Driver didn't help with all luggage...I carried most of it. Right after we got in he said he had to go to the bathroom. He stopped, turned off the car and was gone for 10 minutes and came back with food and a drink. He drove like a maniac and served. He rolled down the window and said he was sleepy.

Driver was courteous and we arrived at the airport without any problems but the driver arrived 15 minutes past the scheduled pick up time. We asked if there was traffic and he said no. I believe he should have been at the scheduled pick up point 15 minutes before the time arranged.

Basically on time, had trouble finding him since his sign read Mr. Richard that's my first name, I finally approached him. His car was not that comfortable, it was the smallest of the three,I believe it was a Toyato Prius. He also had a hard time finding the Radisson Blu Edwardian Kenilworth

We did get from the ship to our hotel in Windsor and, once on the road, all went smoothly. Connecting at disembarking area of the ship was quite awkward as there was not a pre-arranged meeting point. Most of the other private car hires met the passengers with name signs either as you left the baggage area or right outside the baggage area. Our driver was parked in the drop off area. He finally came over with a sign with our name. When we asked him how long he had been waiting, he replied 25 minutes. We had been waiting 35-40 minutes. Apparently, he was not allowed to leave his car parked where he was waiting. Had we known in advance he would be in the drop off area rather than pickup, both he and we would not have been waiting. Our pickup time had been set for 10am and he was there about 9am. So he was, in fact, early and prompt. The car itself could have been a little tidier. However, safety is always are top priority, and he safely delivered us to our hotel. Thank you.

Booked a private car from Harwich port to our London hotel. Driver was on time(to the minute), was extremely pleasant, and gave us some good information we could use during our four days in London. He dropped us at the door of our hotel, and we arranged for a pickup to Heathrow at this time. Again, right on time for our airpot transfer. I would not do this any other way, as we had taken the cruise ship bus from Heathrow to Harwich at the beginning, a grueling 3 hour plus ride.

We were very late in leaving our ship due to on-board problems. The driver and Viator office kept in touch by mobile phones and waited approx 40 minutes. The very capable driver made up for delays and took us to our London destination at the required time.

The driver was at our meeting point in about 10 minutes. However, he also picked up another two drops at the same point. Though we were dropped off at our hotel first, we thought this was a private transfer. It was a bit expensive for a multiple drop arrangement.
