This trip was a good way to see a bit of downtown NY and a few sights in Brookyln. I thought we might make a few more stops and learn a bit more about the history of certain spots, but it was mainly just riding around and not having time to stop and take everything in. The ride is easy but the bridges are hard work - be prepared for the climb! If you're wanting to go for a scenic ride, this is a good trip, but if you want more of a guided tour with some stops for food or to take more photos, I'd choose a different tour.

Great bike tour! Our guide Ross was very knowledgeable.He went over all the safety instructions very carefully before we started.The bikes were in decent shape.He made sure our brakes,gears and tires were in order.For the most part we traveled on bike lanes and followed all the rules of the road,stopping at all red lights.We traveled through the lower east side into Chinatown and Soho.Over the Manhatten Bridge into Brooklyn.There we biked into the Dumbo community,Fulton Harbor and Brooklyn Heights.Ross stopped and gave us history of all neighborhoods.Then we came back to Manhatten over the Brooklyn Bridge into Battery Park and stopping at 911._br/_ I highly recommend the Brooklyn Bridge Bike Tour!

The bike tour took us through many areas we would not have seen on a bus tour, and it was refreshing to be outside getting the exercise. Although some of the biking was through congested vehicle and pedestrian areas, it was not too physically strenuous. While the tour was somewhat informational, it would have been much more interesting and beneficial to have a tour guide who was a native New Yorker rather than one who only lived there a couple years.

The Brooklyn Bridge Bike tour was great. Our guide Eddie was a wealth of information. There were frequent stops along the tour where Eddie shared information about the different areas, buildings and bridges. We also rode across the Manhattan bridge. You stop at the top to take in the views and take pictures and to catch your breath. I rode in the 5 borough bike tour in 2015 and you do not cross these bridges in that tour.

It was a great tour and a great ride. On a weekend it is extremely busy on the Brooklyn bridge with pedestrians and also other riders. Hundreds of people. I would recommend if you can taking the tour in a weekend day. It was hard to ride across the bridge with so many pedestrians ignoring the fact that there is a bike lane and end up blocking the bridge. The tour guide was very friendly and made it a great experience.

I think 10 people was too many. No checking we could use the bikes, or that helmets were ok. Ok it's difficult with such varied levels of ability. I hadn't cycled for 5 years and was so grateful for the lovely pregnant lady who kept me company at the back and to the genuinely kind Danish man who helped me in the latter stages he was a Tour de France rider! back markers often left behind missing crossings etc. A good scenic route and guide Joe provided interesting info but I wouldn't recommend if you aren't an experienced cyclist even if I did manage the Manhattan bridge!

This is an absolute must do in New York our tour guide Joe had a tremendous knowledge of all things New York he had every confidence in our group of 5 to cycle through the streets of New York taking in Wall Street before heading over the Manhattan Bridge stopping along the way for the best possible photo opportunities. We had a look around Brooklyn before heading back over Brooklyn Bridge we saw sights normal tourists don't get to see can't recommend highly enough. So so glad we did this

In amazing weather, our tour guide Joe D was excellent. He was informative and friendly and made sure we felt safe when riding our bikes on the streets of Manhattan and Brooklyn. As we stopped along the way, he told us accurate historical facts about the areas we were travelling through._br/_
We cycled along the East river, through Chinatown and then across the Manhattan Bridge. Joe kept a good pace for us all in the family. We then cycled through Brooklyn and along the East river where we could look back over to the Manhattan skyline. We saw the amazing iconic sight of the Brooklyn Bridge from Brooklyn, as seen in many films such as Once Upon a Time in America. Amazing!!_br/_
Cycling over the Brooklyn Bridge was fantastic, and we stopped in the middle to take pictures and take in the sights._br/_
Once back in Manhattan, we cycled through TriBeCa and Battery Park._br/_
I would thoroughly recommend this 3 hour bike tour to anyone who can ride a bike. I haven't been on one for a couple of years and managed fine, even going up the slopes to get onto the bridges!_br/_
Joe D is a great guide and I would definately do it again next time._br/_

What a fantasic way to see the city. Lovely ride with Ross our guide who stopped to give knowledgeable commentry on route. Mainly off road route on bike paths and the bits on road were quiet. Leisurely pace allowed for plenty of site seeing. Would deffo recommend doing the brooklyn tour too !

Our guide Joe was very knowledgeable. The only negative aspect was that I'm not sure this tour should be advertised as suitable for all levels of fitness as we were in the saddle for 3 hours and rode 12 miles!! I am not a regular cyclist so struggled slightly on the home strait!

This was without doubt, the best thing I did whilst visiting New York from the UK for a long weekend. Most annoying that when we arrived in New York I phoned only to find that the bike people had no record of our booking. I said we would be there on the day as we had booked . They said we could come along and told us they had no booking from the "office" and even on the day the guy still had no record lucky I had some paperwork. You would think he was doing us a favour. maybe they were just tired_br/_

This tour was excellent!!! The tour location was easy to find, the personnel went about the task of fitting our bicycles to the proper bodies. They required each person to wear a helmet and had a large selection to choose from, a good safety plus. From the start, our guide was caring in leading the way and seeing for everyones safety, stopping along the way to explain the sights.
