Please note: While time on the boat is equal to one hour, time in the
air will vary depending on option chosen. For the 800ft flight, single
passengers fly 8 minutes, while tandems and triples fly for 10 minutes.

My two kids went on this adventure. It was a very pleasant experience and smooth transaction. My only words of wisdom would be that the actual time spent up in the air is about 12 minutes when all is said and done. Each boat takes four groups out or so at a time, and between going up and coming back down, total air time is perhaps not what was expected from reading the materials. I will say though, that my kids loved it, and that was all that mattered to me. Thanks!!

This was so much fun. Both my husband and I were a little scared at the thought of being up there. My husband doesn't care for heights and I don't care for the thought of falling. So we were both a little scared. We were the first to go out of the group we were with. We did everything they said and boom next thing you know we were gently floating out there above the water, able to see things from a whole new view point. It is so relaxing and just so much fun, I did not want it to end. As we were coming down they gently drug our feet in the water and it was so cooling with the stray of water, we did get really wet from the waist down but we got wetter than that getting in the boat with the big wave that came in. So much fun I would do it again without hesitation. The crew was very friendly and knows what they are doing.

Although I'm petrified of heights I've always wanted to parasailing, and I finally got to do this in Maui. We did the 800ft trip, which everyone on the boat agreed was the perfect height even those who had been parasailing many times before. The captain seemed grumpy, which is the only reason I knocked down a star. Maybe he's just not a morning person, as it was the first ride of the day. He snapped at one lady shortly after we got on the boat for spraying sunscreen all over the boat- she was taking out her phone, no sunscreen anywhere! After that it was hard to relax. The other crew member was great, and made each of us feel very safe during our journey.

Where do I even start? First of all their customer service was on point. I had an issue with my video. We emailed back and forth about the issue and they were very professional about it. Second I had a blast! I would definitely go again. The view was breathe taking nothing like I and #39;ve seen before!

It was a lot of fun. Our first time parasailing and it was much different than we expected. We just floated in the air. Taking off and landing were both much easier than we expected. We plan to do this again when we get back to Maui.

Had a great time parasailing. We did the 800' option and went up with my 13 year old you need to be 110 pounds to go alone. I did enjoy going tandem b/c we were able to talk together while up in the air. The take off and landing went well, the ride was comfortable, and the view was great. I would recommend this activity.

For two people who are both afraid of heights this was always going to be a challenge but the crew made us so comfortable and confident. From the moment we harnessed up to the moment we stepped back on the beach this was a great experience. Anyone who is upright and breathing has to do this at least once. UFO Parasailing is top notch. Made us very comfortable from the check in, the dingy ride to the boat, to Justin and Sam our two captains. We had a very calm ride from take off to lowering our feet close to the water and shooting us back airborne. We felt safe and in control the entire time. A must do while in Maui.

We loved this experience. It ended up that we had our own boat to take us up on our soar of the Maui coast. From check in with Andy to suiting up in the harness to the friendly boat ride back to shore we learned, laughed and had a great time. This is something that everyone needs to do at least once.
