City Tour: Led by an informative tour guide, you will enjoy a panorama of the city covering a route of approximately 9 miles (14 kilometers). Begin at the Old Port and cycle to the Latin Quarter. Continue to La Fontaine Park, with an unusual detour into one of the alleys of The Plateau. Enjoy a refreshment stop at 'St-Viateur Bagel' and get the opportunity to taste their world-famous bagels! This legendary bakery has been part of the city's culture and of local people's everyday living since 1957. You will then continue to Mount-Royal Park, into the Victorian ambiance of the Golden Square Mile, cycle through the business district, and conclude your cycling tour in Old Montreal.

Vista Architecture Tour: See all of Montreal's famous scenic areas and architectural buildings on this 13 mile (20 kilometers) bike ride. Pedal along the Saint-Lawrence River and enjoy the views from the water. Discover Montreal's unique architectural works and culture. Learn about the historical importance of the Saint-Lawrence River over Montreal, and uncover architectural works and parks that have defined Montreal. You will cross the Saint-Lawrence river via the 'Estacade', a structure built between 1964 and 1965 to control ice formation and movements. On the 'Estacade,' enjoy a food tasting of fine products from Canadian Maple Delights.

City of Contrasts Tour: Explore the contrasts of beautiful Montreal on this 11 mile (19km) bike tour. Cycle through the ritzy Westmount district, the vibrant downtown and the famous Atwater market, as well as the industrial area of St-Henri. At first glance, St-Henri may look downtrodden, this is Montreal's "antiques alley." This ride is easy-level friendly.

Best thing to do in Montréal! Me and my partner both loved every minute, we took the historic city tour and our tour guide Mike was ridiculously knowledgeable and made the tour so entertaining that we left wanting to learn and explore more of this beautiful city!

Wanted more history and context behind the city._br/_ We are a world traveling couple vacationing in Montreal for two weeks. We felt we got a tour from someone that lives here, but it was missing a lot of the history and context behind the city. We recommend this tour for people looking more to see the city and hear more about Montreal as it is now, and not a lot of the history.

Rene' was beyond fabulous! Ask for him specifically. In addition to how fabulous Montreal is, Rene' stole the show. Charming, sweet, sooooo knowledgeable, spontaneous and fun. He tailor made the tour to our interests and that made our time with him perfect.

A very nice and pleasant ride around central Montreal. The guide was really good at introducing the special culture and heritage found in Montreal. The view from the bridges was stunning and I think this is best experienced by bike. Highly recommended!

This tour exceeded our expectations in all ways. I really cannot recommend it highly enough. Tour guides Pam and Fannie were fantastic. This was a wonderful way to meet and greet the city of Montreal covering five boroughs. Treat yourself to this tour by all means.

The tour itself took us to many great areas. We saw a ton of things in the 4 hrs. I think we would have enjoyed it more with less random information from the tour guide. There was also a triathalon going on at the time we needed to meet to start the tour. There were many road closings and very difficult to get to the shop. I called the booking company to let them know we were trying to get to the shop among many closed roads and might be a few minutes late, but after 10 min on hold, I simply hung up. This was a frustrating way to start the morning,as they had my email and I'm certain the triathalon had been planned for ages. It would have been nice to had been advance notification

Un excelente tour, muy recomendable para conocer la ciudad. Leah, la guía , fue muy atenta y agradable. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas.

Review by:   Esther E,    August 2017 Review: 1 star rating: I do not recommend this
The description of the bike ride did not indicate that riders were required to maintain a pace of 15 miles per hour.. there were two options - one seemed easier, described as primarily on the flat terrain of Old Montreal. Shortly into the ride I was fired and told I was slowing down the group. When I returned to the shop to return the bike they told me there were no refunds. My husband, a more experienced rider, enjoyed the remainder of the tour so I don.'the want to discourage others. Their treatment of me was humiliating and no attempt was made to improve the situation.

