We are not visitors to our lovely country but have never actually been up the river Thames before. Were very disappointed as did not see any of the famous buildings - guess we went the wrong way for the Houses of Parliament and didn't get as far as the London Barrier. Did we really want to see all the modern glass structures!!! Or London Bridge painted blue - and not even a matching blue!!! The food was excellent, but would not recommend this trip to foreigners who would expect to see more of our historical buildings. A few small, original, pubs were pointed out - but not of any great interest. Visitors would probably be better off on the London Eye - but as I have not done this either then am not sure.

The overall experience was ok, but the biggest complaint was that the boat was HOT and not ventilated very well - every other customer was fanning themselves with menus because they were so hot, and staff said there was nothing they could do. Even the drinks that were brought out were all room temperature, and we had to specifically ask for ice just to get a reprieve from the heat.

This was one of the last items on my itinerary before leaving London and I was really looking forward to it. Upon arriving at the pier, they had a nice sitting area for you to wait before docking the boat. The dress code is smart and it was nice to see everyone really abiding by it. Made the experience feel really classy. The weather on this day was windy so the boat was rocky, which would have been fine because the boat travels so slow, but unfortunately it was also quite sunny on this day and the all glass boat became uncomfortably hot and stuffy. The mix of the rocking and the heat made the ride uncomfortable for me and others on the trip. The plus side was that the food was delicious!! The wait staff were all very polite and the pre-recorded tour guide speaks to you over the loud speaker and it is perfectly timed so that you can enjoy your meal while also enjoying the sights. I never felt rushed or like I was missing anything. I would suggest this tour to others but with the warning to wear proper layers so that you may be comfortable incase you are hot natured like I am. The company also offers dinner cruises, a Sunday jazz brunch and even afternoon tea on the same boat.

They lost our reservation but made it good in the end by even upgrading us to the premium package._br/_ Took them 35 minutes before they let us know that was the case._br/_ The cruise was nice, beautiful day and food was good. Entertaining lunch companions at nearby table._br/_ Alot of history and with the good weather, a lovely trip, after the paperwork issue.

An excellent lunch with excellent service and just enough commentary. An ideal way to see the sights from the river. Very relaxing and allows you to recharge your batteries after a busy morning and in preparation for further activities.Highly recommended.

the tour is ok, but the agency is not good. they told us to board the wrong boat, we ended up being late to board the boat we booked, and got another seat on another boat. The seat we got was not good, and the board was not as nice as the one we booked.

We had a beautiful day for the cruise and the view from the Thames was great! I wish I had known to request a window table. The chicken was dry but otherwise the food was good. The people were very nice.

Everyone loved this tour. The boat was comfortable, clean and had a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious, plentiful and well presented. The guild tour was informatitive, although, sometimes, the engine was rather loud but it didn and #39;t matter- we were enjoying London by boat!! It was BRILLIANT !!

Great food and view. Great service. Did the Paris cruise at night two days before as ND that was was wonderful. I gave 3 stars given it started late and finished around 45 minutes later. I had my time booked for the evening and that delay really screwed our afternoon. Other than that excellent trip.

The catamaran was nicely set up for our arrival. We had chosen the premium lunch cruise. We had a table at the window and a lovely bottle of wine. The staff was very cordial, willing to help in any way. I am gluten free so they accommodated the menu to meet my needs gluten free bread with the appetizer and fruit instead of tart for dessert. The food was nicely prepared. We would recommend.

The cruise is OK, you can see all the buildings around the Thames, but on the food , unacceptable for the 3 courses, unbelievable the chicken is no taste and dry, not recommend for the Lunch Cruise, just only the cruise!

The people, waiters and staff were amazing. What can you say about seeing the Tower Bridge, Big Ben, London Eye and London skyline from the Thames river. Absolutely beautiful!
