I couldn't be a driver in this busy city. I made my flight on time but the best tip that I got for this trip is even though they assign a time for pick up, you could always arrange for an early pick up and to keep traffic in mind when planning this. I sat next to a lady who complained the whole ride to the airport that she might miss her plane. The driver was patient and professional but I think she had to take responsibility also for being late during pick up. I'd rather take a shuttle and not stress on what subway train or bus to take.

the actual pick up and drop off at the airport was easy and smooth, however to arrange this you had to call first which with international charges cost over 30 as we were kept on hold 15 minutes and got cut off twice!

Pick up was a few minutes early but took us about an hour and 45 minutes to get to the airport, no fault of Supershuttle just shear volume of traffic. No issues and will use them again!

i contacted Supershuttle on nr. 12122583826 on Friday 3 June for confirmation. Reaction of Supershuttle: Who are You. We can't find the specification of your voucher. SO, I had to give the full data of my wife and me, as was specified on the vouchers I had got bij E.mail. How is this possible?_br/_ Is this the meaning of reconfirmation, as written in your Tour Instruction? This is a very bad service. For the rest, the driver was in a hurry, we gave him our Confirmation number bij my voucher. and we were at time at the airport. _br/_ That is my review_br/_ W.J.R.Stratman

It was really a bad experience. The driver arrived and the first thing he told me is that by contract I had to pay USD 1 per suit case. Then he called his management to complained that I had 22 suit cases, which was a lie. I requested a service for 6 passengers with 11 suit cases without the carry on. I actually had 13 suit cases with the carry on. The transfer operator called me and I explained the situation. Then he was driving really fast and was not in a good mood. Overall really a bad experience, I always give tip but is not right to requested that way when actually in the contract just say that the fair does not include tip.

I booked this service to help get me from my apartment to LGA. The suggested pick-up time was too close for comfort so I asked if they would pick me up earlier. This was no problem at all, they even let me pick my time. However, the shuttle arrived about 15 minutes after its anticipated arrival time and the driver wasn't exactly friendly. If I hadn't made the time earlier than suggested I would have been feeling pretty anxious, especially since it arrived late and we still had more stops to make. All in all, I would recommend the shuttle service because of its affordability and convenience.

When i made the reservation to Supershuttle, I mentioned clearly that I would use the voucher from Viator. But when i later check my credit card account, apparently Supershuttle did not accept your voucher and deducted the amount from me again!

AWFUL. Would have been cheaper and faster if we got a cab from the airport. Driver took 3 hours to get us to our apartment. Considering we were 25 minutes from La Guardia, it was othing short of painful. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This shuttle service was very good - except for the error with the address, they would have been on time and in the end were only about 5-10mins late. The driver was very helpful at the airport. I was on my own and had numerous bags and he offered to carry them into the terminal and helped locate a trolley for me. It was very much appreciated.

Not really a tour, it was just a shuttle service to the airport. A necessary one, but no big deal. The driver was on time, and good. I had never used or heard of Viator before, and I only used it, since a review I read recommended it. My only beef with the service, was that after I spent the time doing the online reservation, I still had to call the shuttle service directly, so it seemed that I should have just done that to begin with, but I was a rookie to the area. Next time I will just call them directly, and that will save me time. fine otherwise

Everything about booking, pickup and transport was without problems. An improvement can be made in allowing for electronic vouchers. The requirement to have a printed voucher is not easy to meet when you are travelling and I spent half a day going to the New York public library for this purpose only.
