Head north from New York City in a climate-controlled coach on this exciting 3-day tour to experience the best of the Niagara Falls region in both New York and Canada. Along with exploring the majestic Niagara Falls, you’ll visit the 1000 Islands, Lake Ontario, the Finger Lakes and the city of Toronto! At Niagara Falls, you’ll tour the American side at night and ride the famous ‘Maid of the Mist’ boat the next day. You’ll then see Toronto’s top attractions, take a cruise on the St Lawrence River and more. Accommodation at an Wyndham Super 8 or similar included for two nights.
This three-day, two-country experience from New York City takes you through the beautiful Niagara Falls and Lake Ontario regions on the Canada-New York border. In an air-conditioned coach with your narrator guide, travel first to Watkins Glen National Park in the picturesque Finger Lakes region, where you’ll pass Seneca Lake (one of the Finger Lakes). You’ll soon reach Niagara Falls, where you’ll spend one night. Explore the falls’ American side at night, and then hop on the iconic Maid of the Mist the next day for a boat ride. From Niagara Falls, head along Lake Ontario to the biggest city in Canada – Toronto! See the city’s top attractions, and then enjoy a boat cruise to the 1000 Islands on the St Lawrence River.
Finally, you’ll make your way back to New York, stopping at The Crossings Premium Outlets, where you can shop the abundance of name-brand stores like Michael Kors, DKNY and Cole Haan.

We loved this trip, it provided an excellent overview of the area we were visiting - we spent quite a bit of the time in Canada which was lovely. The accommodation was good and the tour guides were very good - we had a lovely time and enjoyed the experience. We also took our 2 children 10 and 8 and they were fine travelling - so recommended for families too.

Such an amazing experience and our tour guide, Israel was super informative. I Would highly recommend this tour. Only let down was there were 4 different languages on the one tour and some other patrons were not as patient in waiting for their turn when it came to tour information from our guide.

It was a mom and teen son trip we had a blast he had wifi and I didn't have to drive. Our guide Stephanos was so wonderful he took care of all the Italian guests and we were 2 of 4 English speaking but did not feel out of place. My son was thrilled to see the falls and ride the maid of the most the highlight as well as Watkins Glenn and all the small towns along Lake Ontario. Toronto was somewhere I had never gone so it was nice to spend time in the distillery district. We are not shoppers so didn't care much for the outlets but needed to get out of the bus by than anyway. It was quite a bit of walking but we enjoyed the beautiful weather. Thanks viator

A very well organised tour, packed with activities each day. The tour guides were excellent, informative/good knowledge of the sites, history etc.. The accommodation was very good in both cases. We were disappointed with this trip. It was multi-lingual which we were not aware might happen - much as I respect Italians and their language - after listening to them on the bus talking and their tour guide it just became noise - and very wearing over three days. The other passengers were also quite rude - when their tour guide was speaking they were quiet but when the English speaking guide was speaking to us many of the Italaians would speak quite loudly making it hard to hear our guide.

We found the tour to be excellent. The guides were both very knowledgeable and the coach and driver were very good too. The hotel in Gannanoque was very good. The only thing we did not like was the hotel in Niagara Falls, the hotel was not very good, the location was fair too far away from town and the breakfast was not good either. Nevertheless we would definitely recommend the tour.

5 star trip, 3 star service. This is a great trip, which should be 5 star, but ours was spoilt by the poor organisation from the tour guides. We were an a trip with two guides looking after guests from four speaking nations. That was partly the problem. The front of the coach English and Hebrew, the back Spanish and Italian. The guides didn't seem to get on and there was poor communication throughout. Booking through viator we never received an itinerary so was unsure of the finer details of the trip and the guides never provided these. Also the quality of the two hotels we stayed at was poor, especially the hotel at Niagra, this hotel was very poor considering the cost of the trip. The most frustrating though was the guides inability to get some of their guests back on the coach at the allotted time. This trip takes in some fantastic sights and should be 5 star, so hopefully you will go and get better luck than we did. The pace of the trip is great, the places you see are wonderful and fir those alone this is worth the money. Plenty of travelling should be expected, but I hope you get good guides and they upgrade the hotels, then it would be a trip hard to beat.

Great tour, lots of nice landscapes. The tour guides Peter and Moisés, and the bus driver were terrific. Absolutely worth the cost. However, personally I would change slightly the itinerary on the second day that is the reason I give 4 stars and not 5. I think it would be better to have more time in Toronto and make less stops in the morning by the Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. Or at least have lunch elsewhere, not in a mall, so we can get a better taste of the city.

Great fun! The staff was really nice and the fireworks were awesome! This has been on my bucket list for years and I'm so glad I did it! The boat was not crowded and plenty of open space to see the fireworks. Food was okay, but that's not the main attraction. This is something you have to do! Great time!

The tour and in particular the tour guide Lara was spectacular....however the first nights accommodation was very poor. Room lights did not work, damage to carpet, bath water spout nearly falling off the wall....._br/_ Second nights accommodation exceptional that should be your standard._br/_ Need to set rules about seat reclining...I could not move when people in front kept reclining their seat....Lara did a good job to sort the issue out but them they complained about her.

Great tour. Victoria did an amazing job with 3 different languages in the bus. Our driver Pavlo was great and kept us safe. Some of the places visited were a bit rushed Toronto - would have liked more time here. We only had time really for lunch in the city then we were off to parliament. While I found it interesting I would have preferred more time in the city to look around.

We just finished this tour . Yosi and Victoria were great. It is a really long bus ride so be prepared. I would have liked to have more free time at Niagara falls the second morning and skip Toronto and definitely skip the shopping mall in Toronto. I would recommend buying your souvenirs as you go. We were told unless you want something specific wait until the last day to shop at the duty free stop. I asked if they would have Niagara falls items and was told yes. The last day when we stopped to shop we were told we have to beat the rest of the busses across the border so you have 20 minutes. The store is crowded and the lines are long. I grabbed a few things and got in line. I don't know if they had Niagara falls items because I only saw a small part of the store.

We were a family of 3 and thought this tour was excellent. The falls were amazing. The tour guide Victoria was wonderful and made sure our bus was always ahead of the crowds. Accommodation was good and the tour which included Toronto and outlet shopping had plenty of interesting facts. The only downside was the toilet in the bus which for some reason is unable to be used-and caused drama on our tour. Get them to work or lock them please !!
