The transfer driver went to wrong address so was 25mins late in picking us up. This a made us very late for check in and gave us a lot of anxiety. We did phone the office to tell them we were still waiting. To start a 20 hour return trip like this was not ideal.

Booking through viator was not as straight forward as using the shuttle service directly and required a call to the provider to verify the arrangements which is why I have only given this tour 4 stars. The price was considerable less through victor however, so all in all we were very pleased with the outcome. The shuttle was great. We received a text when the driver was close and were able to track the vehicle as it approached.It arrived at the time we were given by the shuttle company. Vans are clean and comfortable.

Within 5 minutes of the appointed time the bus arrived and my suitcases and I were loaded into the bus._br/_ The driver was very good and knowledgeable as there were lots of questions from passengers re the Island of Maui._br/_ My only complaint was that we were dropped off at the far end of the Terminal and my check in desk was at the other end of that Terminal so it was quite a long walk with suitcases in a very busy Terminal but that may have been the only place he was allowed to do drop offs.

It was very nice. I had to change several times and was questioned if I had to pay. It was settled and I did not have to pay for trips I did not use. Te only real problem was getting through on the phone. It took at least 15 minutes. Maybe you need more telephone personnel.to answer the phones._br/_ Drop off at the airport was excellent.

No fuss no muss. Driver was on time, took care of my luggage and was a good driver. Everything I expected and needed. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is that there was a bit of confusion with a couple of passengers and his English was not very easy to understand so there were a few confused people for a few minutes. Everything got straitened out very quickly.
