We had fun but were a little disappointed in this tour. Save your money and do a little research and visit cool bars on your own. I think he could have picked much better places to visit. You would probably learn more from the bartender at each bar than we did from our guide.

Our pub crawl in Hell's Kitchen was exceptional! Dennis, our tour guide, is a native New Yorker. He was funny, unpretentious, and personable. We especially appreciated his knowledge of history and of the area. The tour began on time, moved at a good pace, and was unhurried. Our tour was the first night of our trip to New York it really helped us get our bearings. The 3 pubs and the beer were good, too! We had a fun evening with Dennis and the other 3 guests.

Derek is a very nice guy and he knew a lot, hence making it very much worthwhile. Walking Eastvillage by night is cool. He also led us to some 'secret' locations you wouldn't find if you are not a local. All in all a very interesting tour and I will do it again next time in NYC.

The trip was truly enhanced by David's (the tour guide) knowledge of the pubs we visited and his general world knowledge of history. David was an engaging host and I thoroughly enjoyed his company. I thought the tour was very good value for money and whilst on this occasion I did the East side pub crawl, I would certainly do the Devil's Kitchen and West side on my next visit to the Big Apple.

Highly recommend this tour. The tour guide was informative and took my husband and I to some wonderful spots we never would have went to on our own. This was our third trip to New York so we have done many tours, but nothing like this one. It was a refreshing change and the streets of The Village, that we visited many times during our days there, are even more charming at night. On our next trip to New York we will definitely book another pub crawl!

We purchased this tour before leaving home and on the saturday night arrived at White Horse Tavern at 7,00 pm and our guide Michael didn´t arrive until 8.00 pm having been delayed in traffic and rented a bicycle to get to Tavern.Our fellow tourists one young couple and mother and son arrived late as they also had traffic and taxi problems.That´s why you have to ride the subways in NYC just too much street traffic to use cabs or buses.

Michael J, our guide was super informative, friendly and a lovely soul too. This is not your traditional boozy, chug them down aussie pub crawl. Don't get me wrong, you get to drink everywhere you stop, but its sooooo much more than that. After walking this area (greenwich village) with Michael, I felt like we had a more personal level of insight into the village. He spoke also quite abit about the history of NYC AND the buildings, in the early days, which was fascinating. This is a man who clearly enjoys his jobs and loves sharing his city with others. He even escorted me to a pizza shop next door to the pub we had stopped at, so as I could grab a bit to eat before continueing on. Chivalry is not dead. Thanks Michale J for a fab night. We had an absolute blast during our NY Pub Crawl. Our fellow Pub Crawl buddies were a fun group of people and the host was very knowledgable and informative. Our Pub Crawl went into overtime and we were all out into the middle of the night. Definately well worth the money and one of the most fun nights we had in NY. Four of us were waiting and waiting for our guide until one of the participants managed to find a contact on this cell phone for the company. For awhile. it seemed to be a "no go" as the after hours number of the company was of no help--there was no one there!!_br/_

What a great night in Hell's Kitchen! Our wondeful tour guide, Debbie, was actually a little late due to some problems with NY traffic that day. Because of this, rather than just staying with us for three hours, she stayed with us until 1am! She was excellent- sharing stories and factual information about the area. Debbie seemed more lik a long lost friend than a tour guide! The pubs we went to were all pubs we would never have gone to without the tour. We had a lot of fun and I would recommend this tour.

We had a good night on the West Village Pub Crawl. We had a very hard-working tour-guide, Dennis, who worked hard getting to know everyone in the group as well as in trying to show us houses and buildings that he thought would be of interest to us whilst walking between the bars. The final bar was very fun! These tours really allow you to visit bars you would probably never go to if you weren't on the tour.

We had an amazing time, a NYC tour with our tourguide Dave. We were with another couple from Canada and the Quinns were a great laugh. Great time had by all, the first bar had free hot dogs and the second had heads rolling down the bar by Westies and the third, well we were a little drunk by the end of the third bar after the owner ( our guide's friend who welcomed us at the door ) bought us drinks all night after the tour Ended. Great night had by all and the Rangers won so was an amazing night ( I think lol )
