I made it to my hotel lobby at least 5 minutes ahead of schedule, and our driver was already waiting outside. Very good, safe driver.

This is the only way to travel. The driver picks you up at your door and drops you at your airline within the airport, beats the shuttles hands down. Worth the extra money.

Will not use this service again! After a 14 hour flight and 2 hours clearing customs, our driver arrived late, was not well presented and had my name written on a crumpled piece of paper, the other drivers at the airport were in suits and holding tablets with names on them he grabbed our bags and took off at pace through the congested airport with us trying to keep up. Car was old and no bottles of water were provided. He took us a long way around using back streets. We did not feel safe at all! Once we arrived at the hotel I have him a 5 tip which I did not think he deserved but he then told me I actually owed him another 15 for new airport taxes, I tried to argue and said there was nothing on the voucher about that and he said no they are new.. I was tired so in the end gave him the extra money. When booking the return transfer I asked the company about the extra money and they knew nothing about any extra taxes.. which is what we had been told by everyone else we asked, so I requested not to have the same driver again as he had basically stolen from us! Unfortunately 5AM the next morning when our return transfer arrived it was the same man, we told him we had complained about him and we would not be getting in his car. He became extremely agitated and aggressive, waved a fist in my face and tried to put my bags in his car insisting we still go with him.. we did not and got in a taxi. Awful to start our Holiday, and waste of money.
Hang the expense it was so much better than a shuttle. The driver was excellent there on time and took us on back roads to beat the freeway traffic also pointed out various landmarks money well spent

Excellent service. Clean and luxurious car. Driver was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Door to Door pickup and dropoff. Service from start to finish was exemplary. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. The service was impeccable and we wouldn't hesitate to utilise it again. More than happy to recommend this service to others.

Did not start well as we wanted to be picked up at 12 pm best they could do was 1:20 pm, which left us sitting in the hotel after check out 12 pm, when we arrived at the airport the driver started demanding more money, he told us that what we had paid for the voucher was only just to make the booking he was waiving around a bill for 68, as he seemed to be getting loud and more demanding my wife and I grabbed our bags and went into the terminal as quickly as we could. Seems strange to me as we used this same service different driver airport to hotel and did not have this problem.

Not sure how you solve booking issues for transfers. It seemed that appart from the very first booking, no one was able to find our bookings, then when they finnally did after ten mins of searching and lots of frustrating repeat questions they miracolously knew the details. When the drivers arrived from execucar they were great. new where they were going. The three is because a driver turned up at the hotel about six hours early for a pickup and wasnt our booking so some confusion.Otherwise very professional service.

Much better than a group transfer stopping at multiple places to pick up. Hotel wasn't happy driver didn't get out and load our luggage but I'm not sure if this is correct procedure or not.He did get a trolley at the airport and load our luggage for us.All up worth the money.

Excellent service. Take the hassle out of hotel transfer. Luggage carried and loaded. Air conditioned comfortable and bottled water to hand. Both legs pickup at airport and hotel went smoothly. It's worth spending that little extra to reduce the stress of transfers.

The ride into LA from LAX was fine...a bit death defying, but the driver stopped at a Burger King so we could use the rest rooms.....Confirming reservations for the trip back to LAX was NOT fine.....you had the WRONG time and it took forever for a confirmation to be sent to our concierge.....

Had to catch an early flight from a LAX and needed peace of mind pickup at 3.30am so this was my first time organising a private car. Very efficient. The driver arrived 10 minutes early and was waiting in the lobby for us. Car was very nice and the driver very friendly. Would recommend.

They sent a SuperShuttle to pick us up instead of a private sedan. That meant three other people went with us with one pickup after ours. We were picked up early (we were ready) and got there in good time. The driver did a good job.

good I had to phone n as nobdoy was there they said my details were incorrect they were not driver was a lovely lad but the gloss was lost in me having to wait, drag luggage nbetween terminals as the details on the voucher were ot sufficient. Meet "outside the customs area where a driver will be holding your name on a sign" When the driver was not there, we needed to ask where the cusotms area was and told terminal 6 we arrived at 7, then at terminal seven told termonal 4 then at terminal 4 told all terminals have a custom area so we went back to terminal 6 and was able to make contact with the car company. The lady we spoke to said the driver would be ther ein 5 minutes, he was 25 minutes, he would be in a white car, it was black and that he would have is lights on, every car had there lights on.
