When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your London Docklands or London City accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24 - 48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places. Price is per person, based on 8 adults per car/vehicle
They just didn't show. When husband rang them they said the driver had been at the position 7 hours or 19 hours earlier, they couldn't decide. The problem is that the bookings don't show a time. They just show a date, so even though I put in the right time because I have OCD, there was no way to prove it. So unsatisfactory.

The overall experience was fine. The pick-up driver, was not there when we arrived and we were left looking for him. Ride into town was uneventful, with little to no communication about area, where we were staying and London in general. . Return trip, the driver was early, looked for us and made sure we had everything before leaving and had us at the airport with time to spare

The driver picked us up early and got us to LGW safely and in plenty of time for our flight. It was snowy and the roads were not in great condition but he did a great job. He was also informative and gave us some great ideas for our next trip to explore the rest of Great Britain.

The pick up for the airport was on time but in any case I wouldnt tell any one to use it for getting to the airport Gatwick it s so far away if you want a 3 hour drive ok have further idea instead they have a train use it instead much faster. The traffic is horrendous.

Our driver was on time, even waiting a little early. He helped load our very heavy 8 suitcases of luggage. He was very friendly and efficient. Needed an early departure and being on Sunday, the Gatwick Express out of Victoria station would not run it's first train until 8 am, used this service. Showed up at 5 a.m., good car and personable young man. Got us to the airport in about 50 minutes. Satisfied with this service.

It was 2am in London and we were the only people on the street out in front of our hotel. The driver came about a minute late, but that was OK with us. Transportation to the airport was uneventful and at 2am we were all very quiet. No major issues.

Horrible, the driver wars 45 minutes late, he had strong Body odour. He stunk, did not know the London area, my husband and I just made to the plane. They were calling the zones when we reached. This man should not be taking people to the airport. When he was 15 minutes late we called the company.

This was a ride from hell. It took 2 1/2 hours to get from the hotel at kings cross road to Heathrow airport. The driver took every side street in london with speed bumps that left us feel sick. He was rude and kept a running dialogue with himself on his dislike of all things London. He is from Africa. During the long and painful ride there was a horrible smell in the van. We had to open the window. Once we finally got to the airport 2 1/2 hours later he told us to get our bags out of the boot as he had to change his underwear. He soiled his pants that was the smell we had in the van. He then proceeded to climb into the back and started to remove his soiled pants. Needless to say he did not get a tip. Trip from hell and I would advise everyone not to use viator if the transportation is provided by City Transport

I called the day before to confirm our scheduled pick-up as instructed after I booked the pick-up. Because I changed hotels, I emphasized twice to the person in the office that I spoke to that it was a different hotel - the DoubleTree-West End on Southhamption Row, not the DoubleTree-Westiminister as originally booked. I was told that the driver would pick us up at 8:15am. The next morning, no sedan at 8:15 but I figured that it was a few minutes late given the traffic in London. I get a call around 8:25am asking me where were we waiting for the car and learn to find out that the driver went to the original hotel. I told the office that I called to confirm the day before and also told them about the change in hotels. I was told the driver would be at the correct in 15 minutes. Thirty minutes and 2 more calls to the office later, the driver showed up. Fortunately, there we made our flight with no additional issues but I certainly could have done without the stress of the 45 minute delay for the car.

Driver was early, vehicle was clean and comfortable. Surface transportation offers a different look at London and is important to get the whole feel for the city. However, we also took a car in so we probably could have opted for the faster and less expensive train service back to Gatwick especially Gatwick as it requires a lot of city driving!.
