The driver was late and complained about the need to pick us up from inside the airport. Apparently, he did not read the voucher information that stated where the driver would be meeting us or ever picked anyone up from Terminal 5. The driver picked us up in his personal car - an Uber would have a better option. The driver was unfamiliar with Central London and needed to pull off twice for directions. We stayed at an iconic hotel that has been at the same location for over a century and the driver just could not find it and keep asking me where it was. Too stressful after a long day of traveling.

Mixed feelings about this company. Booked both for arrival and departure transportation. When we got to the designated place to meet the driver, we could not find him. I called the company, very hard to understand the woman on the other end due to heavy accent. She said he would be there in 10 to 15 minutes and stay where we were. Did as instructed. After 15 minutes we called again, this time we were told the driver had been waiting there for us all along,two stores down! We went to find the driver, and he was there lounging back against the wall. I know we had positively already looked there when we first got to the hall. And why weren't we called?? After that, the drive to our hotel was uneventful.

Although our plane was late landing in Heathrow, we had difficulty locating the driver for our transfer to our London hotel._br/_ The Customer Service rep for the local travel company City Tours was very helpful and courteous and stayed on the phone until we located our driver who was not where she was supposed to be according to Viator's own instructions. However, she was pleasant enough and knew how to get us to our hotel. Although we felt safe with her driving, she did have a tendency to flash her lights and honk her horn at other drivers - sometimes with no apparent other cars nearby. The vehicle was roomy enough and relatively clean but not a luxury vehicle. All in all, the trip was fine.

There was no one to meet me at Heathrow, although my flight was on time. There were other drivers from City Transfers UK waiting at arrivals who told me that my driver had just gone back to the car and would be back immediately. Shown to be completely untrue. After waiting for 20 minutes in arrivals, I called City Transfers and was put on hold for 9 minutes. When they finally answered, they told me to wait at a coffeeshop in the arrivals area. It was another 15 minutes before the driver finally appeared, saying he was waiting at the other end. Which, of course, makes no sense since the other drivers were waiting in the right place. Once he arrived, the driver was congenial and helpful and got me to the hotel directly. I would never use this service again.

This was NOT WORTH THE MONEY. We paid for a private pickup, as I had never been to London and wanted to see what the drive into town was like instead of taking the train. Our pickup was 90 minutes late. That's 90 minutes AFTER we landed, cleared customs, waited for luggage, made it to the arrivals area, and 20 minutes looking for our pickup. The supplier was City Transfers UK, and I found another driver from this company who looked at my voucher and said That's not me, and turned his back on me. I went to the information booth, and they said oh you should call them, they are notoriously late. I ended calling the head office and asking what the status was, the gentleman on the phone seemed quite surprised that we hadn't been picked up yet, he put me on hold and when he returned he said the driver is on his way, go to Cafe Nero and he will pick you up. Which we did...and waited. The best part was when the driver actually showed up, he seemed so angry! He actually didn't speak to us the entire time. Not when he checked our vouchers, not to tell us to 'follow him' when he left. We had over an hour long drive, and nothing...it made for an extremely uncomfortable trip._br/_ The private transfer is great, but I'd recommend against this company.

Will never use this service again. They must know that an international flight takes much more time from landing to picking up luggage and then going through Immigration than they allow. Yes we made and error by not calling sooner but we would have still had to pay extra if we wanted our driver to stay until we were ready. When we finally got someone to answer our calls, and send another driver we basically had to pay again. Seeing where we were to meet our driver was a joke. There had to be 30 drivers waiting. It was chaos and when the second driver arrived I was on the phone trying to locate him via their dispatcher. Will never go through that again. The gentleman who did finally pick us up was very nice and helpful but again not worth it.

We arrived around 11 PM and our driver was not waiting for us at the designated spot. We waited about 20 minutes before calling the agency. He found us and loaded our bags. He was not overly friendly, not speaking to us at all except to take our bags and drop us off. While we were tired from the flight, I have never been transported to/from the airport without a little chit chat. However, if you are just looking for ride to/from the airport this will get it done.

Our driver was not waiting for us when we exited the arrivals area as described in the instructions after I booked this airport transfer. We walked around for about 15 minutes looking for him. I finally called the office and was told that the driver would meet us near a coffee shop inside the terminal. No explanation why he was not there or why he was late. We waited for almost another 20 minutes until the driver showed up. The driver was nice enough but the agency office needs better customer service. I would try a different company next time.
