If you are visiting NYC for three or four days then the NY CityPass is a must. Looks expensive on the face it but once you have totted up all of the actual entrance fees that the pass covers then it is a no brainer, even if you do not get to use all of the vouchers.! Very easy to exchange the voucher upon arrival and no hassle when handing each voucher over at the various sites. Also found that the entrance voucher was nearly always pitched at the mid-tier entrance price so you got some of the little extras at say the museums that the cheaper tickets excluded.

Excellent value! Saves money plus City Pass uses under 17 as youth wereas sites often have a younger cutoff for youth prices. We were able to go to all 6 locations in NYC and use the Macy's coupon but we had 5 very busy days. Unlikely can take full advantage of the pass on long weekend.

This is a great way to see fabulous New York and not have to wait in the long line ups to see the attractions._br/_ We took the pass that included the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, Top of the Rock, Circle Line sightseeing tours, Museum of Natural History and of course the Empire State building. If you do these separately, you will pay more for the admissions and you will have to wait in line. Everything went smooth as silk, from the purchase of the CityPass, to getting the paperwork with easy instructions and getting the CityPass booklet. We used VIATOR in 2012 when we visited Las Vegas and that experience led us to use VIATOR for New York. Our next trip, wherever that may be, we will definitely use VIATOR.

Really good! We could see the most important things to see and do in New York using this pass, avoid lines. It was great.

Great value for money, not really any negatives about the pass, it's very user friendly. We did Top of the Rock, The Empire State, Liberty, 911 Memorial and Natural History. Paying for those individually would have cost us a fortune so go get you NYC pass.

Great way to see the city.

We have used this pass the last 2 years we visited NYC. It is a great bargain for the price but very heavily museum laden. We only have 2 days in the city and it is impossible to see everything in the booklet in that time. Still a good bargain.

These were so easy to use and well worth the money... we did everything except for the Art Museum and was so happy we'd got them. Would highly recommend.

An absolute must for the New York City traveler. I purchased this pass a few times but never visited the Metropolitan Museum of Art. I'm not sure it deserves its own required spot on the list, especially for first timers I would pair it with an either/or combo. Great value and easy to use. The one thing that was immensely frustrating is that you can't redeem the booklet without a printed copy of your pass purchase. Everything is digital these days, I should be able to redeem the pass using the generated barcode on my iPhone.

The New York City Pass was well worth the money, but you need at least 5 days to really enjoy it. We jammed all into 3 days and never stopped.

We printed out a document that said it was the New York City Pass and it was not. Totally a waste of time and useless. What a stressful experience and our trip was almost ruined by this company. As it was we did no sightseeing because of their lack of caring for the customer. We are seasoned travelers and this company is a joke.

Well worth the money. Only thing is this pass does not include transportation which we knew but that seemed to be a challenge!_br/_ Great way to see all the best of the best. No hassle at any of the places. Very well organized!

The best way to see New York City. I enjoyed the 911 Memorial Museum, and the Twilight boat ride around New York City. It was easy to use the vouchers in the book.

Good. Beat the que's. Used most of the tickets.
Review by: Deva V, September 2016
City Pass is a great value, even if you can and #39;t get to every attraction included. It did not cut down on our time in lines. At The Metropolitan Museum of Art, I was approached and assisted outside the line, but other places the line is the same as ticket buyers. However, lines move quickly in NYC!!

Review by: Lynn L, August 2016
Really enjoyed the Liberty Cruise - Chris was informative and funny. Lots of history learned on this trip and some great pics. 911 Memorial was an emotional roller coaster and very crowded but they did a great job. Empire State building had some amazing views. Have done it before but would go again. Top of the Rock was not my fav - very crowded, disorganized and the guides were kinda rude to other people while we were there. The Metropolitan Museum was amazing. The American History Museum was nice. This was a great value - I've told all my friends what a great deal the City Pass was. Bonus was no reservations were needed for the 911 Memorial.
