmarks. He also provided us with many helpful tips, from what side of the boat to sit on for great pictures, to warning us about taking the stairs down the Eiffel Tower

Great way to see Paris in one day from London. Wish that viator could add a visit to Notre Dame Cathedral to this tour. The Eiffel Tower and Louvre were the best part of the trip.

If you only have a day to see Paris, this is a great way to do it. Our guide, Michael, was knowledgeable, helpful, and a good drive to boot! I was lucky as there were only 6 of us in the morning, and 3 in the afternoon, so it felt like having a personal guide. The pace, as you can imagine, is quite busy, with the Eiffel Tower, Seine River Cruise, Musee d'Orsay on a Tuesday, the Louvre the other days, and a highlights ride through Paris. But, you definitely get the sampler platter of the city that way! Michael also had some good suggestions re. places to visit in the short time we had on our own. The Gosselin Patiserrie he suggested was fantastic!

Guide didn't go with us to Eiffel Tower so I don't know what you see from the top and didn't go inside Louvre. But River Cruise was very interesting.

We were so excited for this tour, but unfortunately things didn't go as planned. In the days leading up to the tour, Paris experienced massive flooding. Due to the flooding, the art in the Louvre had to be evacuated and the Louvre was closed. The high water levels in the Seine also meant that the river cruise wouldn't be possible.

Awesome is one word to describe this one day tour. This tour covered most of Paris attractions in one day. Keep in mind that if you are including Louvre museum , its not enough time however we were able to cover one section completely. Tour guide Mike was awesome. The transport and the coordination were outstanding. Highly recommend if you are tight on time.

There were only 4 of us on a huge tour bus. We received individual attention from the guide and driver as if it were a private tour. The Eurostar experience was underwhelming but what a great way to travel between 2 great cities.

The nice thing about this tour was that we were able to visit France without the stress of not knowing the language. Our guide was prompt, but very preoccupied the entire trip. He did little to explain the sites. We were left at the Eiffel tower for 3 hours since the river cruise was cancelled. There were 2 people in our group that were having lunch at the Eiffel tower so he told us just to go find something. This would've been much better if he would've picked us up and taken us to the Louvre earlier. There's not much else to see at the Eiffel tower and I felt like we didn't get to see much of Paris.
