Saw pretty much everything we wanted to see! Tommy was great guide and nice guy. Small group so didn’t have to wait on others!

Our tour guide, Kaleo, was great! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend! The tour of Pearl Harbor was even more moving than I even imagined. It was absolutely amazing and incredibly moving. Do not miss this tour.

We had a great guide.,,, I was just unhappy with the rushed pace... there was no time to eat or get to the gift shops. We saw the Arizona Memorial and the Missouri. Nothing else. I would have loved to get into some of the museums and onto the submarine, the Bowfish. We did a downtown tour, which wasn't necessary. I would have preferred to focus on Pearl Harbor. The day just felt like we were rushing from one thing to another without really getting to see or enjoy anything. Our tour guide, Tommy, was great and full of knowledge. I wasn't disappointed with him, I was disappointed with the tour itself. More time is needed in Pearl Harbor to see everything it has to offer. It was too rushed for only having the opportunity to see two memorials. Too much was squeezed into this tour, which made it impossible to enjoy any of the stops. Less would have been best. I would have happily forgone the town trip. Not knowing Pearl Harbor, I trusted that when they said we could do both, there would be plenty of time. There is not time to do both and be able to enjoy everything.

Our tour guide did a nice job of giving us information on the island of Oahu. It was a long day though!

This was a fantastic tour. It was smooth as silk and hassle free. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Our tour guide, Ed, was wonderful. His knowledge of the area and the people was amazing. I would highly recommend this tour.

Great trip. Know that you will spend time in Waikiki along with the Pearl Harbor portion. Wish we had had more than an hour for the USS Missouri, as we didn't get to everything. Waikiki was interesting and we had signed up knowing this was a part of it, but it's just a mass of humanity. We would have been fine just doing the Missouri and Arizona. Also, they met us at airport before we left and were in baggage when we landed so truly great customer service.

Best day ever! So well planned out and fun. The 3 of us had a blast! We saw so much in just one day. _br/_ Plenty of time at each destination. Great tour guide._br/_ It was a long day but so very worth it._br/_ Would highly reccommend.

Fantastic Tour. We had a great day, though it was hot when we happened to be there and bottled water was key. We were fortunate to arrive when they were beginning the celebration of King Kamehameha Day and started to drape flowers all over his statue. The guide was very informative and really helped give perspective to the locations we visited. He was really helpful. It is a lot to pack into one day, but it is truly worth it. Lunch options are in a few places, just depending on how much time you spend at the various stops. We ended up having ramen noodles when we stopped in Waikiki. The trip to Pearl Harbor is hard to understate. I hope to get my kids to take this one next time we are in Maui.

our tour guide and #34;Captain Ron and #34; was horrible. The tour on Oahu was very rushed, he told us we had no time to do anything other than see the movie and go to the memorial. It began raining when we went to pick up our bags, he dropped us off, left us in the rain. Learned more about his health than Hawaii.

We had a great tour of Pearl Harbor. It started with a flight from Maui on Hawaiin Airlines. Crew was excellent, and the flight short - 30 minutes. Upon landing, we met our tour guide, Jay. He was very knowledgable, and a pleasure to be with. We started with the history video, then taken over to the Arizona Memorial very special location - very respectful to the men who lost their lives there . Next, over to the Missouri, with our tour guide Ford , who gave us a very detailed tour. We were then loaded on a bus, to go downtown. We had about 1 1/2 hours to walk around, and have dinner. We stopped at the International Market Place.

The tour guide was very poor at time management. He would tell us the schedule then not stick to it. People got left behind, we had to go back. Flights were going to be missed due to his misuse of time. He rambled about things that were not part of the tour. Pearl Harbor is amazing and an emotional place. I would not recommend this tour due to the guide.

The tour was great until they dumped us in the middle of downtown for three whole hours. After we had lunch and walked around the shopping district most of us had nowhere to go and no where sit and wait for two plus hours. Everyone in our group of 8 was more than a little upset.

Pearl harbor was magnificent. Our greeter at the Maui airport was great. Unfortunately, our hotel/airport transfer was part of the package we paid for and then they deleted that from the package with no refund. Numerous inquiries resulted in no return comments or resolutions. Delta Vacations points the finger at Viator, Viator points the finger at the local tour provider. Meanwhile, we were victims of bait and switch. Our guide was good when he stuck to the history and information of Hawaii. Unfortunately, he worked too hard at trying to be humorous and it just fell flat. Punchbowl was a drive-by, no getting out of the bus.

The crew here at Maui weren't particularly informative or helpful. We weren't directed to our check in, security,... Even though we booked some weeks ago we did not have assigned seats on the return flight and we stuck in the very back of the plane by the engines. However, our driver and guide once we got to Maui was fantastic. Ed made up for it all. We give Ed 6 stars, the rest a 2.
