Worst tour ever!!! You'll spend most of your day on a shuttle back and forth from Bayside to Dolphin Mall to the Everglades back to Dolphin Mall back to Bayside. The AC didn't work on the shuttle back from Everglades so we were very uncomfortable. This was my 3rd Alligator/Crocodile tour but the 1st one where we did not see a single Alligator on the airboat ride. Save your money and skip this tour.

The bus picked us up outside out hotel and the the bus ride was comfortable. The everglades on the air boat was great and we saw multiple alligators. The trip was educational and our air boat driver was pleasant and knowledgeable. We ended our trip at the Biscayne Bay Cruise . The cruise was a nice ride seeing beautiful homes and yachts of the rich and famous. Great day trip at a reasonable price.

Unfortunately this was not a particularly good experience. We drove around Miami Beach for two hours on the bus picking up passengers before departing for the Everglades. This was entirely too long. Our driver who apparently was on his first trip either with the company or with this particular adventure was flustered and unable to really tell us what was going on. Also, his English was not particularly good and it was hard to communicate.

THIS WAS A GREAT TRIP TO EXPERIENCE. EVERYTHING WAS WELL PLANNED OUT AND WE ENJOYED IT. WE GOT TO THE DEPARTURE POINT A LITTLE LATE. THE DRIVER WHO WAS PULLING OUT, STOPPED AND WAITED FOR US. THE AIRBOAT GUIDE WAS SUPER NICE AND VERY PERSONABLE. THIS WAS A FANTASTIC DAY AND WELL WORTH THE PRICE FOR ALL IT INCLUDED. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS AS ONE OF THE BETTER TOURS WE HAVE EXPERIENCED.

Taking the Everglades airboat tour allowed me to cross another destination off my bucket list. I was disappointed that we didn't see any alligators nor crocodiles - but no one can assure that Mother Nature will cooperate.

Everglades facility was very run down and actual tour was very short. Our shuttle driver was hard to understand which made it hard to know what time to be back on the bus. Boat tour was fantastic but I barely made it because we almost didn’t get there in time. Got left behind after and had to Uber

Very good experience, great being picked up / dropped off at our hotel. Everglades tour on was excellent, informative, and educational. Bay Cruise was similar in getting to see the port, star's homes, luxury boats, and some of the history of the bay. Both parts were packed full of information and interesting tidbits. Never rushed and always felt safe and well taken care of.

We visited the Everglade Safari Park and the airboat ride was great as well as the Biscayne Bay cruise seeing all the famous homes but the transportation was on a hug bus and it took forever to pick up and drop off people along the way. I would prefer a smaller tour vs this large tour bus style.

Airboat was great fun and Biscayne Bay cruise was much better than expected._br/_ We were picked up from our hotel on Ocean Drive and after a few more pick ups we were on our way to the Everglades. Our driver pointed out places of interest in a running commentary which was most informative._br/_ The airboat trip was great with several stops to allow our pilot to point out various points of interest and to spot alligators in the wild._br/_ Back at the alligator park there is a show and a chance to handle a baby alligator and take a few photos._br/_ Next we driven back to Miami for the boat trip which was interesting seeing the houses of the rich and famous. The boat was quite big with toilets and with bar and snack bar. Then back to the hotel._br/_ Only criticism I have is a bit more time between events would have been nice as I felt a little rushed._br/_ Overall a very good trip at a good price.

Pickup was on time and without issue. Bus was comfortable and clean driver very helpful . Everglades air boat ride great despite a period of rain during it. I would of loved to re book another but in a small air boat and for an hour or so. Did see some wildlife turtles and alligators. Air boat driver very informative.2 things to take is a waterproof jacket if it looks like rain and repellent although you can get them at the tour shop for a price. We enjoyed it ._br/_ Biscayne Bay cruise ok was a relaxing 90 minutes late afternoon as it came as a package were not too concerned about it .If not part of the package would we have gone on it probably not .

It was a great and very interesting trip! You should see that! The organization was really good! - only at the end of the trip the busdriver did not bring us back to the hotel where we were picked up in the morning because he had no list with our address and no more time.

Worst. Tour. Ever!!!!!!! Picked us up an hour late and we had to ride an hour through the city to pick up others. Then they told us they switched bay cruise to morning and airboat ride to afternoon. Then we had to wait 45 minutes for bay cruise. They were 30 minutes late picking us up after cruise and rode on bus 45 minutes to airboat tour and alligator demonstration which they rushed us through. Back on the bus for well over an hour. Even though we were almost first to be picked up, we were next to last to be dropped off. Felt like we spent the day on the bus. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE !!!!!!!!

