Our limosine was waiting for us when we arrived at Trudeau airport. The driver was very curteous and shared with us some information about Montreal on our drive to our hotel. The limosine was very clean. We would recommend booking your transfer with Viator.

The company is Carmel who I had a disaster with in NYC and didn't want to use them again, but Viator do not tell you the company name before you book. This time was better although there were still issues. The transfer companies need to bear in mind that the Canadian airports are getting worse and worse for immigration queues and delivery of luggage therefore perhaps they should review the driver waiting time. It the moment it is one hour after landing time but I think it would be better to wait an hour but ONLY FROM from 30 mins AFTER the landing time. Let's face it, nobody ever makes it out of the airport within that first 30 mins of landing anyway. I had an internal flight so I didn't go through immigration but it still took me 50 mins to get my luggage and they phoned me to say they'd only wait a few more minutes even though it wasn't my fault that the airport took so long to deliver luggage! Luckily I got my transfer just in time, but I was then charged extra for an airport fee and the driver said his tip wasn't included either.

The Montreal airport has a counter where they call the driver to pick you up. After getting your luggage you follow the signs for limousine pickup to this counter. When I called the day before to confirm this was not made clear to me. However, the driver arrived in a few minutes, he was very courteous, and car very clean plus there were 2 cold bottles of water for us. I would use this service again.

Ride did not show up. Concierge called the company and was informed that they had been instructed not to send anyone. Please note. I did not receive any calls about this booking prior to our arrival We were left stranded and necessitated us getting a cab. Cab rate is a flat 40 and far better than the mess we encountered. Never again!!!!!

We requested a pick up at 2:30 am and driver was there on time. Drive to the airport was very smooth and the interaction with the driver was very pleasant. We asked questions on the city of Montreal and he was very knowledgeable and gave us great information. My first time using private car services versus a taxi and I was amazed how much better it is. Will we making these kind of arrangements in my future travel plans.

The driver was not there. The customer service individual at the limousine line couldn't find my reservation. It finally was found. There was a 10.00 airport fee charged by the driver. This limo company was Carmel. My sister booked through her travel agent. There was not a 10.00 airport fee and the driver provided bottle water. This company was Carey.

Our flight came in on time but going through Montreal Customs took 2 hours!!! We called the limo company when we got out of Customs. Finally the driver found us and we found him! It was a uneventful ride to our hotel.

Good but had been told driver would meet me as I disembarked plane with a placard to help me through airport. I had to call and wait but not a problem just different than what I though I had requested. Fee double that of a taxi but good to have service when traveling alone.

Good car, helpful and efficient driver. Good people to work with._br/_ A word of warning. We arrived when immigration was very busy and it took us a long time to get through.. One hour's wait from the flight arrival time is included. After that they charge one Canadian dollar per minute. It was good that I phoned 55 minutes after landing. If you are not there and do not phone, they treat you as a no show. None of this is unreasonable but it is as well to be warned._br/_ The Limo desk is at the exit to the terminal - follow signs for taxis.

Take the local Montreal cabs, save yourself the extra expenses, and avoid a scam. _br/_
Although my driver was courteous and prompt, he did not hesitate to charge us for an undisclosed parking fee upon arriving at our hotel. We took a regular Montreal cab on our way to the airport leaving Montreal and made a ten minute stop. Our departing taxi fare was 5 cheaper than the online price listed on Viator. As two single women traveling together, I felt scammed and can no longer trust the Viator name. I've used their excellent services across Europe but hesitate to feel safe in the future.

Very nice, clean comfortable vehicle, courteous and friendly driver. The only less than positive note is regarding the clarity of the information Viator provided on the pick-up. You have to go to a Limousine counter, not the transportation counter and give them your name then they call the driver to come collect you at the door. It works absolutely fine but I had to call my driver in order to learn how it worked.

Excellent after the car finally arrived. I called x 2 to confirm the reservation which was wrong at the source x 2 and assured it would be correct. Limo facilitator spent 30 min on phone trying to get our car but finally did and driver and car were great. We even called driver back due to a missing item but item was found at curb by another hotel guest and turned in.

Did not know I'd get charged an additional $12 for parking. If this is standard it should be told before hand. Our flight arrived on time so I do not know why the driver had to park. The trip from the airpot to the hotel was $77.28 (not counting tip) and the trip from th ehotel to the airport was $45 (not counting tip). _br/_
I was told there would be someone with a sign and my name when we arrived at baggage. There was no one there and we had to ask a number of airport people what to do to find our car. Would not use this service again.

We couldn't find our car and driver. He wasn't there to meet us as we exited the outside level of the airport. We had to go to an Information Booth, where they were able to track our driver down and assist us in finding him. Other than that, our trip to the cruise ship pier was fine.
