I rated this tour low because of the cost. Because we toured so much on the first hop off, we were too exhausted to hop on and off anywhere else. Also time was a factor. It would have been considerably less expensive to just use my London Oyster Pass I purchased instead...6 GPS instead of 18 GPS I paid for this pass.

Had a wonderful time. We caught the Roamer right across from our hotel, The Park Plaza River walk, and went to Greenwich. Really enjoyed the trip. Hit Canary Wharf on way back. Best way to travel.

Wonderful way to get around London! Comfortable, clean boats with professional and welcoming crew. We rode the entire circuit with our River Roamer tickets and simply enjoyed the comfort of seeing the city while resting our overused feet and sipping a quite good Cappuccino. I'd highly recommend the Thames Clipper River Roamer: Hop On Hop Off. This is one we will do again when we return.

Have taken hop on hop off bus so I thought I would try a hop on hop off boat. It was fun and the weather was perfect for it. Like a bus, you have to figure out how to get around, one boat will take you so far, then take another to get further. The lines are a battle as these are water buses, not a tour. So, unlike a hop on hop off bus, these water buses are used for general transportation by locals too. If you get an early start, you won't have too many problems, but leave enough time at the end to get back..watch the schedule. Some of them have concessions to buy coffee, tea, water, beer and wine. This is a plus at the end of the day.

Very easy way to get to the most popular sight seeing sites with no traffic. A great way to see the beautiful bridges of London. Boats were clean and staff was friendly. Wait time was no more than 10 minutes.

I kind of expected a narrative of some sort. Long wait in line, and no narrative. Still, it was interesting to see the sites from the river perspective. It was relatively fast, once we were under way, and efficient at the stops.
