I used this airport shuttle service because it had worked so well in Oahu. But in Maui it was an expensive waste of time. One, this is supposed to give you help with luggage...that didnt happen. We had two carryon bags and when the guide met us he did not take either of our bags! We then schlepped thru the airport to baggage claim to wait on the van for twenty minutes! The cost for van was the same as a cab considering how much time we wasted waiting for our ride.

Although our flight was 5 hours late our transfer was still waiting on us at 1.45 am. We did alert them to say we were delayed but we're so grateful when they fulfilled thir promise . Amazing as when we reached the resort in Maui the driver went looking for security to give us a key. Gold star

I booked this tour with a lei greeting and didnt receive it, we were on our honeymoon and something I wanted to surprise my husband with and when it didn and #39;t happen I got really upset, not only did we not have that we had to call the operator to find out where are transfer was as it did not turn up!

The SpeediShuttle drive was excellent and quick. Talkative and informative. Only complaint is that it is difficult to find them in the airport. No signs that I noticed. I had to ask the Maui information desk clerk where they were.

claimed they didn't have a reservation, eventhough we had a confirmation from Viator and made us wait 2 hours and pay they to take us to the hotel. We paid twice. Viator and supplier I talked to a Viator agent.

This was a very efficient operation within 1/2 hour of exiting the Airport with my luggage I was in the bus heading off to the Hotel at Ka'anapali Beach, it is quite a long drive from the Airport to Ka'anapali and the driver was very efficient so I was able to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Driver Joe was very engaging as a speaker and expert as a driver. Scenery was awesome. Tour is long so you might want to bring along snacks or buy banana bread at one of the stops for eating late in the afternoon.
