One of the places was Winston Churchhill's war rooms. The pass was for regular entrance. When we got there we were told that it was a 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait. We waited for 3 hours before we were let in. There was a priority line and they would allow about 8 people in that line with only 2 people in the regular line. The priority line of course went much quicker and if that line was caught up, which was not very, often they would allow more of the regular line go. Of course this was in June so maybe in non summer months it is better. If your going in the summer I would suggest getting priority tickets unless you have hours to wait._br/_ The redemption office for the pass closes at 4:30 PM which I think is way to soon.

The pass was nice as it allows entry to most of the main attractions in London. However, the pick up point in order to get the actual pass is very difficult to locate and not in a convenient location.

DO NOT DO THIS. You are better off going to The London Pass store directly. Viator does not provide enough information on how to obtain the actual pass. And when I called they were not helpful then either. The way they inform you to use it, is to just pull up the pass on your phone... but you cannot do that without the London Pass barcode, which is not provided by the Viator link.

We made the most of this pass... as well as savings we had a less stressful and hassle free time.

Very good. But you have to plan your trip very good to be able to use as much as you can.

Great experience but to get the full value you need more than just two days. With only two days we were really pressed to see everything available.

Great value for money. Free entry into many many attractions. I had the three day pass and couldnt go close to fitting everything in that I wanted to see.

We couldn't ever figure out how to get on the bus, so we just walked everywhere. It's a good value if you can get on a bus. _br/_ Be sure to have all day -or do the two day one to really get your money's worht.

Was a great way to get to know where everything in town was but I had a two day pass and didnt use it as could walk to everything. London was amazing and I loved how I could walk...I did catch a taxi a few times but not far.

We were disappointed. Many entries are simply just that, an entry so you are waiting in line with everyone else. It would have been nice to know ahead of time which sites were a fast pass vs just a prepaid entry. I would have booked things differently.

Unable to use pass on cellphone. Was told we need a second card that had to be obtained by visiting office somewhere else first. We didn't have the time nor desire to brave the cold rainy weather to find the office to validate our cellphone barcodes so we have up. This was a total loss for us.

We used the 4 day pass and hit all the big attractions we wanted to see. We didnt use the hop on hop off bus much as our hotel was walking distance to most attractions. It would be nice if there were more skip the line items included in the pass so you could get more attractions in the limited time. We have used these passes in Paris, New York, and London and found them worth while in each place, it just makes things easier and you dont hesitate when you see the price of admission. Would also be nice if the eye was included.

The London Pass is so worth the money! Gets you into all of the main attractions, plus we bought the one with the Oyster card which is a must if you’re going to be in the city for more than one day.

This is a scam, we bought the pass for 4 days for 4 people, they failed to mention that the bus pass is only for one day, in addition the pass doesn't give you priority of VIP line in any of the better tours. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!

Great pass to have, this is twice I've had it in London and can't complain. Plan out what you want to do and see if the value works out for you. Loved the Royal Mews, Tower of London and everything at the bridge, don't miss Kensington Palace beautiful at Christmas. Being able to use the tube made getting around a breeze and we got to do everything we wanted to do. Get up early and get out there, lots to see in London, don't waste time.

Everything closed early including the bus tour. Waited 30 minutes in the rain for one of the hop on hop off buses to come by one of the most popular spots Tower of London. Because everything closed early that day which was not noted anywhere we only had time to do 1 item some hop on/off bus. Overall was a waste of money. Maybe during summer hours might be worth it but not over a holiday weekend.

Your was enjoyable with lots of sights to see. But this was very misleading, buying a 2-day pass does not mean you get to use the bus for the two days, it is still just one day of travel and we were giving misleading information by the lady at the office desk that told us we can use the bus for two days, only to be stopped when we went to get on the bus on the second day. This bus tour also starts later than the other hop-on-hop-off tours that seemed to be run a lot more efficiently and effective. Choose wisely.

it is impossible to do all the sites advertised as part of the attraction for purchasing the tickets._br/_ Overall, the experience and value for money is good.

Again, seemed a bit of deceptive advertising -- Hop-On Hop-Off is good only for one calendar day, NOT for the duration of the multi-day Pass.

The day we chose this there was a big cycling race and am afraid we got no where on the bus tour because roads were closed and traffic was terrible. We got off after being stuck in traffic for so long and just walked as far as we could then took a taxi. Our tour guide was great though. Check before.

