Private Muscat City Sightseeing Tour - A Fascinating Capital

The tour begins by driving through the beautiful embassy quarter of Muscat en route to Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. Visit the mosque, a religious landmark of Muscat and splendor of unique Islamic architecture (Islamic dress code to be observed).

The next stop is the Omani Museum, which offers a wealth of information about the country's culture, tradition and history. Then on to Muttrah, a delightful quarter of Muscat, complete with traditional souk and fish market.

From Muttrah the drive continues to Muscat Old Town where the tour proceeds on foot, strolling around the palace of Sultan Qaboos and the forts Jalali and Mirani.

Our driver was great. An older Omani native who you can tell loves and appreciates his country. The tour was great and we had enough time at each location to look around and take photos. I would recommend Mr. Rashid to everyone!

We had a wonderful morning. Our guide was friendly, informative and very gracious. We particularly enjoyed the holy mosque a beautiful and serene experience. The guide went out of his way to show us a good time and to introduce us to some of this lovely city. He brought us to several small spots that were wonderful for photos.

No problem for pick up. Our guide was very helpful. He adapted our tour to my handicap and our centers of interest. We were able to see the maximum in the minimum time with expert comments.
