6 hours of my life i'll never get back!_br/_ The actual Everglades part was OK - the guides were knowledgeable, and as expected from other reviews - only saw a lot of water, grass and not really much wildlife. The information from the captive stuff was interesting, but was standard stuff from the internet or Utube. Toilets at the centre really really need a re-vamp, as does the café. But all in all not a bad 90 mins.

This tour was really awesome. I was picked up at Bayside right at 10:15 and we were on our way to the everglades. It was about an hour drive with the other stops we had to make. Once we were there, we had a few minutes before the airboat tour departed. The airboat was so much fun! You have to wear ear plugs and I recommend sitting on the sides if you can, it will be harder to see if you sit in the middle. Right as we left the main area we saw two alligators up on land and a turtle sitting on a branch. Once in the open water we saw a huge alligator swimming, on the banks there was a mama alligator on her nest, and heading back to the main area there was a smaller alligator swimming. The airboat driver was really funny and he gave a lot of good information on the types of birds, fish, and insects we saw. After the airboat we went on to the alligator show where there were 3 more alligators and a snake. After the show, you could hold a baby alligator and get your picture with him for 3. You take the boardwalk back to the main area and along that there are more alligators enclosed. The bus left back to Miami at 1:30 and the way back was less than an hour. Don't forget to bring sunscreen and bug spray!

The Trip was very good........ the tour of the Everglades was as advertised, about a 30 minute airboat ride. Quite thrilling and worth the price of admission. The bus driver was on time and courteous when we were picked up from Downtown Miami. The return trip was also pleasant, and the driver dropped us off at a different location which helped... My basic beef that prevents this trip from being a 4 or 5 star trip was the fact that I was wither mis-lead or naive in thinking we'd enter the Park Boundaries next to the National Park visitor center. We never visited the Official Park Visitor center that was a bid minus. We missed out on the official park Exhibits, movie, and walking trails into the everglades. This boat area-tour, is privately run, and about 30 minutes east of the Official National Park Visitor Center.

The tour itself was very nice... Guides were pleasant and informed. Learned a bunch of stuff about Gators and Crocs... Only draw back was the length of the bus ride to and from. Would have been better if we had some narrative during the trip as we drove all around Miami picking up and dropping off people.

The initial details we were given said 30 minutes on the water but as it turned out we were pleasantly surprised to be out for over an hour. This was a really good trip - myself and My dad opted for the morning trip. It wasn't a particularly long drive out to the park, and once their the facilities were awesome, clean and tidy, welcoming. Badly organized trip. We planed to go directly to the cruzer ship after the trip and mentioned it in our booking. We got a mail that it will not be a problem When bus came it was a little one without any place for luggage. Driver was not interested to solve this problem . We almost missed our boat.

Slick and efficient team. Pickup times were vague.8.20 to 10 had to phone to get a time otherwise I would been standing on the street for over an hour. Our drivers commentary and instructions were very difficult to understand for a non spanish speaker especially for age diminished hearing. However we got a good feel for what the everglades are about in a short time. Pleased I did it.

Did see any alligators in the Everglades. There is a Native American company that takes you out on an airboat through the everglades and boy, are there alligators!!! I didn't do the Native American Everglades tour this time because this tour picks you up at your hotel. I wish I had taken the Native American tour again instead of this one.

We arranged for pickup from our hotel, the coach was an hour late, no contact from the company to advise this was the case, we then spent an hour picking up guests from all over Miami before commencing the trip, with us all feeling unwell due to the constant stopping and starting of the coach. The Everglades tour was as described, unfortunately we did not see any wildlife on our trip. The show with Alligators was ok, although we noted they did not have a very large enclosure we declined the offer of a photo with a baby Alligator for 3 dollars, especially as it had its mouth taped shut. We tried to eat a little lunch at the Everglades, but were told, along with our fellow travellers to return to the coach, despite the fact the coach had been late in the first place. The trip back to Miami was scheduled to take just as long, so we decided to get off at the first stop and return to our hotel by taxi.

Absolute rip off!!! The tour was supposed to be 2.5 hours long(4 if you include hotel pickup/dropoff.) The tour was only HALF AN HOUR, about 20 minutes on the airboat. No gators, no snakes. The bus driver dropped us off several blocks from the hotel, despite having hotel pickup/dropoff,ETC, ETC, ETC

Great trip, pouring with rain Thunderstorm the day we arrived and were offered to return next day - which we did. Big mozzies, bug spray is a must, but that would be typical of any where in the Everglades. Saw our Alligators and other wild life. Tour glide was very good, explaining far more than just the wildlife we found. _br/_ The Alligator show was worth viewing and being able to hold a 'gator was an experience for those of us who wanted to. _br/_ Cafe was OK, unfriendly staff and rather expensive for what was offered, otherwise awesome morning out. _br/_ Air Boats where great. Bus on first pick up was great with steady/friendly driver, coach on 2nd day was comfortably _br/_ I would do this tour again.

Fantastic, well organised trip. All the staff very friendly and knowledgable. Only one slight downside - the mosquitos!! You need to absolutely cover yourself in repellent or get bitten alive. Recommend light clothing covering arms and legs - you've been warned. .
