My two kids went on this adventure. It was a very pleasant experience and smooth transaction. My only words of wisdom would be that the actual time spent up in the air is about 12 minutes when all is said and done. Each boat takes four groups out or so at a time, and between going up and coming back down, total air time is perhaps not what was expected from reading the materials. I will say though, that my kids loved it, and that was all that mattered to me. Thanks!!

An out of this world experience - we are 68 and 73 years old and had never parasailed before - it was sooo much fun, will definately do it again !!! This tour company was awesome !!!

This was so much fun. Both my husband and I were a little scared at the thought of being up there. My husband doesn't care for heights and I don't care for the thought of falling. So we were both a little scared. We were the first to go out of the group we were with. We did everything they said and boom next thing you know we were gently floating out there above the water, able to see things from a whole new view point. It is so relaxing and just so much fun, I did not want it to end. As we were coming down they gently drug our feet in the water and it was so cooling with the stray of water, we did get really wet from the waist down but we got wetter than that getting in the boat with the big wave that came in. So much fun I would do it again without hesitation. The crew was very friendly and knows what they are doing.

Although I'm petrified of heights I've always wanted to parasailing, and I finally got to do this in Maui. We did the 800ft trip, which everyone on the boat agreed was the perfect height even those who had been parasailing many times before. The captain seemed grumpy, which is the only reason I knocked down a star. Maybe he's just not a morning person, as it was the first ride of the day. He snapped at one lady shortly after we got on the boat for spraying sunscreen all over the boat- she was taking out her phone, no sunscreen anywhere! After that it was hard to relax. The other crew member was great, and made each of us feel very safe during our journey.

Where do I even start? First of all their customer service was on point. I had an issue with my video. We emailed back and forth about the issue and they were very professional about it. Second I had a blast! I would definitely go again. The view was breathe taking nothing like I and #39;ve seen before!

It was a lot of fun. Our first time parasailing and it was much different than we expected. We just floated in the air. Taking off and landing were both much easier than we expected. We plan to do this again when we get back to Maui.

I give it 5 stars! I do not have anything to compare it to, since this was my first time, but I thought it was AWESOME! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did a ka-dunk-a-dunk with us optional where they slow the boat down so you drop in the water. It was a lot of fun!

UFO Parasailing did a good job on a windy day. We had a great time and we will remember the experience forever. We felt safe and very confident during our flight and boat ride.
