We had a great time. The lines were a bit long, but not as long as posted outside. Plan to spend the day there. We loved the studio tour.

A fantastic day out for anybody of all ages. The three of us were not even fans of big rides but there was still plenty to do and see, whether its Harry Potter, The Walking Dead, The Simpsons or Jurassic Park Worlds, the Universal Studios has something for everybody. The guided tour was awesome and is something you must not miss, taking you around filming areas and sets and some visual experiences that are highly memorable!

Universal Studios Hollywood is a must see if you're in LA. This was my 2nd time and I like to visit again. I like Harry Potter, feels like I'm in the movie. Just to inform everyone to confirm first the voucher and get the admission ticket before falling in line because the Viator voucher is not the actual admission ticket, it still needs to be verified by the booth which is just adjacent to the gate.

Great day out! The queues are very long though so we upgraded to skip the line tickets. This way we managed to go on all the attractions without having to wait for long. The studio tour is also very entertaining!

The actual park is great - but impossible to go on every ride in time allowed due to queues lines. had to pay additional 550 dollars for 4 people to get around,

Had a fantastic time there. Universal Tour alone was worth the price of admission. Also was very glad I had paid the extra for the “front of the line” pass. Spent the day seeing the attractions instead of standing in long lines. An amazing place and the rides were incredible.

The one place I was truly looking forward to, but I took ill and could not go. So, therefore I lost the money I paid for the ticket. But I gave it a 5 because acquiring the ticket initially was an easy process and because of past experiences through Viator, I know it would have been a blast. I do plan to go again just for Universal Studios.

We should buy the front of line ticket because the lines during summer are huge. We had waiting time 1-1/30 hour in line.

Been to Universal Studios Florida and California many times. This time my wife now has to us a Wheelchair. Their kindness and help was exceptional the best care and help anywhere. Especially thanks tom Mustapha Sabih whose help and suggestions in customer services made our day. Well done Universal for A1 Service....!!!!!!

Myself and my family, wife and daughter 17 have visited the Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure complex in Orlando a few times and comparing the two is a bit unfair but it is much smaller and limited by space. All the rides are indoors and the are no big thrill rides. The food offering is Ok but not great and there are no water rides. Having said that the rides that are there are good and the studio tour 1hr was very good. It is quite possible to do the whole park in one day if you arrive at opening time. We got there at 8am and at that time only the Harry Potter rides are open so head for them first, the next to open are The Simpsons and the studio tour do them in that order as the studio tour never starts on time and if you do that first by the time you get back from the tour the wait time on the Simpsons ride is much bigger. Then head down to the lower level and do the Mummy, Transformers, and Jurassic Park rides which open at 10am. Then back upstairs for the walking dead and Despicable me which open at 11am. The rest of the day is yours to spend in the shows and restaurants. Citywalk is good and all the restaurants or chains of the usual standard but a ward of warning it gets busy on a weekend so to avoid waiting 45 mins for a table get there before 7pm. Weekdays are fine. All in all though a great family day out.

Really enjoyable. Get there early. Queues were a pain but we managed to see everything we wanted too. Don't think my stomach is suitable for the rides though.

Review by:   rudykarim,    July 2017 Review: 1 star rating: I do not recommend this
on June 23, we went directly to the gate, after queuing around 30 minutes to go in, we could not go in because viator sent us the wrong voucher. The lady at the gate advised us to go to the customer service to exchange the voucher. we had to queued again for another 1 hour 30 minutes at the customer service counter to get the correct voucher. We wasted 2 hours just to queue

Viator has a bus take you from Hollywood Blvd. to Universal and they pick you up afterwards with no worries about how to get there and back. The adventure was amazing. Downloading the tix is super fast and hardly no waiting. This is a must see experience.

I loved the rides. The lines looked long but the wait time was shorter than they projected. The tour through the stage sets and movies was really fun. They had some 3 D people and it felt like you were on a ride in one of the tunnels. It was really fun! I would do this again when I go back to LA! Highly recommend! Make a day of it!

Great day out and you will need the full day to enjoy it all._br/_ Amazing 4d rides and great shows and displays._br/_ Glad we paid the upgrade to front of queue as would not of made all the rides without it.

You definitely need an entire day to experience the Universal Studios to its extent of fun and adventure. I got here around 12.45pm and regretted it immediately. Why - well how was I to cover all the 9 attractions, plus all the shops, food, and little themed towns by 5pm? There are signs everywhere and helpful staff that will point you in the right direction of the attractions you are after. Within 60 minutes, I had been on the walking dead attraction, shrek 4D and been completely minionized. I also found some time to get photos taken in the Dr. Seuss town. _br/_ I then rushed off to the harry potter ride which is at the end of the park and requires taking multiple escalators or if you're in a rush and want a workout - run down the stairs. The hogwarts castle, ride, and dungeon alley were as envisioned from the books and movies I had watched. _br/_ So much to do, so many places to eat, and shops to visit! _br/_ Definitely recommend! _br/_ book tickets online to avoid queues.

So happy I found this option for tickets! That was extra money saved and immediately spent on parking - ha! Quick tip, two very long lines formed quickly to get through the turnstiles and after waiting a few minutes I took a lap to see what was going on - there were so many turnstiles open, it's just herd mentality to form a line so people did. Skip the long lines and go straight to the turnstiles and take your pick of short lines!
