We took this tour May 22, 2018 . The tour guide was bilingual but had a huge opportunity to practice how to communicate articulate clearly any and all the tour detail changes in a concise manner. She commented on a little history about a few points of interest along the way but I did not feel like she really had the knowledge or knew the history to tell us any stories. After stopping at a little restaurant that charged 8 for two pancakes we arrived.. Key West island is full of colorful flowers ,colorful homes, a large selection of restaurants this island is so beautiful and full of tourist energy.. We took the conch train tour, I realized too late that the trolley would have been a better choice to cut down on our walking. Finally one last comment on the bus ride experience either the driver or the tour guide should have prechecked the bus before the tour started or during the 6 hours we were on the island to insure all supplies necessary were on board, I say this because 1 hour and a half into the ride back to Miami from Key West , I along with several other guest discovered the tour bus had no toilet paper or soap in the bus lavatory. I will not recommend this particular tour . We will return to Key West in the future but we will either rent a car if in Miami or take a flight directly. On a positive note when you visit Key West check out Harpoon Harry's restaurant, the , vintage décor, friendly employees and they serve a super delicious slice of Key Lime pie.

This is not a tour, it’s purely transportation down to Key West. There is no WiFi on board the coach and this is a regular complaint on all the reviews. We were not given any info Miami or the Keys. The tour guide was more concerned on selling extra excursions on the trip. Do not recommend

Key west is incredible but the bus journey down could be improved! We stopped on the way down for breakfast but the bus company had a few coaches which were already at the cafe so we didnt have time to get food as it was busy. Also the place is slightly rundown the restroom had no sink to wash our hands. When leaving the cafe the guide never checked who was on the bus and we left 8 people behind. We drove for 10 min before having to head back for them. Overall the day was fantastic but a lot could be done to improve the experience especially the customer experience!

It was fantastic......even though we had a few delays! Bus bumped into an illegally parked truck, which took time to sort out the details. The bus air conditioner was broken, so it took a bit for them to bring another bus, which was actually nicer than the original bus. Through it all, our tour agent I believe her name is Mallory remained extremely calm and upbeat. She wasn't even suppose to go to Key West with us that day, we were suppose to change bus tour agents, but she stayed with us and even gave us an extra hour in Key West!

The bus arrived at the pickup point 20 minutes late. Worst of all, the air conditioner wasn't working. We had to endure a 3 to 4 hour journey to Key West in a stuffy bus.

This was a very nice day tour! The motor coach bus was a bit too cold, but otherwise comfortable. The pickup was near our hotel, and since it was so early, there was a breakfast stop on the way down the keys. Once in Key West, we got to explore for 6 hours before making our way back to the bus for the ride back to Miami. The Trolley Tour was an option we took, and it was a great way to sight see around Key West.

An absolute blast on the all day tour. The bus, bus driver, and David, our personal tour guide were all EXCELLENT. Pickup in the morning was seamless, and we stopped for breakfast after being on the road for about 45 minutes which was timely. We opted for the Trolley excursions once in Key West and that was fun as well. I had no idea that there was so much history surrounding this small string of islands!! There were plenty of great food outlets to choose from and souvenirs were plentiful and affordable. A trip that was well worth taking!!

Can't say I enjoyed this trip. You get to spend 6 hours in Key West and between 7 and 8 on the road. Of course there are some others activities you could do during these 6 hours but my advice would be to at least spend one night in Key West.

Bus ride was uneventful, minimal explanations from guide who still expected tips. Nice stop for breakfast on the 4 hour ride down, but no stop on the 4 hour ride back. We had booked the optional snorkel addition, and confirmed the day before, then were told AFTER we were on the bus that the snorkel had been cancelled. Would have taken the trip another day, or cancelled had we known, not okay to notify after we are on the road, basically trapped. Viator did refund half the price for this, but still impacted out vacation plans. Viator did not know the snorkel had been cancelled. Seems like multiple subcontractors not communicating well. We did a trolley tour instead another option that was enjoyable.

The Bus that picked us up was comfortable and the added extra of outlets for charging phones was a real bonus! we made a stop on the way to and from Key West for a bathroom break and so folk could grab a bite to eat, etc.

Long drive from Miami but worth it, I suppose. Only do not go on the Conch train. I found very irritating the constant high speed talking of the driver and you cannot keep up with it. Much much better to walk around as you have time to explore the place propelly. I does not matter if you have no commentary from the train driver, he talks so fast and fill your head with so much that after 10 minutes you do not listen anymore and at the end of the trip you do not remember a single thing. Buy instead a guide as I did, you have it forever and you can read it at your leisure. I got off that train at the first opportunity and did as above

A very very long day, be prepared for 14 hours! The bus trip was good but just over 3 hours each way with heavy traffic! Sever pick ups and drop offs at other hotels added to the time . It was interesting in daylight hours to see the remains of the hurricane devastation and amazing how quickly it is being cleared away. A quick breakfast stop was not overly exciting and no opportunity to see any of the other Keys as we passed by. Bridges over were interesting! Six hours in key west itself was possibly a bit long. We enjoyed the trolley tour and got off at several stops, and had a great lunch along the Waterfront. Our guide didnt really give us a lot of information on the way over about the keys and we were on our own once we arrived!

