Wonderful experience with our driver. On time and picked us up at our address at an airbnb, not a hotel._br/_ There was an accident on the road and that delayed us for 1/30 plus hours. The driver was in contact with the company and we arrived on time to the cruise ship. We were a party of 4 adults. Great way to travel.

Called the day before the pick up and confirmed reservation and changed pick up time. Prompt response and reservation was on file. Driver arrived early, helped with luggage (We had lots) and got us to ship in two hours._br/_
Left at 11AM arrived at 1PM. A bit expensive but worth it. Driver helped load luggage on porters cart and we went to check in.

This service provided 4 couples with transportation from a hotel in London to a cruise ship at the Drover port and cruise terminal. The driver arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time and loaded the vehicle. Before we departed he explained there might be a delay in travel time to the ship because of an athletic even happening within the city of London. While traffic was very heavy that morning we arrive safe and sound at our destination without any real major delays. We all appreciated him explaining any travel problems before we departed. This is a great service and provided at a very reasonable cost.

The car was clean and modern. The driver was not interested in talking. I think he had a language problem. The drive from our London hotel to our Southampton hotel was not pleasant. The driver drove well in excess of the speed limit on the motorway, swerved in the lane on numerous occassions. We noted that he was falling asleep several times. He had trouble finding the hotel in Southampton. We were really glad to get out of the car.

Our driver was right on scheduel nicely dressed very friendly and we rode in style. Bob and I were so surprised and pleased to be riding in a Mercedes Black Van with custom leather seats.
