The driver was lovely, but 25 minutes late and arrived after everyone else had already left the exit area. He said his company overbooked his day and he was on his way from Heathrow and couldn't get to us. Should have just taken a taxi, but we thought it would be more convenient.

Driver was not at agreed upon meeting spot upon arrival. First time this has ever happened to me using these kinds of services. I had to call the agency twice to connect with driver. Driver arrived 15 minutes later. He did not offer to help with luggage and was constantly on his phone with someone while walking to the parking lot. At the parking lot, he talked to me in a different language that was not English Don't know what language it was nor why he assumed I understood that language. Car was nothing impressive, looked like a family vehicle. For what I got, might as well have gotten a cab. Don't get this service or get a cab instead.

Chauffeur on time. We called the agency upon arrival and coordinated the meeting point at the arrivals exit for Eurostar trains. Great service whether he spoke English or not. On time arrival. New van, clean. Courteous driver who took care of the luggage for us. Can not ask for better service.

We were met by the driver Illy on time. He was courteous and friendly. What we didn't like was his driving skills. He was so fast on turns that we were thrown from one side of the seat to another if you don't hold on. He drove fast on streets as if we were on hurry going to our hotel. felt like he was on an F1 race :- I hope this will not happen to other tourists.

The driver was waiting for us at the train station. He was very knowledgeable of the area and provided us information as he drove us to our hotel. He was friendly, professional and had a great sense of humor. We will definitely use Viator again.

Arrived at St Pancras station and no sign of our driver. Waited approx 10 min before phoning the local rep. They eventually found our booking and advised that a driver would be there in three minutes. Twenty minutes later the driver fronted up. No apologies for delays etc. Eventually got us to our hotel. Not up to the usual standard of Viator transfers in fact this was the first dud one we have encountered!!

Pleased we had booked the Private transfer and the driver was their as we arrived. They always cost more than the local taxi however they are their when you arrive and you don't then need to line up to catch a cab. Twice on this trip to Europe when we have used Private Transfers I have been confident they have taken directly to our destinations because its a fixed price if I had been in a taxi and even though they may have used the same roads I would have been concerned they were taking the long way around. Our driver used a number of what looked to me like back streets and almost going 'back on ourselves, I knew he was going the most efficient way and we were comfortable the whole time.

I arrived in the station with my family and I was very disappointed to see no one appeared from the transfer company to take us to our hotel. when I called the number provided they told me that they did receive the confirmation e-mail although all the payment was made in advance and I did reply to the confirmation e-mail and they asked me to wait for 40 min minimum, I refused and took a taxi instead . defiantly will not use this service again

I arrived from London on the Chunnel Train and my driver was right there to meet me. Smooth transfer to the hotel but traffic is horrendous - obviously no fault of the driver. Very pleasant and friendly. This made is so easy and he handled all my luggage. Way better than trying to shlep your bags onto the tube.

Driver was not there when we arrived. We called the number and a lady told us that the driver had to leave for some unexplained reason, but another driver would be there in 15 minutes. After waiting half an hour we called back and there was no answer, so we called the emergency number given and someone told us there would be a driver there in another 15 minutes. Finally after an hour we were contacted be a driver who directed us to a pick up spot, but he was not there. After another 10 minutes we found the driver who finally took us to the hotel. the last person was apologetic and was professional, but we were an hour and a half late returning.

Once arrived in London from the Eurostar our driver was waiting for us at arrivals. Our car was brand new and very clean. He took us straight to our hotel. I would recommend this company if you require any transfers.

Everything went wrong. My driver did not show up. I had to make an international call to find out what happen. My driver then dropped me around the corner from my hotel, unloaded my son and I luggage and said you can mange. It's just right there. He then had his hand out for a tip. Are you kidding me?

It can't get any worse than this! With 4 passengers and 8 pieces of heavy luggage plus carry-ons, and looking at all possibilities of some person holding a sign with a name, it became clear that no driver ever showed up- although there were a number of other drivers who did show up for other passengers. Your team in the US told me when I called for information on a Kings Cross pick up to a Heathrow hotel that you didn't pick up there, only at St. Pancras. How far are the two stations I asked. They didn't have any idea. I googled it after I was off the phone and found out they were across the street from each other why couldn't the agent do this? so I booked the pick up at St. Pancras but knowing you don't pick up there, under special instructions wrote that my train was arriving at 2 at Kings Cross so you'd know I had to make the trip across to St. Pancras. An hour after arrival and waiting at St. Pancras, and after several calls I found out that Viator doesn't do the pick up but hires others to pick up and that the company they hired out does do pick ups at Kings Cross which is where our driver was sitting for an hour waiting for us as we sat for an hour waiting at St. Pancras and trying to get messages on the phone to the driver. We were stressed at possibly missing a pick up and they were annoyed that we were waiting at St. Pancras when they pick up at Kings Cross. Not a great experience!

Unfortunately our transfer from St Pancreas Station to our hotel was over an hour late. We phoned the company who Viator uses and to be honest the excuse of traffic was busy did not appear to be accurate as when we got finally into our ride there was little traffic around. I feel this was just an excuse as the driver said he got the call but was on other side of London somewhere.

The gentleman formerly from Portugal sorry I forgot his name was very polite and was nicely attired with a sign with my name. Viator advertisement stated a drive will be at the platform entrance holding a card with the name of the principal traveller. NOBODY to meet us and we had to call the London Transfer Office several times before getting some response. A driver arrived 70 minutes later and told us the Office had just called him and advised of the booking. Disgraceful.

I WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. My family party of 5 adults travelled by the Eurostar train from Paris Gare du Nord station to London St Pancras station. We were informed in Paris that our train would be delayed one hour, because of a suspicious package. Out of courtesy I rang the Viator Booking number of the car that would be meeting us, just to let them know that we would be 1 hour late. When we arrived at London St Pancras Station, there was NO SIGN of our driver. Eventually after a 10 - 15 minute wait, we saw a man walking slowing up as if he had all the time in the world. He was holding a sign level with the top of his thighs, we could not see the name on it - NOT IMPRESSED, considering we gave him the courtesy of ringing, he could have at least been on time, also he could have held the sign up higher so we could see it._br/_ Apart from all that, he then informed us that his car was too small to take 5 adults and all our luggage, which was 5 large bags and 5 medium bags....AGAIN, NOT IMPRESSED._br/_ It was only at OUR SUGGESTION that we nurse our medium bags, that the five of us, plus all our luggage, could fit in._br/_ At the time I booked this car, I clearly stated on the application form that we would have 5 large bags and 5 medium bags. I guess it was not the driver's fault because, had his office read the form correctly, he would have known to bring a larger car. There seems to be a lack of communication between your office and your drivers.

This was my first visit to London and when met by the driver he asked two obligatory questions, where are you from and are you here on business, beside a grunt when I exclaimed that I just saw a building with my surname plastered on it the driver said NOTHING. It's was only on my 3 day bus pass later when I discovered we had passed so many important monuments, I am not asking for in depth commentary but a acknowledgement of what is there. It was an awful start to my short stay here and I probably would asked for a particular type of driver.
