It was difficult to contact Supershuttles on arrival at Port Everglades. I got the answer phone when I called and although I left a message it was not handled. I phoned again and this time was told someone would be there in 15 minutes, no mention of my earlier call, the car arrived half an hour later. Once we were in the car all was well including the driver who was polite and efficient in getting us to the airport. I think you should make it clear where we would be met. The pick up area is where passengers for the next cruise arrive and there is total confusion but your driver got out of the car and made an effort to find us. Apart from the delay it was a good service.

When we debarked the ship, we walked out of the terminal and the shuttle was right in front of us! We checked in, they loaded our luggage and us into the van. We needed to wait for another 4 people, but, the wait was less than 15 min. We were then on our way to the airport. Driver was very nice, courteous, and did extremely well handling the port traffic. I truly believe and trust Viator in making arrangements when traveling. This was the 3rd time in 3 different locations, multiple transfers, tours. We have nothing but praise for the service they provide. Will always use them, hands down! Web site is user friendly, cost competive, and in most cases that I have found less expensive than the cruise ship if your booking excursions and the tour guides are great, knowledgeable, and usually you get more than the ships excursion. I had prebooked the transfer and phoned on my arrival at Miami to get a reconfirmation number as required. I wrote this on my booking receipt and assumed that I would just need to get on a super shuttle when I arrived after the cruise at the port. On getting off the ship we went to the shuttle pick up and waited for super shuttle. One arrived but when I showed him my paperwork he said I needed to phone and be assigned to a driver. As I am from the UK my mobile is from the UK and it would involve an international call to phone a local number near the port. I went to find a phone but was told there were none. Kindly one of the port officials boarding passengers on the next cruise said he would use his phone and call the office for me. He was holding for several minutes and didn't get through. My daughter then called me and said that the original super shuttle driver had agreed to take us! All this was a but stressful when trying to get to Miami airport for a long flight back to the UK, I think that more understanding should be shown to overseas travellers making it unnecessary for them to make calls for something that has already been reconfirmed. The driver was very pleasant and was efficient once we had joined his transfer.

Returned from a Disney cruise with our young daughter. Got our bags, made it through customs, called for our ride, and waited 40 minutes for pick up. We were told to expect the van in 10 minutes, called again after 20 minutes, and were told to van was in the port, and waited another 20 minutes. I think we were the last people from the cruise to leave the port. Once we were picked up, the ride was fine. The van was clean and the driver helped with the bags.

An advisory for other Miami travellers:_br/_ I like SuperShuttle but on this date they decided they couldn't find any third-party reservations, leaving me stranded by myself. They would not let me confirm my reservation the day before, but told me to call once I was off the ship. Totally ineffective.

I made all arrangements prior to the trip with times for pickups. Waited for over 30 minutes before calling from the Port of Miami to check on the van service. I was told there was not a reservation for me and that I should have called 24 hours prior to pick up to let them know I needed to be picked up. I was on a cruise and did not realized I needed to call them to reserve my pick up AGAIN. Yes, the paperwork says this, BUT WHAT'S THE PURPOSE OF DOING ALL THIS WHEN MAKING THE RESERVATION TO BEGIN WITH. We wasted 33 and ended up using UBER which was 18 cheaper anyway.

We were on a 5 day cruise with no phone access. Upon departing from our cruise and looking for our prepaid ride to the Miami Airport we were completely stranded and forced to pay an additional 90 to take a cab from Port Everglades to the Miami International Airport. I will never again use this scam service.

The driver have a bad attitude, rude. we ask him how long before we get to the airport cause then have to be there by 10am and we started to board at 10:35am and it already 9:50am and he say he have to pick up 3 people. I was assigned to vehicle 539 and guest 117. I WILL NOT SUGGEST UR COMPANY VIATOR / SUPERSHUTTLE TO ANYBODY THAT NEED A RIDE TO THE AIRPORT FROM THE PORT OF MIAMI.

Then after he arrived we waited 20 minutes for other people... and then finally pulling off, his radiator was leaking and we had to wait for another driver... Then the other driver complained and belittled the coworker who had broke down... Our transportation from Port Everglades to the Miami airport after our cruise was excellent. We called the number provided upon arrival and our ride arrived about 15 minutes later. Make sure you know your cruise terminal number before calling. I immediately received a text telling me the number of our shuttle with a link to a GPS signal to show me where the shuttle was. Our shuttle driver was not the friendliest but we had quick, efficient transportation to the airport.

I was not please at all with pickup service from super shuttle. My pickup time was 8:00 to 8:30 am and the van didn't arrive until 8:50 am causing my entire group to miss our flight at Miami airport at 10:00 am. I recvd a text message from super shuttle stating be ready by 8:00 am which I was and when I approached the only super shuttle van that arrived at 8:10am, I was told it was going to ft lauderdale airport only and stated would need to wait for next van# 554 going to Miami airport in appx 20 minutes which didn't t happen and because we missed our flight and had to reschedule,we did not arrive at our designation until 9:00 pm and spent whole day at airports

The first part shuttle from miami to port ft lauderdale was good. Coming off the cruise ship I called the day before because I realized I was getting off early. The woman on phone said just call us when you are outside. When I called they then said that I was supposed to confirm pickup and needed a confirmation number. I said I had called the day before and no one said I needed a confirmation number. They did come and picked up another couple at another port. Didn't need the stress. Prepaid for these shuttles. Also the woman had an attitude. I would not use again.

We waited less than 1/2 hour for our driver to pick us up. There was an enormous amount of traffic. It was raining and there were multiple accidents. The only part of our trip that I was not thrilled about was the fact that the other passenger we had to pick up was in a home. I felt a bit vulnerable driving into the neighborhood to pick this man up. Our driver was pleasant and drove well. We booked this shuttle on line and we assumed the van would look like the one in the picture which had a big wing on the side and was very easily spotted. However, when we got to Fort Lauderdale there was another company we were actually dealing with. Their vans had no distinguishing marks on them. We were told the van number and had no problem finding them. So, all in all, we had a very good experience with this shuttle system.

After our discovery that your van was not called Viator, we had no problems with the lovely lady that helped us from Super Shuttle. The driver was so very pleasant. The only problem was that we wanted to get to Miami Airport asap and he made another pickup which took up a lot of extra time that we had counted on using to go shopping before boarding our flight back to Barbados. We weren't able to shop as long as we wanted since many things are not available here on our little Caribbean island. We are Canadian citizens and just had things we needed to accomplish.
