Good combination. The stop in Little Havana was appreciated. So was the lunch stop at the wharf. Biscayne Bay is really worth checking out esp the celebrities' homes. The airboat was interesting with a bit of alligator show on the side.

Great value and fun day out. The Everglades and airboat ride tour was actually better than I imagined...we were able to get quite close to the wildlife and the fast part of the trip was thrilling. It was very busy though so we had to wait almost an hour to actually go on the boat. The show after was good fun and the food was ok for the price too. The City Sightseeing guide was very good...speaking in English and then in Spanish too. Quite informative....but if you like history and museums this tour isn't for you. It was more about fun, social life, the various cultures and size of buildings and hotels of the famous etc. I enjoyed it._br/_ There was enough time to eat a meal before the cruise and we ate where the tour guide suggested and it was reasonable food. The boat cruise was a little crowded but once again good fun....mainly to spot the houses of the rich and famous. A long day but great value and good fun.

The highlight was the Everglades portion as it is such a unique environment and the airboat is a fun way to see it slow and fast. This was in effect three tours mulched together and the linkages between moving from one to the other was poor eg. When we went to get the cruise they had no record of our booking and when we checked in they took a long time to find the booking by the way get there early as these are busy tours and it take time to get checked in - would be much better if they used mobile check in. We were on the city bus portion when it bucketed down with rain - no ponchos were provided nor was there any covering that could be used over the top of the bus. The option was to stand downstairs or get soacked upstairs - we did the latter - but these buses need to be fitted with roofs that can be used as needed - this is Miami - it rains a lot!

As mentioned before, this is three separate tours in one package. Our first tour was to the Everglades and the Airboat ride which was excellent. We were not that far from the head office in Lincoln Rd so picked up the bus from there. We departed around 09:30. It's an hour's drive to the Everglades to the Gator Park. The Airboat ride is fabulous and we saw three alligators. There is a section through the 'glades' where the drivers give you more of speed trip which was great fun as well. There is a short show afterwards and then you have an hour or so for some lunch.

The combo is the best way to see more than one fascinating thing.

The bus tour and the Everglades sections of the tour were good however on the bay cruise more speakers are required for the back of the boat. Could not hear anything that was said by the guide even though I had asked twice to turn up the volume. Speakers placed at the rear would assist with the speaking tour of the houses, etc.

Evergdades Airboat Ride was amazing. The Airboat ride was fantastic moved slowly at first and we could spot alligators' then in the more open area he put his foot down and we sped away ! May need a jacket. We had to wait for the bus ride which was okay, then again wait for the cruise ride which again was okay if you like driving past all the posh villas of famous people. If I was to do this again I would just do the Airboat Ride it was fantastic the rest was okay but added up to a long day with a lot of waiting round. But that's my opinion.

The limited information about the content of the day was in contrast to the reality. The day was very long, some two hours longer that advertised. The day happened in a different order to advertised. It was hard to get information from the staff. The bus ride is frankly dangerous, many branches sweep the top deck requiring passengers to duck very low. The boat ride is very loud and over full so the promised cruise with the opportunity to look into the water and at the sky line is a bit of a nightmare.

This tour was so much fun and very well organized. All the staff and tour guides were awesome and gave good information on all parts of the tour. The main lady running the show was on point making sure everyone got the best experience. It was a Saturday during spring break and Ultra and no issues.

Just do the city tour. The everglades tour was very lame and the cruise was terrible. By the time we did the cruise it dark and we couldn't see a thing and the guy with the microphone was dreadful! I think the alligators at the everglades were stuffed. City tour was good!

The people were super friendly and knowledgable. The three tours air boat ride thru the Everglades, the Miami City Tour and boat ride thru the Biscayne Bay were awesome. The down time between tours was a little too long. We started the first tour at 9:30am and were dropped off at our hotel around 8pm. The weather was great 70's all day! Glenn and Ruth

A tour of land and water in Miami - at the level of similar, informative and spectacular. A visit to the Everglades caused one disappointment. Spent a lot of time, saw the minimum._br/_ On the day of the tour we were not provided with a pick-up and the combo tour was disrupted. As a result, we were divided into a tour for two days. The reason was exclusively in the slovenliness of the local company, from which we previously received confirmation of the place and time of the peak-up. When booking through Viator, please contact local companies at least the evening of the previous day

Overall was very good and interesting. Friendly informative tour guides, you just need to pay attention on instructions to meet etc as there were 3 different tours with changing of transports.

Great adventure filled tour. Miamj city bus ride was lovely with great guides, cruise was super pleasant and Everglades was impressive. Just make sure you take a lot of cash as you are supposed to tip separately every guide for each of the three parts of the tour.

This is a must-do and must-see trip for all first timers to Miami. In one single action-packed and fun-filled day, you get a terrific sense of the Miami and Everglades areas. The trip was very well organised and great value for money. If you want to see Miami by night, in all its wonderful colour-filled glory, with truly breathtaking views from the bay area, then it's better to leave the Biscayne Bay Cruise to the afternoon, and cover the Everglades Airboat Ride in the morning time instead. Highly recommended overall as a great fun day out. We missed our initial planned booking due to a timing error on pick up from the hotel, and the organising company in question couldn't have been more helpful in rescheduling the tour to the following day at no extra charge.Hospitality at its best!

