The driver talked loudly and constantly (and I mean all the time without stopping) on his cellphone. We were seated near the front of the bus and thus had a very difficult time hearing the recorded narration over the driver's loud cellphone conversation. Also while stopped at various pick up points for a red light, he would not let people on the bus, even though he had to wait for the light to change green. He would wag his finger at the frustrated potential riders.

The bus must have been running late in the afternoon as we waited 1 hour for the bus to drive pass the bus stop. We had to walk to the next stop, and wave the next bus to stop. Not so happy but did get to our hotel finally .

Unfortunately the drivers would not stop at the designated stops. The lines were long and we had to wait for several buses and sometimes hours before we could Hop on. Which made it hard to Hop Off knowing you might not be able to ever hop on again. Travel and vacations are expensive and having unreliable transportation is a waste of my time and money and everyone elses.

Good, quick tour in a beautiful city. Just a tip for those arriving at the SNCF train station: exit the station and walk to your left past the buses and toward the casino. Its a pleasant 10 minutes walk, and you get to take in one of the routes sites without waiting for the bus. The bus does pickup across from Cafe de Paris. Hope this helps, it was confusing to find stop 6, its not right at the train station unfortunately.

The tour is good but it is missing a timetable. You are only informed about the first and the last bus and the frequency. It was 30 minutes, so it has happened that we had to wait 25 minutes for the next bus. Even the last bus is unsure. We have been at one of the stops waiting for the last bus, which should have arrived as the last one, calculating the last departure from its first stop, adding the experienced time to reach our stop, but waiting for 20 minutes the bus has not appeared

The path of the tour was good but the drivers were not helpful. No interaction, difficult to engage, and rarely called out the stops so you would have notice to hop off at a point of interest. Use it to get familiar with points of interest first, then go on the cuircut again to explore on your own.

This is a great way to get around in Monaco. You can get off at the key sights and get back on at your convenience. It stops at everything you would want to see from the palace, to aquarium to casino to port. We got on right at our cruise ship dock and spent the whole day hopping on and off. You also get a running tour when you are on the bus about the history and locations.

Normal Hop-on Hop-off service with far too many people around. Never buy these kind of tickets through Viator or similar agents, because it doesn't give you any preferences when you arrive. We came with a cruise ship and the idea with the Hop-on Hop-off busses are brilliant, but there is absolutely no reason to pay the tickets in advance.

This tour gives you a good overview of Monte Carlo. We even had time to ride the boat across the harbor which was very nice. We had drinks and dessert at a cute cafe and then jumped back on the bus for the rest of the tour. The driver was super nice and stopped close to our hotel to let us off after the tour was over.

Always the most efficient and least exhausting way of getting around a city when time is short. This was a cost- effective service and not only do you get the transport but the history via earphones on the way around included in the price._br/_ We found that there were plenty of stops and no problem getting a top deck seat. _br/_ Monaco is not a massive place, but quite hilly and we got our bearings quickly ,thanks to the bus.

Great way to see the highlights of Monaco and never had to wait more than a few minutes for another bus to come by. We were there in late March and it was cold on the top deck especially when going through the tunnels. Dress warm.

This was OK. We waited a long time in the morning for the bus - around an hour. Presumably we are at the end of the route. The sound was poor and the commentary not inspiring. The driver was helpful, and we got to see most things, but the stops weren't always convenient for where we wanted to go.

They need to add more buses to their route.... if you can get a seat don't get off the bus until you have done the full route as you may never get a seat again. The lines at the stops were a joke and very frustrating. We had the bus stop at the end of the line so all the people who just got in the line were able to hop on the bus first when the people at the front of the line who were waiting at least 45 mins got screwed! There was no staff at the stops to control the lines like there was staff in Athens and Barcelona where we also did the hop on hop off._br/_ Don't get me wrong Monte Carlo was beautiful and amazing to see.... just the hop on hop off needs some tweaking!

Don't do this if there are cruise ships in port. There aren't enough buses. We passed long lines of people who had alighted at a sight or wonder and couldn't get back on a bus. Anyway, it's a small place, and there are elevators to the high bits.

Great sights poor quality sound through the provided earphones. Might be better if you carry your own earphones? Be prepared to change seats to get a working earphone/plug jack. Good sights, stay on it the full way around, then hop off to see various things. We will do again but maybe we'll download our own tour info to listen to before we go.

Great way to see Monaco if you only have one day. The bus runs regularly and we had no difficulty hopping off and picking it up at a different stop. Monaco is very hilly so if you have problems walking this is the way to go! The bus stops right at the pier for cruise ships so it is very convenient.

You can't go wrong with a Hop On Hop off bus. The only complaint was that there weren't enough buses for all of the cruise passengers who had bought tickets so we ended up standing in a line up for at least 45 min to get on the buses that stopped at the cruise ship. We finally gave up and walked into the city in hopes of catching the bus at another stop that was less busy. The walk took us at least another 45 min and all of the stops were just as busy. It would help to have more buses on the route or maybe there's even some room for some competition. We actually avoided getting off at a couple of stops because we were concerned about not being able to get back on a bus.

Worth doing on a nice day especially because Monaco is very steep and hilly. Only complaint is that it was very difficult to find the stop closest to the pier where the cruise ships tendered Use stop 9 Roseraie psse Grace. Our cruise ship tendered at the Port de Frontvielle and stop 9 is to the west of the doc is a short 7 minute walk on flat ground. Use Google maps to navigate to this spot.

A beautiful day and many cruise ship arriving....BUS WAS PACKED and, after waiting 30 minutes for the next bus.....that bus was packed too! We got on but had to stand and didn't get the headphones to hear about what we were seeing. Not a pleasant experience!

This was a wonderful way to see Monaco and Monte Carlo. We spent a lot of time walking around Monaco and seeing the inside of the palace. I would recommend this as a very economical way to see a new area.
