The trip was easy. Easy to find the Shuttle Express coordinator on the curb outside of baggage claim. We waited about 15 or 20minutes for the van to Long Beach Cruise ship port, but the price was about half of a taxi or other transportation. The driver was safe and courteous and dropped us off right at the cruise ship check in. Very good value.

Interesting trip through lots of neighborhoods, as we dropped off people at their homes along with those going to the cruise ship terminals._br/_ Allow lots of time...we were on the road a couple of hours. I would book it again...inexpensive for sure!

Since we already had a reservation, we expected for the van to be waiting for us. We had to wait for half and hour. In that case there's no point to book your ride in advance, you can just go the curb and ask for the service right there._br/_ The driver was using his cellphone while taking us to the port.

The dispatcher and driver were friendly. They made sure that we're right to our destination, comfortable and on time. It was the most reasonable price compared to the rest of the shuttle/door-to-door rides going to Port of Long Beach. Because of their good service, we just looked for this same company shuttle in going back to LAX right after our cruise and true enough, even without reservation, they're there.

The transfer was a value, however, the shuttle pick up was a bit dis-organized, as we waited a long time at LAX for our shuttle to pick us up. The driver was good, but he did know the drop off points for the different ship piers at the port, so he had to as someone when we got to the port.

First shuttle refused to take us claiming we had to see the man at the counter, which we already did and verified our reservation. Went to see him and found him gone on a break. In the meantime, shuttle took off. Second shuttle reserved showed up thirty minutes later. Told him we were going to the Ruby Princess ship. Dropped us off at the wrong terminal. Had to request a wheel chair to take my wife to the farther pier to board proper ship. Will not use or recommend shuttle service to anyone. Beware!!!

It was easy to find the dispatcher outside luggage pickup. The driver let us know that he didn't like Viator coupons as he made much less money. Other than that uncomfortable bit, it was a nice way to get to the cruise port.

The shuttle trip itself was fine, although long because the dropoff points for passengers were spread out. The low rating is due to rude passenger service at the airport pickup point. The Super Shuttle person at the pickup point was surly and wouldn't answer my simple question about when the next van would show up. When Super Shuttle vans continued to pass by, he wouldn't why. Eventually he reluctantly gave me the number of the van that I would take. I don't know why he wouldn't give me that information right away.

Over an hour wait at LAX for the port of Los Angeles. It was really chilly and the representative could only give us guestimates for when the shuttle would arrive. Lots of other shuttles came and went.

SuperShuttle had me....and my kids....waiting close to 2 hours. The driver would not take our voucher at first. Then we had someone going to a private home on our trip, so it took even longer. Fortunately Princess cruises had delayed our departure, for cleaning. Otherwise we would have missed our cruise. I will NEVER use this service again.

The Van showed on time ,but the full van had to wait for a customer who was getting himself a coffee took 15 minutes driver was asked numerous times by other clients to leave the late customer. when we finnaly arrived at the terminal the driver asked for the voucher, I a presented the voucher ,he said no I need the other paper ,I told him the instructions to proceed is all I had and that I discarded at the time of boarding van , he made a big scene at terminal and was going to get me arrested unless I paid him, I ignored him and proceeded to terminal. bad vibe from driver.suffice to say I did not tip him.
