We arranged the shuttle service from LA Port to the LA Airport for the end of a three week cruise. We were a bit concerned as to how it would work as we had no idea on the logistics of LA. We could have booked a transfer with the cruise company but that was 120 each! as it was we paid Super Shuttle 29 for both of us! The super shuttle bus was there ready and waiting when we exited the cruise terminal and the journey was very efficient - we actually arrived before the folks that had booked the cruise transfer. _br/_ We were really impressed with the whole experience!

Our disembarking from the ship was delayed but when we finally got off and after going through immigration we found our shuttle with no problem and we filled up the shuttle and we taken immediately to the airport. Couldn't have been better.

Dont use Viator to book your trip! They screwed up our pickup from the airport and from the pier to the airport. The driver NEVER showed up and we were 2 hours late getting to our ship and nearly missed the departure of our cruise, When I called the numbers they gave me for Suoershuttle it kept disconnecting me. When I called Viator to see where our ride was, I was on hold for over 25 minutes each time, Ill never use this POS business again and will find different ground transport next time.

Our paperwork said the bus would be found at the left end of the ship terminal but with no signs to tell us where to go we finally found the shuttle bus at the far right of the pier. The number on the sheet to call was answered but was a wrong number. The driver however was very nice and helpful.

A little bit difficult to find someone to ask for the Shuttle or the place to go for the Shuttle._br/_ To call Viator one day before the Transfer will starts is very expensive for Not Americans - we are from Germany. _br/_ The Transfer was very good, kindly staff and the Driver was very helpful.

We took the shuttle for both from LAX to Cruise terminal and from Cruise terminal to LAX. The both went well. The both drivers were very good. The one to the cruise terminal was a little late than expected due the fact that the originally dispatched driver changed his mind. The next driver took some passengers who were not going to the cruise terminal, but we did enjoy the sightseeing, taking a little longer though. Overall a good experience.

We used Viator to book Super shuttle for trips from LAX to our cruise ship and then the return trip from the ship back to the airport. I am really glad I found them online. We were a group of 4 and our rate for all 4 of us was only a few dollars more than Princess Cruises charges for 2 people. The whole process went so smoothly. The shuttle check-in booths are right outside the baggage retrieval terminal. Our shuttle arrived within 10-15 minutes. On the return trip we had about a 15 minute wait but got back to the airport with plenty of time to take our flight. Be sure to print out at home or work the shuttle paperwork with barcodes. These are required when checking in. Viator handled everything for me when I called to arrange my trips and approximate times. We will use them again.

We were in the first group that came off our cruise ship using express walk off and were a few minutes earlier than our booking time of 8:30 am. We had to wait about 10 minutes before the Super Shuttle representative showed up. She looked at my voucher and told me that I should have called and confirmed with Super Shuttle, even though the Expedia voucher said it is confirmed. Frankly, I wouldn't call ship to shore just to confirm a shuttle ride. In spite of that, the van driver had no problem accepting my voucher. Trip to LAX was uneventful on a Sunday morning.

Our Voucher for our Shuttle Bus had the name of Viator on it. When we got off our cruise ship in the Port of LA, we ask some of the workers where to find the Viator Shuttle Bus. No one had ever heard of it. Our voucher said to go to the Taxi stand. We went there, but there was no bus that said Viator on it. Finally, a Super Shuttle Bus came along and that turned out to be our bus! However, when we showed our voucher to the driver, he said our confirmation number was incorrect. I tried to call the 800 number to get help, but could not get through. The man finally accepted our voucher. However, we were the only ones on the bus, so he had to wait for more people. One other couple came along and they had no reservation. He offered to take those people for 17.00 each, cash. We had paid 18.65 each for our reservations! We were pretty upset about this, but we said nothing because we still had to get to the airport. We sat waiting at this place for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for more people. Then the driver went over to the other cruise ship and found enough people to fill our bus. It is a good thing that we had plenty of time to get to the airport, because we must have waited 30 or more minutes to fill our bus before leaving the port. Once on the freeway going to the airport, everything went fine. The Viator company needs to say on their voucher that the name of the Shuttle Bus is Super Shuttle. No one ever has heard Viator. Also, everyone should pay the same price. People with no reservations should not pay less!

Since we already had a reservation, we expected for the van to be waiting for us. We had to wait for half and hour. In that case there's no point to book your ride in advance, you can just go the curb and ask for the service right there._br/_ Hope you can improve in this matter.