The everglades airboat ride was great. We did spend a lot bit too much time there afterwards but that was OK if you wanted something to eat or drink. City tour was fantastic. Little Havana was my favorite - could have spent more time there. Bay cruise was good but there seems to be too much time waiting before and after the cruise. We waited for our bus driver for 30 minutes. That would be the only complaint. Otherwise FANTASTIC and well worth the money.

Mixed reviews for this tour. It was actually 3 mini-tours joined together, whereas I expected it to be one group that stayed together all day and that it would be a bit more co-ordinated. Anyhoo, the city tour was interesting and the stop in Little Havana was a bonus. We were then taken to Bayside and had an hour to have lunch at 11.15am, at our own expense before getting on the boat for the bay cruise. The bay cruise was as you would expect. Things went downhill for us from there, though. We had to re-board the bus for a 45 minute drive out to the Everglades. The tour was booked beyond capacity and we were stuck on top of an open-top bus on a pretty hot afternoon. Some of the seats on the bus were wet leaking air conditioning and for some reason some of the seat upstairs also had puddles on them, and the staff seemed to have no way to clean them. They were not going to get another bus, the tour ran late and there were other passengers standing downstairs that did not have seats at all. We felt very uncomfortable and so we got off and did not go on the Everglades part of the tour at all.

Had to pay extra when we got there for the Everglades tour which wasnt stated in the exclusions part of the trip description. Didnt stop off a little havana for lunch only to try some coffee, barely enough time for lunch when we were given some time. All very rushed

Make sure you wear your Everglades sticker right after lunch! The tour company does not give very good directions as to which bus to take to the Everglades. Fortunately I was able to take the tour the next day without paying an extra fee.

Very commercial tour with lots of waiting time. Tour guides keep begging for tips relentlessly calling out passengers they didn't think gave enough. Poor value and unprofessional staff. We had also been told we were doing an English tour. Everything was repeated in Spanish and I would say guides were speaking 90 in Spanish and 10 in English. Don't go

Everything about this trip was pretty good up until they took an open double decker on the highway with high winds to go to Gator Park and back. Who does this? Everything else was an enjoyable experience.

The hop on hop off was good. I would skip the cruise, only because you basically see the same things as the hop on op off, but on a boat. The Everglades was my favorite, try the gator sandwich! I was worried about purchasing because of the bad reviews, but it was fine. A little unorganized during departure, but otherwise it went smoothly. The tour guides were great throughout!

Good tour. You will learn and see places. The downside was they were not on time and we wasted one hour waiting for the bus to pick us up after lunch break. I did not finish my lunch because we wanted to be on time but ended up wasting one hour waiting without letting us know that they will be late to pick us up to continue the tour. At everglades, they just dropped us off without directing us where to line up or giving us a short overview of what's gonna happen or do. It was like we were on our own and they were just there to drive the bus. We finished the tour an hour late and we were close not to catch our flight back home. Tour wAs taken place in March 2016.

Combo tour means you go to 2 tours separately, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, with 45 minutes to one hour waiting at the tour operating office in between. Everglade Airboat Ride only lasted about 20 to 30 minutes as it is NOT really operated by National park, you need to pay additional fee before getting on board. Tiny operation and not much to do afterward other than waiting at their gift shop to wait for the bus driver to open the door for us. No tour guide with us. The driver could only communicate with limited English. Other 2 tours were combined by 2 separate operating companies as well. You need to wait about 45 minutes to one hour at the bay shopping plaza for the boat to come. In general they are OK for the money we spent.

I would rate it a 3. The trip to the Everglades was awesome with an air conditioned bus. I was disappointed though, that as a national park, we could not get a national park stamp for our collector's book. We were told another location down the road had the stamps. Why couldn't this facility also have the stamps?_br/_ The city tour was miserable, hot and humid with no air conditioning. Limited seats on the main deck which we're glad we snagged as the top of the open air bus would have been excruciating. There were families with children standing up on the main deck to avoid the heat upstairs. Liked the Old Town Havana tour but could have used more time to buy cigars and enjoy the mojito that we barely had time to gulp down.

Highly recommend this tour! Our day began around 10am. Went to the Everglades first and our driver for the boat was very informative. Bus tour was a blast and perfect way to end it was with the boat tour. Bar inside the boat was very good and good prices

it is little alright with Miami Combo tour within Miami seesighting exclude Everglades Airboat ride take approx. 45mins drive from downtown but only 20mins on airboat ride is too short time via allow to watch the alligator in cage.

An amazing full on day where you get to see everything!!!! First stop was the open top bus tour taking you to all the suburbs of Miami, stopping at Little Havana for a complimentary Cuban coffee, before a bit of free time. The bus driver was very knowledgeable pointing out areas of interest. Then you get a break for lunch at your own expense, or a wander around the shops Downtown. Next up a boat trip around Biscayne Bay and Star Island where all the houses of the rich and famous were pointed out - and wow so many of them!!! Finally a trip down to the Everglades which is a must if in Miami. The experience was breathtaking although disappointed to only see one gator/croc, but this didn't spoil the day as a whole.
