This is a must-do tour while you're in London. Lee, our tour guide, was amazing. He had a great sense of humor, was extremely knowledgeable and had high energy. The best part of the tour was Abbey Road. Lee made every effort to ensure we captured the best picture. He will literally stop traffic! Highly recommend the all day tour and if you can book on a Sunday. There is less traffic so you can get around the city faster. When I return to London, I would book his tour again just to spend the day with Lee!!

Lee was a great guide. Great fun and constantly entertaining. This guy knows, lives and loves the music. Thank you for a great day Lee. Make sure he tells you about the opening bars of We Will Rock You by Queen. The Queen tour bus story is also a classic. If youre reading this Lee - sorry we didnt get to talk more about Hermans Hermits and 999. There is so much more I wanted to ask you.

Great tour. I forgot to write a review about this after our trip several years ago. The driver was knowledgeable, funny and knew so, so much about the London music scene. Great fun!

Our 4/13/18 afternoon minivan tour around the London of the 1960's and on, included a running commentary by our knowledgeable and humorous guide who kept it all at a peak level throughout our 3 hour drive and stop at flats and homes and venues. Along with the sites were the stories told with great detail and fun. Our Guide made sure we had our walk across Abbey Road and a visit to the nearby Recording Studio where music history was made. Extra treats included descriptions of the various neighborhoods which would have been harder to find and know about without the direction and care given by our guide. For fans of the Rock scene of that Era, this is a tour to make sure one does and if you are lucky enough, you might get our guide, who made the tour shine and gave us an afternoon to remember.

This is a great tour for a rainy day, but traffic can make some of these places feel a bit rushed. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about British rock and had lots of great stories and pictures. Definitely worth taking this tour if you love Rock and Roll.

I took the tour with my partner-- he is a huge music buff, and I am not nearly as knowledgeable-- we both had a great experience. Lee was great-- he had great stories, he knew the area, and he gave additional historical information as we drove through the towns. He took our photos and was very personable. It was great-- I would highly recommend.

One of the most entertaining few hours I have ever had. A very knowledgable and amusing host with the added bonus of seeing some of the iconic sights of London.

Interesting, but other than the engraved tour signs on buildings, we had to take the word of the tour guide that what we were shown was authentic. No celebrity sightings in the few hours we drove around the city.

I did the full-day tour on my second day in London. Lee was our guide. I really enjoyed his warm and humorous personality. You can't get more London than Lee. There was never a dull moment as he filled every stop on the tour with witty and relevant information much of which I hadn't heard before and I've been a rock-obsessive fan for 40 plus years. There was some real emotion as he told us about the final days of Jimi Hendrix and Amy Winehouse. I won't spoil anything about his part in Queen's We Will Rock You - he can tell you himself when you go on this not-to-be-missed tour.

Had a great time on London Rock Music Tour! Lee, our tour guide, was an knowledgeable, friendly guide and loved how he played tunes to go with the sights we saw! An example was Werewolves of London by Warren Zevon. Saw so many pubs, studios, clubs, residences of rock stars it was insane! This tour is a must for Zeppelin, Hendrix, Beatles, Bowie fans plus many other legendary rockers!

Our guide Lee was very knowledgeable. It was a very interesting tour covering the explosive times of the evolving music of my era the 60's. The laminated photos and the music played on route made it more relevant and atmospheric.

Great tour crammed into a short amount of time!_br/_ Lee was awesome! Quippy with a sharp sense of humor! He is a musician and has actually met Freddy Mercury! Essentially you could call out a British rock legend and Lee would have a story. _br/_ Our 22 year old son was thoroughly entertained despite most of these artists peaking 30 years before he was born!_br/_ Lastly, he risked bodily harm to get everybody's picture crossing Abby Road!_br/_ You can't put a price tag on that for this Beatle fan!_br/_ Thanks Lee!

Excellent Tour. Our guide was knowledgable, entertaining and friendly. We were really made to feel as if he wanted us to know as much as he could squeeze in to the time we had. We didn't just drive by and point out famous artists' homes, he told stories and also pointed out major landmarks and history everywhere we went!

The London Rock Music Tour was great! As a 52-year old American making my first-ever trip to London, I always knew that if I ever made it to this amazing city that I would need to take some time to see and experience some of the history of my favorite British rock bands, especially the Beatles. This tour was exactly the ticket to do just that! My only regret was that I did not take the full-day tour, which I will do on my next visit, to see even more sights. _br/_ Of particular note was our tour guide, Lee. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and personable, he also went the extra mile for us when we arrived for the last stop, the crossing of Abbey Road. Despite honking cars and at least one driver shouting at us to get out of the road!, Lee insisted that each of us get the chance to walk across the intersection for the iconic photo while he snapped away on our cameras. A great guy who is totally dedicated to his customers!_br/_ Highly recommended if you love British rock music!_br/_ Sincerely,_br/_ John Fougere,_br/_ Columbia, Missouri_br/_ USA

It was high energy and fun. They take you to some places that you would not have known were there. Most of the time is spent riding in a small bus but it was very informative. There were about 3 stops including one stop for coffee .

Amazing Tour._br/_ Highly entertaining with a charmingly informative driver/guide that had all the interesting info about the Pop history of London and the hidden locations around town. The mid tour Comfort break was at Bill Wymans Restaurant Sticky Fingers where we then booked our meal for later after the tour, the afternoon tour started at 14.00 and didn't finish till after 18.00 so it was a full afternoon. The Driver/guide took photos for us when we did the Abbey Road crossing recreation with us four doing our best to avoid the traffic. I have recomended this trip to friends who have days out in town.

Review by:   Jane F,    October 2017 Review: 3 star rating: Worth doing
Our tour guide was nice and very knowledgeable. He was very funny and disarming. He didn't always finish his sentences and seemed to enjoy a spontaneity of speaking that made tour facts really hard to follow. We would stop in the bus, he would talk or rather stammer, then drive quickly past the sights. Clear, concise info and slow a bit in the car is better especially for the folks in the back of the bus.