The tour of the everglades was great, and Biscayne bay good too. The low score is for organisation and communication. Pickup time downtown was 10.15, but the bus was a full hour late and because of the delay we had to wait a further hour for the 12.30 boat. The driver's attitude was really poor, and he gave no info, just pointing us to the docks and saying go down there, we had to figure it out on our own. Not good enough.

Not as advertised. Disappointed. Waited around for Boat 45mins as didn't know about out booking. Boat not as described. Rude transport driver. No jungle trail. Show is 5min max.taken on an hour detour on way back when 2miles from hotel we got took 18miles away to drop others 1st. Was 9hours in total

The tour was very good, but started out a little disappointing. The water level was too low to go very far in the Everglades. We did go out for about 20 min. and did see some gators. It was fun, but didn't get a good feel for the Everglades. The Bay Cruise was a real surprise. I didn't think it was going to be anything special, but we REALLY enjoyed it. It is a very good way to see homes, ships and Miami from the water. All in all a very good Tour.

The tour in the Glades was quite short, the guide though was great. Too little time afterwards to have a nice lunch at the local quaint café. It's also a shame the driver of the bus doesn't provide some info during the trip, the time on the bus could be used telling some facts about local history or similar. I managed to see just a few alligators.

The highlight was the Everglades where the safari team did an excellent job on the boat and wildlife show. Boat trip was interesting and the crew did a good job. Disappointingly the coach tour guide was surly and spent most of her time with an ear piece in and seemed annoyed if she had to remove it.

We have been on over one hundred tours in our lifetime, this tour by far was the worst one we encountered. Horrific customers service, tour guides who didn't care and a boat that was a relic. For your sanity and your wallets piece of mind use a different tour company and research it's customer service before booking.

The coach driver on the way to the Everglades was very good and informative. The Everglades Airboat trip was amazing, a definate must do trip, and we saw loads of alligators. The boat trip around Biscayne Bay was great and we even had dolphins swimming alongside us for a while. Unfortunately, the pick up after the boat trip was very chaotic, we had a different coach and driver, and trying to find it amongst loads of other coaches was very difficult.

Not a bad tour to see the everglades, but would have liked longer on the airboat ride, the show was informative and short. I think i had expected a bit longer there, it was only 2 hours in total, and i had really been looking forward to seeing the everglades.The cruise was relaxing and a nice break, not too busy.

We spent more than an hour picking up people from hotels . The tour does not go to the Everglades park , just to the tip . The time spent there was not enough to take the boat , see the show and eat . _br/_ The other boat ride was ok but all in all a tourist trap

The everglades airboat is an experience no one should miss. The guide showed us the wildlife we we expected to see. Plants that grow in the everglades were fascinating, as well as the everglades role in the ecosystem. However, the Biscayne Bay Cruise lasted longer than scheduled. This late return caused us to miss the included city tour that was to come after the cruise.

once again gray line did not turn up until very late, failed to communicate and left several of us stranded at the end of the trip at bayside pier, unable to contact anyone and having to find taxis to take us back to our hotels_br/_ the pick up was so late from the time given I had in fact booked alternative tours from the hotel , money lost, faith in gray line Miami lost_br/_ The contact number is never answered only a recorded message and no one ever returns a call or advises, unacceptable behaviour

The Bay Cruise was very good and the Everglades Airboat trip was excellent, but the co-ordination between the two was disjointed as when we were dropped off for the morning Bay cruise the bus driver told us to be back at 1pm for the pick-up. We waited and waited for the bus and decided to get some lunch._br/_ One of the other people waiting rang to find out what was happening and he was told it was a 2pm pick-up. Great! If we had of been told the correct information we could have had lunch instead of rushing a quick sandwich._br/_ I recommend that you check what the proper timing of the two parts is when you book and confirm this excursion. Apart from this linking hiccup the tour is recommended.

Overall trip was so-so, the driver did not narrate anything. His English was very difficult to understand. We felt lot of waste of time just waiting at the port after completion of the Biscayne Bay Cruise. There were no details provided at beginning of the tour in terms of plan for the day. _br/_ The Cruise was completed in about 1.5 hours and then we had to wait for almost 2 hours then about 40 min drive to Everglades. The boat ride at Everglade was done in 15 min. and again 40 min drive back._br/_ After booking while waiting at the port I had found another tour with same money/price however that also included miami city tour and would have not added too much time. _br/_ i would not recommend this trip unless you have lot time at hand.