Emily did a great job! We had a pretty nasty weather day, and she always had a smile on her face. She made certain the group was safe and always made sure everyone was comfortable. Her personality and knowledge of Montreal made for a great adventure.

The tour guides, Pam and Marie, were fabulous! They took us to some great locations and shared the history old and new of the place. Since they were both Montreal natives, they also had lots of insider information to give about the places we went. As promised, we did go to some off-tour spots loved that aspect to get a feel for the real Montreal. Bagel stop - excellent! _br/_ As for the biking experience, they accomodated a wide variety of skill and fitness levels. Bikes and helmets were very good. _br/_ I would highly recommend this trip! It would be a particularly good trip to do at the beginning if your stay in Montreal to get an overview of the city.

This bike tour was a terrific way to start my first visit to Montreal: the layout of the city and the historical/cultural background provided by our outstanding guide continued to inform my next days in Montreal. After getting outfitted with great bikes, we set out on the bike path along the St. Lawrence River. It was so exciting to be right where so much important history took place, from the early native cultures to the present time. The first thing we learned: Montreal is a wonderful place to ride a bike. We rode about 18 miles, but it was an easy ride, primarily on level bike paths off the main streets with frequent stops to get background for each stop. We also got advice on how to use the gears for a few inclines, and those who preferred to walk the one big hill toward the end had no problem.

Fantastic city to take a bike tour. Our guide Pam was a wealth of knowledge and showed us Old Montreal, Chinese and Italian sections, McGill University, and much, much more. We even got to keep the bikes till 7 p.m. though the tour was completed by 2:00! Bikes were as advertised and in good condition. Be prepared...you will be riding in a very busy city, but Pam was strict on safety while presenting this amazing place to us.

This was an awesome way to see the City of Montreal! I may have been a bit to old for one hill, I had to walk the bike up the hill, but otherwise it was better than a walking or bus tour, you get to see a lot more!

Great tour, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Brune La Jeunesse really loved the city and it showed throughout our tour! Bikes were in great condition and I didn't realize we could keep them all day, which was a great added bonus! A highlight of my trip!

This bike tour was the HIGHLIGHT of my 50th birthday celebration/5 day trip to Montreal. Our tour was a small personal group of 6 riders and our guide Bruno was AMAZING. Guide books can't come anywhere close to what we were able to see and do with this tour. We were introduced to a culture so rich in history and our private guide filled us with local stories and sometimes, his family history since he was born and raised in this city. Our 4 hour tour took us: through the historic city, introduced us to the French, English and Canadian architecture, delivered us across bridges and the river, through smaller towns within the district, around the Olympic park and the 1967 World Fair Expo site, a lap around the Montreal Grand Prix course, a cruise down Lachine Canal, and a stop at a neighborhood market with a local bakery that hands down, offered the best pastry I've eaten in the last 10 years.

Wonderful tour! We were able to explore parts of the city we probably would never have seen during our short trip. Everyone was extremely helpful when I got a flat tire too! We were completely exhausted by the end, but definitely worth it!

Very fun way to see the city while having a seasoned guide! For the most part, the ride was easy, except for maybe one or two hills. I recommend doing the bike tour the first day you are in Montreal. It helped us know what to do or go back to see during the rest of our trip.

This trip is a must do for anyone who wants to know a little more about the city and doesn't just want hangout in Old Town Montreal. We found Bruno to a wonderful tour guide and really wished we would have taken the tour the 1st day we arrived. The tour gave us history, scenery, and chance to learn about culture and where we could eat outside the tourist traps.

I thoroughly enjoyed this for-hour tour led by our guide Mike who was charming and knowledgeable. He personalised the tour so that we saw some places you wouldn't find by yourself and the bagel stop was a bonus, as was being able to keep the bikes until 7pm that evening. I've written a blog entry which gives more detail of the tour.

The tour was fine -- bicycle tours are always the best way to experience quickly a new city. The guide was very knowledgeable, although a bit too talkative and politically opinionated for my taste. The equipment was very good and the tour and everything around it was well organized and efficient.
