All guests receive a free mini guide to help you spot the famous London landmarks including Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, St. Paul's Cathedral, Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey.
The flight on the London Eye lasts for approximately 30 minutes, the time it takes for the London Eye to revolve completely. All capsules are fully air-conditioned and rotate on a special device designed to keep everyone upright as the wheel makes a slow but progressive revolution.
If you wish to see the 4D Experience before your visit, we recommend you arrive 30-40 minutes before your visit time. You will need to return to the Priority Desk 15 minutes before the scheduled visit time. Alternatively visit at your leisure afterwards.
Children will be served delicious fruit juice along with in-flight pack and binoculars.

I had an issue with my reservation and Juan at the VIP experiences desk was very rude and condescending towards me. With the amount of money paid for the experience you would think patrons would be treated with basic courtesy. Once on the eye, our guide Giovanni was wonderful. He saved the experience

Great experience however if you allow passengers to purchase a drink from the eye bar and there isn't enough time to drink it either provide plastic glasses or advise that one isn't purchased, also we could have actually had time as once we were moved from the eye bar we then had too still wait another 10 mins!

Lovely experience made all the more special by starting off in the Champagne Bar where we enjoyed a cocktail before being greeted by our guide and escorted to The Eye thereby bypassing the queues. Glorious views of London whilst sipping a glass of Champagne. Felt very decadent and spoilt. Would thoroughly recommend paying only a little extra to get the added experience!

We had a great time on this tour! It is a nice way to get the bird's eye view of London and take some great photos. You only get one glass of champagne so heads up. If your group is on the smaller side 4 or less you will be sharing the experience w/ other people, which isn't bad. The tour guide was funny so he kept us all laughing.

We would highly recommend this tour! We were guided to meet with our group and friendly guide in the upper floor bar next to the London Eye. At the appropriate time, we were taken as a group, up a special entrance ramp, past the lines waiting for the attraction. and directly into our private glass car. There were about a dozen of us, with plenty of room to walk around and see all of the fantastic views from all sides of the viewing capsule during its smooth 30-minute circuit. We were served two glasses of champagne to enjoy, the guide was informative and friendly, and happily took photos of guests. Seemed very wheelchair accessible, with center benches and open standing areas around perimeter of capsule.

This is something you should do if you are in London. You skip the long Line and get a nice glass of Champagne. You also can sit in a bar they have and wait till your time. If you do not want Champagne I recommend you buy tickets to skip the line. Its worth it.

What was a little concerning was that when I arrived to the VIP Desk to receive my tickets I was told that there was no more room and that I would need to move my experience to the following day, which would not have been an option as we were catching a train to Paris the following day._br/_ I was told that the experience was based on availability which I really didn't understand as I had already paid in full for the trip._br/_ after fumbling around with the computer a little bit I was then told that it seemed as though there was a cancelation and miraculously they could fit me in._br/_ We were then directed to the VIP lounge to wait. _br/_ Upon arriving to the lounge, there were about 8 other people waiting so not really sure why we were told there was no room._br/_ However from that point forward we had a great time. The bartenders were lovely and provided great conversation along with knowledge of the city. We then met Ruby our guide, once again very wonderful and great personality, who led the group directly to the Eye for an express no wait entrance to the pod. _br/_ From there you could see all of the city and Ruby was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on landmarks and history._br/_ I would have given this excursion 5 stars if it weren't for the heart attack I was given at the VIP Desk. Don't get me wrong Giovanni at the desk was able to get us on, however I still am not sure why they tried to move our date to the following day._br/_ Recommend getting there a little early to ensure that your spot is reserved.

Fantastic once we got on - we tried to book 4 days in advance but were told no availability - nothing was offered as an alternative for example - go on the eye without the champagne! We complained at the front desk as the lady on the VIP desk wouldn't budge from no availability. The lady on the front desk was excellent and rang through to management - in the end we were offered a glass of champagne in the lounge and then fast track tickets on the eye. They turned loads of people away which was very unfair as its not a cheap experience. There was a French couple who couldn't understand and had not realised you needed to book in advance despite paying for the tickets for a specific day - we helped them and they got the same as us.

The experience was great, with awesome views and a pod filled with not too many people since they allow only though enjoying the champagne experience -- we had a group of 10 so a lot of room to walk around and snap pictures. The experience to get to the experience, however, was not fun. The voucher said to head to the Priority line -- which we couldn't find. The place was a mob/mess. Thankfully found someone to ask -- we'd been standing in line for the Fast Entry -- who directed us then to a line where we were suddenly second in line. Problem was so many other people couldn't find where they were supposed to be that even being second in line it took forever to get tickets. The people before us bought the wrong tickets so butted right back in before us to change theirs. Other people then butted in with inquiries. Finally when we got our tickets, they gave us the wrong tickets so we then had to butt back in front of others to get out tickets changed. The ride was nice getting to the ride was enough to make me happy I've done it one and now will never have to go through that again.
