The production of Wicked was outstanding, but securing our tickets in the one hour window with the crowds and extensive lines was awful! The pre show dinner was a great disappointment. Very poor service, didn't seem to care if we were there or not. Never did get our coffee or desert and had to race to get to the theater. The theater was much further away from the restaurant than described in the tour information. Theater was fantastic, dinner we could have skipped and felt much better about the tour.

Wicked was awesome. The restaurant's food was very good, but the service was incredibly slow. We had to leave very quickly to make it to the theater in time. I would just recommend just getting the tickets for Wicked and planning to do dinner on your own.

Not a guided tour, but great all the same. Really, for this one, they just made your dinner reservation and picked out good seats for the musical. We really didn't price out otherwise, may have been cheaper to DIY, but was nice just having it done.

We decided to collect our tickets earlier in the day and decided to upgrade to the lounge experience which included a glass of champagne and an ice-cream, well I was so glad we did as we whizzed past all the lines of people to be escorted to a private little room shared with 3 other couples. We were waited on with our own private bar for drinks then taken to our seats just before the show began, the made our way back at the half time mark for more refreshments and the beauty of not having to Que for the loos. We had fantastic seats and would highly recommend booking with Viator.

My husband and I really enjoyed this musical. I now think of the Wizard of Oz in a different light. The theatre, costumes, voices, stage effects and plot was awesome. I would have no problem at all recommending this Musical to anyone from 5 years to 105! The evening we went there were young children present. I over heard several tell their parents how great the show was. The little boy, a row down from my seat was mesmerized the entire night. If you have not attended the show....you have to go.

Fabulous! I had been dying to see this show...it did not disappoint and to see it in London made it a special experience! The theatre is right across from the tube station, but we took a taxi and got dropped off a couple of blocks before the theatre where there were a variety of nice restaurants for before the show dining.

This was an incredible way to spend our last evening in London. We felt that the performances were better that those in New York and the show itself is a powerful assertion of freedom and individuality. Access to the theater is simple as it sits next to Victoria Station.

Wow. What a show!! And Wow what incredible staff. A special staff person is assigned to watch for clients with disabilities - Cherrine I believe her name was. Our tickets were changed to reduce use of stairs and tricky navigation to our original seats. Pre-seating was provided and at the end of the play, we were escorted out. Fabulous service.

Good dinner before the show. Had difficulty finding the restaurant as it had changed name between the date of booking and date of use of the voucher. It would have been useful to have been advised of the change of name. Show was very good. Seats were in the stalls towards the right side of the theatre so a good view of the stage.
