they didn't have our name on list, They wanted us to paid extra to drop us at our hotel.. we have to wait over an hour to get straight out with Viator.. Never again... not a happy customer

I give it a 1 star. Booking the transfer from Kahului airport to kaanapali beach club, viator's system designated the zone. On their confirmation, they included the contact , but not how to find the people with speeds shuttle. Turns out, we are not even confirmed passengers with speeding shuttle because they won't give us a ride till we correct the zone designation of our trip, and pay more. After a long flight, we were hoping to get some rest, but we so delayed. Worst ever!

We had to wait a few minutes at the airport but it was no big deal. The pick up from the hotel was right on time. Vans are clean and drivers are courteous. The airport was about 45 minutes or more from our hotel and the cost was much better than a taxi. Good choice.

stuffed up our booking the speedi shuttle had no record of our booking had to ring viator at a cost i have not found out yet took over an hour to sort out.Viator was given the correct information about our hotel and yet charged us an extra 15 U S because it was a bit further.Would not use you again left high and dry.

I had heard that the shuttles weren't very reliable on Maui- and I would strongly recommend you do not rely on shuttles. On my return trip to the airport they went to the wrong hotel, and 3 phone calls later I was reduced to tears as the operator argued with me about why I wasn't at the different hotel even though I had been dropped at the correct hotel. I came close to missing my flight, and I ended my holiday upset and stressed out. Please hire a car - that is certainly what I would do in the future.

The drivers were courteous and assisted me with my luggage. However, the return trip from Kaanapali to OGG should have been scheduled earlier. I was picked up at 12 noon for a 2:45 departure. We arrived at OGG at 1 p.m., and by the time I got bags checked in, went through the long security lines, and to the gate with only a quick bathroom stop, pre-boarding for my flight had already begun. This is cutting it too close for my comfort level. Please consider changing pick-up times so passengers can get to OGG with some time to spare. I realize Viator has no control over the size of the airport and the numbers of travelers within, but they can control when their shuttles pickup and dropoff passengers.

Even though we were charged for this transportation, our names were not on the driver's list. The driver gave us a number to call, but we were put on hold. So we had to take a taxi. I also called Viator directly upon returning home, but was also put on hold for a long period of time. I was never able to talk to anyone about this.

The price was excellent. We were given facts concerning Maui and sights as we were taken to and from our resort. Well-informed. Very efficient operation which I would recommend to anyone. Staff met the flight, called us by name and then escorted to van. The ride to Lahaina was comfortable and the driver excellent. We were dropped at our hotel and then contacted prior to the return ride to confirm time of pick up and location._br/_

it was ok from airport to hotel...from hotel to airport need to call and remind and fix the time and all. Bit of hussle when the booking should be taking care of all this. Good transport but in Maui Taxi is easily available or rent a car is cheaper.
