My wife and I had to go on a long ride to get to this place. When we got there, they told us that it will be really hot and there will be loads of mosquitos and would suggest we get water for the ride and mosquitos repellent. Pretty pricy bottle of repellent. Anyway, having told several times that it's the only place where alligators and crocodiles come together, we were expecting to see a few of those in the water. But through the entire trip, in the noisy airboat, we didn't see any alligators or crocodiles. Only 1 small one pop out of the water closer to the entrance when we return back to the drop off. We were then promised a show but it was just merely feeding the 2 or 3 sleeping Gators with 2 pieces of meat. Towards the end of the 3 mins show, one of the guy came out with a baby gator and said we can take a picture with it at 3 dollars a person. Shouldn't it be part of the entry fee we paid already? Anyway, we didn't think it's worth the time. Just our thoughts

Both parts of the tour were really good, however, they were run through different companies so there was a mix up with timings which meant I was waiting around for ages for the second part of my tour.

The boat ride through the Everglades was amazing, saw quite a few alligators and_br/_ birds and learned about the ecosystem. I did not enjoy the show afterwards so did_br/_ not stay._br/_ Miami City Tour was also good, nice to see different neighbourhoods and learn a bit_br/_ about the history. All in all a very good day.

This was a bit of a disaster, we were picked up late from our hotel, approximately 30 minutes, although there was only four other people on the tour who were already on board? We were then informed that we would be on the City tour first despite the itinerary stating the Everglades was in the morning._br/_ The tour itself was good and the driver Jimmy was informative, enthusiastic and a nice guy._br/_ After the city tour had ended, we were then transported to the harbour area whereupon the other four individuals undertook a river trip and we were informed by Jimmy that another bus would be taking us to the Everglades, we waited for an hour, it was 15.30hrs when we finally left, arriving at the Everglades after 16.30hrs! The trip on the Everglades was good and the ranger was brilliant and very informative . We were due to see the alligators in the park but by this time approximately 17.30hrs, it was closing, the sun had gone down and the gators were all sleeping and due to time both the restaurant and gift shop had also closed! _br/_ The driver then had the nerve to ask for tips but due to us returning to our hotel he didn't seem to know where it was and drove past it at approximately 19.30hrs almost three hours late as the itinerary informed the trip finished at 16.30hrs, the aforementioned gratuities were understandably not forthcoming._br/_ Not a great day!_br/_ Two stars for Jimmy.

City tours were ok but could be better with more informative guide information and less repetition. The Everglades tour driver was very late and was slow to deal with his unprofessionalism. The airboat captain was salvaged the tour and was very entertaining. High marks also to the alligator wrangler.

After a morning city tour we were dropped off for lunch in Miami and told we would be picked up at 1-45pm for our trip to the evaglades,the bus never turned up and we were left stranded in Miami. A local tour operator tried to contact the tour operator and when they eventually got through the tour operator said they would get back to them within 10 minutes to sort our problem out. They never did and would not pick up when our help tried to get back at them. So 3 hours later we ended up having to get the bus from Miami marina back to our hotel in Miami beach at our own expense, this was to be the highlight of our trip to Miami so what a major disappointment it turned out to be!

This tour was a waste of time and money, the city tour was very short most of the time was spend picking up other guests, then had to wait for 3 hours to get into a different bus to everglades.The whole day was gone without actually seeing much. i would recommend use hop-in hop off which is so much better. very disappointing.

This was not a tour I would recommend. The folks were nice at the boat place but it is very overpriced for what you get. You spend more time getting there than you do on the actual adventure. Not an exciting tour at all.

The Miami city tour was great. We saw everything we wanted to see. The Everglades part of the trip was disappointing. We were taken to Everglades Holiday Park, not the Everglades National Park, where we were boated around manmade canals for an hour.

The Miami tour was amazing and really worth while, however the tour guide for the Everglades tour ruined the trip. Would not stop talking the entire trip, did not inform us where to go after the tour to be picked up and then decided to take us to a biker bar afterwards which we did not want to do.

This has been on my bucket list for so many years and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed the Everglades Airboat ride. A very beautiful area, scenic and we got to see baby aligators too. It was great fun. The Miami City tour was terrific and it was a great way for us to see and learn about the city. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone going to Miami for the first time.

The tour left much to be desired. I expect to see many animals in the Everglades. We saw a puppy, only. The only excitement was the ride on the airboat. The following presentation also left to be desired. Alligators seemed anesthetized. Still had to pay to take a picture with a small alligator. This time we were disappointed with the proposed riding.

The coach arrived 40 minutes late, we didn't know if it was going to turn up! In order to regain the time we didn't stop at a shopping snore which we should have stopped at for an hour, we the got dropped off and had to wait for our next coach which was a couple of hours, just told us where to wait with no paperwork or anything, the Everglades trip was also rushed, no time to look in the shop or get something to eat in the cafe, overal was okay but was disappointing to what we had hoped.

This tour was a disaster. The changes on who will pick us up at the Hotel were changed and was never communicated to us until we called 48 hours prior to the start of our Tour. When I booked this tour, I was advised that we will be picked up at the Doubletree Ocean Resort and Spa in North Miami Beach. However, when I reconfirmed the tour, the agent told me that the local tour operator would no longer be the one to provide the tour and we had to go elsewhere for the pick-up. This cost us additional taxi fare in the amount of 25 dollars just to be available at the new place they designated for the pick-up. We didn't know who will pick us up until a black mini-van pulled up and asked us if we are on the City tour so we hopped in and were transferred us to a Doubledecker bus near South Beach. The bus went to pick up more passengers along the hotels for almost an hour. It was almost 11:00 a.m. when the Tour Guide grabbed the microphone and welcomed everyone but the rain started pouring. Thank God we brought raincoats and the 2nd deck of the bus has a roof otherwise we will be soaking wet. We really did not enjoy the first part of the tour esp. in South Beach, partly becuase of the strong winds and rain. By the time we reached Little Havana, the rain stopped and we had a 30 minute lunch break in there. Honestly, this Tour could have been better if it was a little bit organized and communicated to us properly. We were expecting to start with The Everglades but ended up taking the City Tour first. The fact the this is our first time in Miami and the tour we booked was a disappointment.
