On arrival at Miami airport we spent a good 30 minutes, and had to ask several people, where the pick up point was. Just what you need after a 10 hour flight!!! All the instructions said was that it was 'on the island' which to someone who was visiting the airport for the first time was useless. The actual pick up point is outside door 22 - a mystery why this information couldn't have been put on the joining instructions._br/_ When we eventually got to the pick up point the member of staff initially couldn't find our pre-paid booking. She eventually sorted it out and then we had to wait a further 30 minutes for a taxi to arrive. When it did the first thing the driver said was How do you want to pay for your trip!!!! Not impressed with the information or the service.

We prepaid for your service and we didnt use the shuttle. I will not be using the return shuttle from the port back to the airport. 8 will be consulting with VISA to get my prepaid charges reversed. We arrived in Miami in good time and quickly found the Blue Supershuttle kiosk. They didnt have me on the list of expect3d passengers and the operator tried for 20 minutes to do something on her phone or internet and she refus3d to put us on a shuttle even though I clearly had my prepaid voucher in hand. HAIR RAISING! Driver was on his phone or working on his paper while on the road in bumper to bumper traffic. Check engine light and tire pressure light were on in vehicle. I'll have to be desperate before I use Super Shuttle again. If I could give a no-star or negative rating I would.

once we landed at Miami Airport, the girl outside was an idiot, she told us to wait for the shuttle in the wrong area, she had an attitude and was absolutely no help at all, but once we waited at the correct area for the shuttle, everything went fine. The Driver the drop off and the return trip back to the airport went perfect. Would use them again, just hope the same girl at the Miami airport is not there
