The bus tour and optional boat tour was very good but I would not include the Port of Miami as part of the tour. Lots of people very disinterested. It was boring and I saw other folks falling asleep. Other than that it was quite enjoyable.

Miami tour was good but when we got on the boat for the Bay Cruise, they allowed more passengers on the boat so many of the passengers which were with us on the double decker bus could not find seating on the upper deck of the boat so had to go to the lower deck to find seating which was totally wrong. From the lower deck the view is much poorer.

It was a great tour, tour director did a great job. They need to be a little more organized. When we got to the marina our bus guide was not there to meet us, so our bus guide walk us to the marina. After boat tour our guide told us that bus back to beach will be at 3:30 pm, our bus guide had told us every hour on the half hour. Boat tour was over at 2:00 pm , we took a chance and went back to the buses and caught the 2:30 bus back to beach

Quite a long tour but the Bay cruise was well worth the extra time and money. Bus tour was informative and fun. Gave a good overall view of Miami and is good to do first off to get your bearings of the city.

Boat tour portion was nice, tour guide was fun, beautiful sunset at time of our trip. Bus tour was just okay, guide/bus driver extremely pushy/sarcastic with tip demands. Not their fault, but lots of dodging of branches/obstacles if sitting up top, and not enough room below when rain started.

I didn't like it. Chaotic. First, they bring everybody to the local office to stand a queue to exchange your voucher for a ticket, then you need to wait in another queue for a double-decker. Some of the sights were interesting - particularly - Little Havana, where we stayed for half an hour. Bay Cruise was also OK. The things I didn't like - very chaotic, too much begging for tips. Instead of 6 hours it was about 8 hours - because of waiting in queues. I wouldn't recommend it.

Fun even though it rained and flooded in Miami that day - the tour guides made it seem as though it was almost planned for our enjoyment. Great sense of humor and polite! Great way to learn basic information about the area and get a feel for what makes Miami such a unique and vibrant place.

When I booked this tour in July in Miami - I was under the impression it was in an air conditioned van not an open topped bus, which is what we got. We were not prepared to sit out in the sun for three hours, so we sat in the bottom of the bus which was quite hot and the tour guide's microphone was very loud. The tour itself did take us to South Beach to see the art deco buildings, to see the skyline and places of interest in Miami and to Little Havana, which was the best stop. However, each time we got off the bus we were not able to return to our seats so that made a scramble each time as the folks on top had enough sun. The boat ride was nice but again the inside seats had very little air conditioning and the outside seats were in the sun. This tour would be more enjoyable in the winter and spring months when the weather is cooler but definitely take your sun screen and re-apply often or you will have a painful night!

This tour seemed like a good 'value for money' deal. The pick-up at the hotel went well except the driver didn't speak English, only Spanish. It was quite hard to communicate. She dropped us at a shop where we had to wait in line for 45 minutes until we could enter the coach. All this time there was no explanation about why we had to wait, it was soaking hot with no shadow at all so lots of people in the waiting line elderly, little kids etc. became irritated. The coach tour was fun and also the extra stop in Little Havana. _br/_ After disembarking at Bayside the quite rude hosts told us a table for lunch was ready it wasn't lunchtime and this wasn't included in the price or told in advance and we had to be very persistent in going to the shops instead of having a lunch we didn't ask for. They made us feel like naughty little kids instead of tourists which really wanted to go shopping on our own - as promised :- _br/_ The cruise went well, except for the same rude hosts with inappropriate jokes which we tried to ignore as much as possible. The coach dropped us at the shop, there was no drop-off possible for the hotel so we've walked back. No problem at all but the information in what you can accept is not correct about this.

The tour was nice once you start. I took a similar tour with another company a few years ago and the other company is more organized and provides an excursion that covers a larger area. Besides, with this company, although they offer hotel pick up which I didn't use they pick the clients to them drop them off at their main office to exchange the voucher for a sticker saying on which tour you are going. So, thankfully I chose to arrive directly at the main office because the lines become very long and the check in process is very slow. Besides, there isn't any control on the line because people cut in front happened to me, I was in the second group in line and ended up behind some late comers. At the end of the Bay Cruise which was hot as hell at the back of the boat on the first level there were many people waiting for the bus to go back to the main office, so, had to ride in a cramped bus for about half an hour in the afternoon Miami traffic. I know that the review might seem negative, but I did enjoy the tour but they have to improve a few things to make it a more enjoyable experience for the clients.

Tour was good an informative. You get a good overview of Miami and it's sights. But combination with boat cruise was organized very very bad!!! We had to spend 2 hours between sightseeing tour and boat cruise. Boat cruise at all was very good and long. You could see a lot and it was fun! Transfer back was again very bad organized! We had to wait again and it was horrible hot! So overall a good tour! But a horrible organization!!!

The tour was haphazardly arranged and lacked time coordination, leaving us mostly bewildered what and #39;s happening from time to time and where to congregate, etc... Not worth the heartache even for a one day, supposedly 6-hour trip

Great Tour! We were in Miami for a short time before we got on our cruise ship. Was a great way to see the area. The optional Bay Cruise was enlightening....loved checking out the homes of the rich and famous!

