Great driver, efficient service at the airport. When you come out of arrivals, turn right and there will be someone holding a sign for you on the opposite side of the zebra crossing. Friendly staff.

Did not show. In all fairness, we had another event with this vendor the next day. On that event, the guide was excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. Nonetheless, company could tighten its administration.

I arrived at 9 pm and I was greeted outside the terminal by a representative from the company with my name on a sign. She escorted me to the street where the car for me came after about a 5-minute wait. I was at my hotel in about 25 minutes. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was friendly and spoke English quite well. I was happy with the service.

Good reliable service, remember you have to leave the terminal and go to the road before you see the sign for your name unlike other airports where you are met in the terminal. This is local security not the tour operator.

A person with a poster with my name was at the street when I arrived from the baggage hall, and after a short wait I guess this must have been the busiest time of evening for them I was on my way to my hotel. The driver was courteous, the car was clean, and the ride comfortable.

I assumed a pickup time 3.5 hrs before my flight departure time, as this was mentioned on the Viator website as the recommended time when I submitted my request online. However, a Viator rep called me 4 hrs before the flight to ask when I wanted to get picked up. They did not have a driver until an hour later, so just make sure you make your preferred pickup time 100 clear in the online submission fields. My driver ended up taking lots of short cuts to avoid the heavy rush hour traffic, but traffic was bad everywhere and I arrived only 1 hr before my flight departure. Make sure you calculate more than enough time getting to the airport! That said, the driver was courteous, the car was clean, and the ride as comfortable as it could be driving through heavy traffic and slum areas.

We were met at the terminal as expected. The greeter helped us with our luggage and turned us over to the driver. The driver did not seem to have been told which hotel we were staying at. Despite some language difficulties we worked it out.
