Very nice greeting at the Maui airport. Very pretty young lady dressed in Hawaiian clothing greeted us after coming down the escalator. The lei flowers were fresh and beautiful!

Greeted at baggage claim and given amazing Lei's. The greeter also brought us a luggage cart and showed us to our baggage claim, which was a nice touch!

I booked the flower lei to give my Granddaughter a fun way to begin her first visit to Hawaii. The lady that greeted us was friendly, and the leis were beautiful but not fragrant, the experience was unmemorable. She just put the leis around our necks and left. Didn't even offer to take pictures. Totally not indicative of the Hawaiian spirit and definitely not worth the price. Will not use this service in the future.

I dreamed of visiting Hawaii all my life! Part of that dream was getting a Lei upon landing at the airport......I had that dream fulfilled and I felt very important as no one else seemed to be doing this! A beautiful girl in traditional clothes greeted myself and my daughter while another man held a sign that had our names on it. We had our beautiful, full lei's placed around our necks and were warmly welcomed! Perfect!

Since most airlines no longer offer this service, this was a fantastic way to make arrival more special. Highly recommend, especially if it's your first time to the Islands!

Once I actually found the greeter with my lei several persons from other travel companies were also wearing purple and white aloha attire and a lot of these greeters were holding the same types of lei for a large tour company, it was fine. The greeter was very plesant, and the lei lasted for several days.

It was a great surprise for my family after a very long flight from NY to Maui! The greeting was lovely and they helped us with our bags and onto our car rental shuttle . In addition, they gave us good travel tips for Maui .

The leis were beautiful, but the greeting was a joke. The guy was standing there with a sign and the leis. We gave them to us without any ceremony or real greeting. Maybe this was because we arrived in the evening. We would not do it again. We got a better getting for free at Disney's Aulani.