I don't think I have ever written a negative review before but this one was earned. The double-decker bus driver drove like a New York cabbie, incessantly honking, swerving around cars, running red lights, etc - you had to duck when he swerved too close to trees. The tour guides especially the boat guide relied on cheap double-entendre sexual humor for a laugh - it wasn't funny and it' got old fast. They picked us up at our hotel in the Finance district about a 1/2 mile from the boat landing and took us to their headquarters for the tour's beginning. They said at the tours end, we could either walk to our hotel from where the boat would drop us off or get on the bus and they would take us to where they picked us up. We got on the bus. I don't know Miami but I was surprised when they headed straight to a bridge - they took us back to head quarters - I thought they must be taking us back to a hotel shuttle. At the headquarters office when I inquired about getting to our hotel, first of the driver, and then inside in the office, they were very rude. The driver said he was helping another couple get back, who had mistakenly gotten on the bus because they were from Canada and didn't understand and he was from Canada so he was helping them. We went into the office and inquired about getting back to our hotel. The woman at the desk said: It's your own fault that you're in the wrong part of town, you shouldn't have gotten on the bus. You should have walked to your hotel or taken public transportation. It's not our problem. We were left to find our own way back - it was over a 1/2 hour cab ride back to our hotel. I have traveled the world and gone on many tours. I have never experienced such poor customer service. This outfit was the worst!

There were 2 open air buses. One was newer than the other and had a great tour guide that went up top and was interesting and humorous. We got the old bus and and a tour guide who stayed down below and gave basic facts with no humor. Something like coming up on your right... Well where on our right. And while we tried to figure that out, we missed what she said about it. Also ducking under trees and wires was distracting and the wind especially on the highways was miserable! We were disappointed with the City Tour part. We were taken to a certain place in the mall to eat. Very high priced. The Bay Cruise tour guide was interesting and included humor. Then we got to ride back on the new bus with the better tour guide. They wanted tips 3 times. I will do this tour again some time, but in an enclosed bus, with a map to see where I am, and I will take my own lunch.

Was expecting to see more sights, basically drove straight out of the city to Little Havana then to the Harbour where we were convinced to have lunch at a particular restaurant, would have been better to walk around instead. The bay cruise was nice, however on the return trip our bus driver said that our street Collins Ave was closed along with Ocean Ave. Only Ocean Ave was closed. We were then confused about our location and got off at the wrong stop, had to walk for an hr to get back to our hotel along Collins Ave that was NOT closed, our driver just didn't want to be stuck in traffic.

Not pleased. Pick-up at hotel scheduled at 8:30 in downtown Miami was 20-25 minutes late and we were the first pick-up. We then spent the next 45 minutes or so picking up other customers primarily in Miami Beach and then a 15 minute stop at the vendors office for processing and passenger transfers. Tour was pleasant once it started, guide well-informed. Arrived at harbor for lunch and transfer to boat tour. We were told we had 30 minutes for lunch. We were at the end the boat boarding group and were then told the boat was full so we would need to wait about an hour for the second boat tour. We did receive a ticket for a free drink. The bus to take us back to the hotel was not available when we returned to the dock. After a 20 minute wait, the bus arrived. We were again at the end of the boarding line. The bus filled and we were told we would need to wait for the next bus whose arrival time was unknown due to traffic. I did express my displeasure to the person monitoring the boarding process and received a rather rude response. This 5-6 hour tour felt like a 2-3 hour tour with the waiting and wasted time.

Web site was not clear on the difference between the morning and afternoon tours. When picked up at the hotel, we went a block, then sat for forty minutes without any explanation, then to office with little explanation, not too friendly service at the office. Cruise was good, bus tour was very average. Stopping at cigar store in Little Havana was tacky.

I booked this trip through Viator. They sent me a voucher. I found an e-mail Id of local operator. I contacted them and got prompt reply. As expected, they came to my hotel Cavalier on Ocean Drive at 9-15 am on the 12th day of October, 2014 and picked us me with my wife. However, the double Decker bus was running too fast. So there was no scope to see the houses mentioned by the guide. I tried to capture photos with my DSLR but failed. It would have been better if there were some photo stops._br/_ Most of the times, we had to bend our heads for saving our heads from the branches of trees. The guide was shouting, watch your heads !!! _br/_ The bus stopped at Little Havana for 45 minutes. It was a little bit frustrating. Only a period of 20 minutes would do sufficient._br/_ At the port, we had to wait for 1 hour 30 minutes. It was a boring session. The cruise was good but we did not get any seat neither on upper floor nor on lower deck. We had to stand up for 1 and half hour._br/_ After getting down from the cruise, we had to wait for another 1 and half hour for getting the bus. If this waiting period could be shorter and the bus did not run rapidly, I could enjoy more.

We (four friends and I) had an awesome time on the city tour and the boat tour. That staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. One recommendation would be to at least offer to drop customers back off to the hotel that they were picked up from Downtown.

I enjoyed the tour, especially the boat tour. The disappointing thing was that they were almost 40 minutes late picking me up at my hotel. The boat tour was advertised as a 90 minute cruise and it lasted barely over an hour. If I hadn't spoken up, they would have completely missed my hotel in the drop offs at the end of the tour. They just seemed terribly disorganized that day. Nick was the guide for the city tour and he couldn't have been more polite and considerate. So kudos to Nick.

I enjoyed my tour! I saw parts of Miami I never would and #39;ve saw without it! The only thing I would change would and #39;ve been the wait time for departure after boarding the bus. It is a double decker and it was very hot to wait for so long, especially being pregnant. More time needed in little Havana as well
