One of the most boring and annoying trips ever. The guy narrating the whole trip thought he was funny but wasnt and had no personality. People will take up more seats than they should because they are selfish and the staff doesnt care. They allow people to smoke outside and it goes everywhere, awful. If the tides dont cooperate, you may actually not go around the island, could just be halfway and then back same way - is that whats called complete? Some of the views along the way are nice but not nearly as good as one would hope. I bought this as a gift and we agreed we would never do this again. Try looking for a smaller, more intimate boat ride. They cruisers are met to pack people like theyre cattle. Would not recommend.

The tour was overbooked, so eventually, we were not able to use our pre-paid Viator voucher. All pre-paid voucher holders had to stand the general ticket cue estimate 1 h in order to get the boarding pass. It was no use of acquiring the voucher online. This wasn't that we expected. Very disappointed. Better avoid this kind of pre-paid vouchers.

Don’t waste your time pre-booking tickets!! You need to queue for over an hour (prebuying tickets is of no advantage) to finally get on the boat that is horribly overcrowded, and the tour guide is the most insatiable bore!! Maybe one of the shorter trips would’ve been a better idea.

Our family of four took the Circle Line Manhattan Cruise the day we arrived in New York. We all loved the cruise and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York. It was great to do this on our fist day as it gave us a good perspective of where everything is in NY. Also I must say John who did the narration was fabulous. The guide was great. He knew his history of the area and the locations as we sailed around the island. Boat was comfortable. We used the reserved section which was good but part of that was because of the air conditioning. Has the weather been more moderate being outside would have been preferable it was 90F the day we did the cruise. You are able to move around the boat which I did in order to get better viewing locations but did return to my seat to cool off.

This is a very good and detailed tour. Our tour guide did a great job. However, there are a few things that I would change about the tour including the food options and the service in the premier seating area. The food was sub par to say the least, and our server appeared to be over worked because she was the only one working in the premier section which happened to be full on the day we took the tour. My only two suggestions for future tours would be to include another server and to improve the quality of the food.

This was the perfect tour for someone who only had a one day in the city. We were there for Halloween, people in town for the marathon and the Mets final game of the world series. Lots going on that day. We chose this tour. Relaxing boat ride. Boat was full but did not mind. Took lots of photos. Good way to get a tour of the city when you are limited of time.

The boat ride was great as well as the staff. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of history although he was hard to hear at times. I would suggest to Viator a better sound system. I would also say DO NOT pay for premium tickets, the tickets that say you get priority seating and other benefits. We paid for the premium tickets and although our voucher we presented said we purchased premium tickets we received NO benefits. We don't know where the premium seats were located but our seats were good. We took the 10 am tour and did arrive by 9am like Viator suggested. We had to wait in line for our vouchers to get onto the boat even though we had printed the voucher when we purchased the tickets. In the end it was a good experience just would suggest DO NOT PURCHASE THE PREMIUM TICKETS.

What you print at home is not a ticket. You should anyway wait in the ticket line to get your tickets. Ohh Can't that barcode machine read the one on what i brought. The glasses were not cleaned. We were sitting indoor as this is winter and we have a baby with us.
