I booked this service for my daughter and her boyfriend. About a minute after the van, Supershuttle, dropped them off at the hotel, my daughters boyfriend realized that he left his sunglasses on the dashboard. They were the last passengers dropped off. He called the main phone number to see if he could get the number of the van driver so they could come back. The company said to fill out an on line lost item claim form which he did immediately. He received a response that nothing had been turned in. I would not use Supershuttle again.

Make sure to confirm your reservation directly with the provider a few days before your trip as they did not have our reservation. Wait at the airport for shuttle was not too long.

I wouldn't recommend taking this service ! The supervisor from Super-shuttle was rude and threaten me when I commented on how unorganised their service was. We waited for nearly 2.5 hours before they gave us a yellow cab voucher and asked us to catch a cab to our hotel instead. Please do not waste time and money on this lousy shuttle service provider !

This was the second time we have used Super Shuttle and I will never book them again. The driver decided when he got to Anaheim that he would take us to some random hotel that we were not booked into and when we told him it was not our hotel got very huffy. Once we arrived at the correct hotel he decided that it was better to park hanging over the road and also unloaded our luggage on the road rather than not he foot path to the side, I will never use them again and would not recommend that anyone else does either, plenty of other reliable services available.

Girl at check in at the airport did not notify driver that we had a voucher, so there was a lot of muttering and delay caused by that. Driver was rude and seemed to think the tip we gave was too small. Probably one of those things as the trip back to the airport with the same company was okay and driver great.

There were lots of confusion amongst the drivers as whom they are meant to be taking. This resulted in a lot of wasted time and huge delay before we got onboard. _br/_ Driver was very impatient and careless with the bags. He broke one of our new bag handles and didnt care about it and just drove off.

The wait a the airport for pick-up seemed inordinately long, especially considering the number of cars on duty that looked empty._br/_ The one that did pick us up had 3 drop-offs. Our trip was calculated to be 4050 minutes google but took more like two or two and a half times that. The driver went beyond our destination suburb to the furthest drop-off first, then the second and us last even though we were the closest destination to the pick-up point. We ended up wasting nearly the whole day because we got to the hotel much later than we wanted to and didn't have time up our sleeves for the rest of the day.

Upon arrival at LAX the directions were easy enough to understand, we had to wait for a driver that was going in the Anaheim direction and that did not take to long. The only issue was that the driver was not very happy with the fact that the booking had been made and paid for on line and he was not able to charge more. This was a shared ride with up to 11 people and boy did he make sure he pickup up 11 people, All in all it was ok and was better than paying the huge price of a taxi for the 45 minute drive, if I ever go back to LA I would use the service again. We arrived very late into LAX and having to meet another passenger coming in from Canada it meant we had to wait until very late to get our transfer. The driver was very welcoming. We ended up on a shared ride when a direct trip was booked due to the lateness and the fact we had small children with us. The number of shuttles going to Anaheim could have been more regular.

Landed in LAX, followed the directions to the Kiosk, no one there... Called Viator, very rude, couldn't find my reservation - even though I had received numerous emails informing me that my trip was coming up. Transfered me to Super Shuttle, no answer and was disconnected. Called again, same scenario, then a van pulled up and told us to go to the next terminal. So all 7 of us youngest 2 walked to the next terminal. Told the attendant my name and showed him my voucher and we were on the next van. Not sure why Viator couldn't help me...

I booked this trip from Bangkok - looking for a shuttle to get back home. When I got to LAX could not find Viator anywhere... the info booth sent me to Super Shuttle. Super Shuttle would take the coupon, BUT they had to have a printed copy... back to I booked this from Bangkok with no acces to a printer. After over an hour of trying to find a printer in the airport - dodging protesters - a contract security person finally took pity on me and printed the receipt. Totally not user friendly system. This was not what I was looking for after a 28 hour trip. Finally made it home 3 hours after clearing Customs - ridiculous hassle - will not use this service again!!!

This is an easy company to find outside the terminal but the promised wait of about 10 minutes turned in too 45 minutes which after a long flight and it is very hot is not what you want. Having said that i could see why when we commenced onto the motorway because it was leaving work time and it was almost at a standstill and there were loads of roadworks so that explained why there had been a long wait for the bus to arrive. Also i had to give the address to the driver of the hotel as he tried taking me to the wrong hotel.