I've always enjoyed the London Pass. This visit seemed fraught with issues though. We couldn't collect our passes prior to our visit to maximise our 1-day, instead had to wait until after 9.30 on the day booked. I'll buy directly from the London Pass website next time to so we can avoid this issue.

I had difficulty with the accent of the guide. Maybe one of languages offered on the tour should be American!! I also had difficulty finding the place in London where I had to take the voucher I had downloaded at home. We commuted from Cardiff. It probably would have been easier if we had been staying in London.

We are using the pass every day! It is great value! We found it easy to find the collection area. The bus was easy to access, but like all the cities that offer the hop-on hop-off bus you just need to be prepared for the traffic delays! The bus took us around to all the major attractions and allowed us to find our sense of direction before using our Oyster Cards and London Passes for the rest of the week.

Having to find and go to the redemption office wasted very precious time. Note: buying a 2 day Pass does not automatically include 2 days of the hop-on bus service. You must pay extra for the 2nd day and in order to get the best price, you must do the upgrade immediately on the first day. Also of note is that many of the attractions close very early 1500-1600 hrs especially off season as does the bus service. We were caught mid afternoon having to take the underground. Study the bus route guide before you head out, and plan where you will visit very carefully. Very easy to run out of time and be disappointed. It may make more sense to use the underground as your mode of transportation less time finding and waiting for buses longer schedules and just buy the Pass to get into the attractions.

Again, getting to the kiosk where you have to turn in your voucher for the Pass was a bit challenging. You need to take a taxi or figure out the bus or Underground routes. I would get the Oyster card, we found public transport fairly easy and much cheaper than taxis. There are a number of nice attractions included in this Pass. However, even with a two day Pass, it was hard for us to fit in more than four attractions. So, you would need to calculate the cost of what you want to visit versus the cost of the Pass. Tower of London and Churchill War Rooms were two of our favorites..

Unfortunately, I ended up in the emergency room and was not able to avail myself of the hop-on hop-off bus tour. Being as we were only in London two days, I did not have time to use it.

Great way to see London but lots of traffic which took some time to reach places. If you just want to sit and look at the locations then This is a great way to do it. If you need to get to a tour then take the train.

Very good! You just have to start in the morning so the amount you pay will be worth it. In my situation, we went to the redemtion center, and when we get get there, the lady, won't release the ID because apparently that day, Viator is having technical or system problem. So we have to come back early and they open at 9:30am which is a double trip to us. I just hope for the next people, you will not have problem like what we had. Otherwise, this London Pass is a must!

we bought a 2 day pass. The check in process was not very good. The girl downstairs did not give us any information or explain the process of finding our buses or how long we had to use the pass. We went back in and found another employee who gave us the information, passes and lanyards to use. After 24 hours we found that the hop on bus was finished. We had paid for a 2 day pass but we were informed the 2 day pass did not include 2 days of bus service only 2 days of entrance to the attractions. Also the front of the line pass did not include front of the line for Westminster Abbey, so we waited in line for an hour to tour.

The London Pass is amazing. You can stay on the bus and go around the full tour to decide which sites you want to visit or you can get off and spend time at whichever ones interest you the most. The upper level of the bus gets chilly as it is open so dress appropriately if you plan on sitting at the top. The other thing is that some of the sites are free of charge while others you have to pay. You should try to visit the one with a fee the day of the tour and visit the free ones on another day to get the most value from the tour.

Well worth the price of the ticket. Remember photo ID when picking up the ticket. Not the easiest place to find either._br/_ We certainly enjoyed out Hop On Hop Off experience and used the admission to skip lines. Would recommend this for big busy cities like London.

Hop-0n-off bus was great. However sales rep. Did not explain this pass correctly. I though that I was purchasing two days of London pass including two days hop-on hop-off bus, but that was not the case. I had to purchase one more day hop on hop off bus.

London Pass with Oyster Card is an easy, convenient way to enjoy London. It covers most of the prominent sites and the oyster card gives easy no-stress access to the Tube. If you want flexibility in planning your day, this is a simple way to skip the lines and spend more of your time enjoying the sites and less time dealing with logistics. It also doesn't take many admissions to recover your investment. The issue we had with the three-day pass was with the hop-on hop-off bus. It implies in the description for multi-day passes that you have access to the bus throughout the duration of the pass. This is NOT true. You only get ONE day pass for the bus regardless of the length of your London Pass.

The tour was good but the communication with the tour operator was poor. We had long waiting times for buses and each time we called we were given a different answer as to when the bus would arrive.
