Loved loved this dinner cruise, food was on point the free wine and dessert where fantastic! We had a great waitress from Poland, forgot her name but we had some awesome conversations also got the chance to meet the manager beastress she was great she cares for her staff and it shows!! Recommend!!!

Overpriced and disappointing. The amount of food was disgraceful for the price paid. There was meant to be entertainment for the evening and i sincerely thought we'd be able to have a dance...well. i would have paid the woman to stop singing!!!!

I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was much better than expected, and the river ride was longer than I expected. The best thing I have to say is that because of the power outage at the Atlanta airport, we missed our flight, and therefore, missed this tour. Since it was past the time where I could cancel and get a refund, I thought my money was forfeit. I emailed them to try and rebook for later in the week and they did! So I was delighted. I should add that they did not email me back, so unless I had called, I would not have know about the rebooking. Persistence pays.

The food is very good but the service is very slow. If you come early to the place, make sure you ask for the window seat so you can at least enjoy the view while waiting for the very slow food service.

This was a lovely dinner cruise, however, be advised there is a dress code which we did not bother to read. Luckily we arrived early enough that we could purchase inexpensive shoes as we could not wear tennis shoes. Only one member of our party needed a complete outfit as he was in a T shirt, cargo shorts and tennis shoes. We had been out touring all day this was a nice ending to a fun day.

On my first evening in London, I and my companion chose to take the premier dinner cruise along the Thames River, with Bateaux Cruises. Excellent choice! The food was very high quality and included bottles of wine, live music. It was my first trip to London and this was the PERFECT way to achieve an overview/introduction to the city. The city at nighttime is breathtaking and we could hardly stop taking photos to eat. It is a feast for the stomach and the eyes. Highly recommended!! You will not be disappointed.