This was one our of memorable vacation spots. We took the Key West Day Trip and the ride was very pleasant. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything to the most minute details. We took in the sites of Key West and scheduled a glass bottom boat ride. Because our trip was in July the weather was a thousand degrees!!! We managed to find shade, purchase souvenirs and eat and drink the most awesome food we've had in a while. Unfortunately, Hurricane Irma was devastating to the Keys in September and although they depend on tourist to boost their economy, it will be later rather then sooner when we return...maybe in the Spring.

The guide we had was awesome however, there was a problem with another bus that broke down. They forced those guess onto my bus. It was overcrowded and they what turned into a day trip ended up being a SIX hour wait to return from Key West back to my hotel in South Beach Miami. They wouldn't let us get off to stretch or use the restroom. When me and my friends got off the bus we were in so much pain and the fun we had in Key West was overshadowed by the long ride home with no food or water.

Key West was beautiful! Snorkeling was a blast! The ocean is beautiful and so warm! My friends and I had a lot of fun there, but the bus ride back was absolutely awful!! The first bus we were on broke down so they sent other buses to come pick all of us up. My friends and I got on a bus that was so crowed that some people were sitting on the steps by the bus door. The back of my seat was broken so I had to sit up straight for over 3 hours while the back of my seat rested on a guy's legs behind me. Plus the odor on the bus was so terrible! Finally we made it back to Miami after 6 hours on the bus, and it passed our hotel. So, I went up to the tour guide asking if we can go back. She told me no we cannot do that so you better get off now and dropped us off about 15 blocks away from our hotel at 12am!

Hotel pick-ups start at 6am. I was picked up at 7am. There was one stop for breakfast at 9am-9:30 and it was delicious, at this little spot called Evelyn's. Arrival to Key West is at 12pm and departure at 6pm. The tour guide and driver were excellent! English/Spanish instructions

I booked this trip two days before the actual date. It was easy and when I called to ask a few questions, the guy on the phone was able to get me the answers putting me on the phone and calling the tour bus company. I booked the day trip with a glass bottom boat cruise._br/_ As the tour picks up in Miami Beach and Downtown hotels, I wanted to be picked up at the last stop, which in this case was the regency hotel. We were to be there at 7.35 am. The Gray line tour bus did not make it and after calling the tour operator, we were told they were putting us on another bus, which arrived at 8.00 am. This was a double decker and in my opinion made for better viewing on the ride there from the top deck. We made it to Key West at about noon, with one breakfast stop 25 minutes along the way. The return was to be at 6.15 pm. My understanding is the the day trippers are given about 6 hours in Key West and the times are fluid given on what time you get there._br/_ Our boat cruise was at 2.00 and was going to be about 2 hours. We wasted about 30/40 minutes on arrival as we had to follow the tour guide a few blocks, so she could tell us where the Fury boat cruise left from. We then had to go get the tour confirmed. We were fine as I had already received a text from boat company. However, a party in front of us had a problem as the lady at Fury did not have their reservation. This barely gave us time to walk around and get some lunch. At 2.00 we waited in line to board the boat. They were quite prompt, but it was blazing hot and no shade. _br/_ The boat was nice but unfortunately, we couldn't go to the barrier reef because of the swells. They took us out about 7 miles and we did see the ocean floor, with corals and fish, and while it wasn't as colourful as I was expecting, it was still pretty cool as I hadn't been in a glass bottom boat before._br/_ The last couple of hours, we walked by Hemmingway's house, didn't go in and walked to the Southern most point and took pictures and ended the day by buying hot sauces at Peppers, before returning to the bus._br/_ All in all a good, hectic day. My recommendation would be to buy the hop on hop off tour as well as it saves you from a lot of walking in the heat.

The bus ride to Key West was bad. It takes an extra 2 hours to get to/from because you have to pick everyone up and drop them back off. Our tour guide was nice and helpful at the beginning, but when we were getting dropped off, we didn't have tip $ and he huffed and puffed at us and did not say bye

The trip to Key West was great! The bus ride was nice because you got to see some great views along the way. You are able to purchase excursions and trolley rides (which I highly recommend) if you forget or want more information. The entire day was beautiful and I enough time spent on the island!!

The bus broke down on the way to Key West, however it was dealt with relatively quickly and the replacement bus was better than the first. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, however the tour was advertised as English. The fact the tour was given in English and Spanish was not an issue, however should be advertised that way. The accent was a challenge at times to our ears as we do not get to hear Spanish that often so had difficulty understanding some things.