A nightmare! We inform the official at the airport where we are going and showed him the reservation papers. He tells us the bus number and that it should be at the airport within fifteen to twenty minutes. A half hour later it shows up, I show the driver my reservation and informs me I have to see the man at the booth, which I had already done. Low and behold, that man went on a break. By the time I returned to the bus, it took off, with seats available, mind you. Ten minutes later, the man in charge at LAX finally shows up. I inform him the bus left. He sets up another bus and we waited another thirty minutes. If that's not bad enough, after arriving at the port, the driver of the newly assigned bus lets us off at the wrong terminal where a porter took one of our luggage and takes it in the warehouse to be delivered to the ship. Wrong ship!!!! Luckily at the terminal entrance, they informed us and we were able to just get our luggage back in time. As a result, we had to walk a long ways to the proper terminal carrying all our luggage. Do not recommend!!! Better to hire a camel. If this review does not show up on the internet, I will pursue that matter through other channels.

We booked a transfer from port of San Pedro to the budget rent a car at LAX. We were at the pickup place waiting for over one hour. We tried and tried to contact the service super shuttle, and there was no answer. Many others were waiting as well. We stopped several super shuttle vans and none could help us. We called Viator directly acting as a travel agent because super shuttle would not answer the phone. When we got through to Viator as a travel agent the person tried to help by calling super shuttle BUT they could not get through to Super Shuttle either. The woman came back on the line and told me they could not get through and she would send an email. Well another 1/2 hour went by and I stoped another super shuttle. The driver, a ice guy named Yuhumal, said he had a group he had to pick up in a while. We asked if he could take us to the airport first. Final he felt bad for us and 4 others and took us. He took us and dropped my wife and me at the budget place. He was the only saving grace for this transfer. Meanwhile when I was talking to the Viator Girl on the phone and did not have a ride nor could she help us to get a ride when the call was ending she had the Gaul to ask me if I wanted to book another tour with Viator. I asked her if she was kidding, and told her I would never book anything with super shuttle or Viator again. She hung up on me. This was an awful experience. Never use Viator. But thank you Yuhumal!

pick up very quick.....however it took over 1 hour to get to the airport as the driver took us all over LA to drop off a couple at their home.....it was not on the way. We were not told this was going to happen before we got in the van. 2 other couples were going to the airport also and 1 was quite concerned that they would miss their flight.

I was really nervous about this as I had read a large number of critical reviews. The only issue was trying to confirm the trip two days prior by phone. That was an absolutely pain in the butt, very long hold periods, dropped calls etc. WE were docking at 6:15 AM and had a noon hour flight. I wanted to make sure we would make it to the airport with the two hour advance as required. Princess cruises has a great disembarkation system so we were on the dock by app 7:40. We only waited 20 minutes and a shuttle was there so we made it with plenty of time. If Viator could clean up their confirm by phone system it would be great!!

Got off ship quicker than expected. Went to Super Shuttle stand. Agent looked up reservation and said we could get on a shuttle that was just arriving. The shuttle was over an hour earlier than we had pre-booked. Driver helped with luggage and gave us a very safe drive to LAX. Great service arranged and paid for through Viator.

Reserved on line as a shuttle from the San Pedro cruise port to LAX and printed out the reservation. We walked out of the cruise port, asked directions to the shuttle and all I had to do was turn left and walk about 100 yds to an island and joined a few others. About 5 min later the blue shuttle picked us up, loaded our baggage, the driver took my printout, and drove us straight to the airport which was almost an hour drive. It was very simple and I liked the price

Excellent ride to LAX. Came out of Port Terminal/Customs, turned right and the pick up point was only about 100 yards away, clearly marked. Shuttle was on time for pick up and got to LAX early. _br/_ Ride was great, driver VERY SAFE, and the price was perfect. Will use them again!

The driver waited for 45 minutes with six of us ready to go to the airport while he got two more riders. I expect to wait a bit to fill the van, but all of us on the van felt this was an excessive wait. We needed to get to the airport. When asked if we could go, he ignored us. Why ask for a certain time to leave if the request isn't going to be filled in a good amount of time. We think he was waiting to get a better tip with more people on board. I think that backfired. He got less from me and nothing from another couple.

Very good service, even though the one I thought was booked a private transfer, was not the one I had booked, but the Shuttle was good. Not recommended if you have little mobility as I struggled to get into vehicle.
