Discover the beauty and awesome power of Niagara Falls on a day trip from New York. You'll fly to Upstate New York, tour the falls on both the US and Canadian sides (don't forget your passport!), see all the sights, including a ride on a Niagara boat cruise or the Journey Behind the Falls. And at the end of an amazing day you'll take an evening flight back to New York.
After being collected from your Midtown Manhattan hotel, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Upstate New York (approximately one hour). On arrival, you will be met by your guide for the day to board the bus to Niagara Falls.
After lunch, it's time to board a Niagara Falls boat cruise for an up-close Niagara Falls experience. The 30-minute cruise takes you through the foaming waters to the base of the American Falls and the basin of Horseshoe Falls. You will get close enough to the falls to feel their cool mist on your skin.
The Niagara Falls boat cruises operate only in the warmer months, typically from May to October, so if you are traveling from November to April you may visit the Journey Behind the Falls instead. An elevator takes you behind the great sheet of Niagara Falls for a thunderous up-close view of Niagara Falls. Please note that Niagara Falls boat cruises may cease to operate earlier than October 31 depending on weather.
Due to the extreme popularity of this tour, a minimum 5-day advance booking is required. Please note: At time of booking you are required to provide each passenger's name and date of birth as it appears on their passport(s). You are also required to provide your hotel details so that the supplier can schedule your pickup. Failure to include this information will result in your reservation not being completed. Any name change after confirmation, will incur an amendment fee by the supplier directly.

This was breathtaking ......on one of the coldest days Niagara Falls had seen for some time, the falls were frozen when we visited in December winter_br/_ The tour was very well arranged when you consider catching planes and buses were required to get us to the falls and back again_br/_ It was a long day, our hotel pick up was 5:45am and we were back at the hotel at about 9:00pm, but well worth it

This was breathtaking...we visited Niagara Falls on one of the coldest days it has seen for some time._br/_ The tour was arranged very very well, when you consider the transport involved planes and buses, and hotels etc._br/_ Our day started at 5:45am and we got back to the hotel that night at about 9:00pm, so a very long day but very worth it._br/_ This is just one of those things that you just HAVE to do.

This tour overall was great, it had snowed overnight so there was fresh white snow everywhere and it looked beautiful!_br/_ Some recommendations, would be nice to get a mock itinerary of whats going to happen on the day, you kind of go into it blind with only a pick up time, nothing else. Why did we stop at a souvenir shop for 25 minutes, would of been better to have more time at the falls._br/_ The view from lunch was great, food was ok. Tour guide Edwardo was good, very knowledgeable and didn't leave anyone behind even if they were running 25mins late from the time he told us to meet. Our plane was delayed 4h on the way back to NYC but that wasn't the tours fault, just bad weather in NYC._br/_ Definitely recommend if you are short on time and want to see Niagara falls. We would of stayed overnight in Niagara if we did it again.

Our trip to Niagara was very disappointing. After lunch we were informed our flight back to NYC had been cancelled and we would be bussed back. Guiseppe our tour guide told us it woulde be a 4-5 hour trip in a brand new bus and that James our driver would be dropping us off where we were picked up. The toilet on the bus did not work James stopped at a rest area and started leaving without 2 of his passengers. The bus trip was over 7 hours and not once did James offer to stop for food We got back to NYC after 11PM and James made us get off the bus 30 blocks from our location in the pouring rain. We were also told getting bussed back is a common occurence. There was four of us on this trip and we paid alot of money for round trip airfare. Definately feel we were ripped off and lied to.

Wouldn't change anything on the tour. Everything is included. The trip is expensive and a long day - but the visit doesn't necessitate staying overnight so day return to New York suited us. Make sure you finish off the day with buffalo wings at Buffalo airport - delicious!

The tour was a great idea but chaotic, poor communication by guide and stressful. This was probably an off day but so much went sideways it's hard to believe our guide had 25 years experience. We had one couple not get on the plane from NYC to Buffalo 20 minutes spent searching for them, a family of 3 left at the Canadian lunch buffet 20 minutes spent looking for them, then bus went back for them, a non-US citizen held at US boarder until she proved she wasn't the person on the watch list 1 HOUR spent on hot bus, no AC provided, no explanation until woman boarded bus another couple booked a helicopter tour not part of this tour and tour guide wanted us to wait for them. We were 2 hours behind schedule and all of us were stressed about missing our flight. The tour guide proceeded to ask us for tips saying he is paid less based on the expectation of tips. I have glossed over the entire story but long story short, the Canadian side of the falls viewing was fantastic. The question is, should non-US citizens go on this tour to Canada? I feel the guide was a very poor communicator and did not have control of the tour.

Amazing trip. Saw far more than we expected. Drivers in NYC and Buffalo very good. Eduardo excellent tour guide. Excellent buffet lunch and plenty of choice. Only down side which was due to border control to get back into USA. We were kept waiting so long that we nearly missed out flight! This was not down to the driver or guide who had allowed plenty of time.

Niagara is amazing and definitely worth the trip, but this tour was disappointing. The van we were picked up in was quite uncomfortable and the driving was very aggressive, which made that even worse. All the travelers in our group were checked in to the flight in random seats, so no one got to sit with their travelling partner.

The tour was very good. The pick ups, flights and tour of the Falls are all very well organised. The all-you-can-eat buffet at the Sheraton has a great view of the falls but the food is average. The tour guide is very helpful and there are plenty of chances to get a picture of the Falls!

This was a fantastic trip!!! I'm not giving 5 stars for three reasons. 1. The bus broke down and we had to wait for an hour to get a replacement. I know theses things happen but it was still frustrating. Our guide was very professional about it and said we would not miss anything on our tour. I believe this was true , but somewhere something had to be cut time wise and I'd guess it was time we would normally have to look around shops. 2. The very miss behaved 2 young boys whose parents or possibly grandparents were not in control of. Running into people and pushing there way through. I relies this is not the tours fault but it did effect the tour. 3. Also not the tour companies fault but our flight back to NYC was very late weather related so they say. Made for an incredibly long day!!! We were picked up at 5:00am and dropped back off at 12:00am. The tour itself is worth every penny!!! You see every angle possible.

Niagara falls are awesome...the full-day trip was a bit tiring as we were picked up at 5.00am and got back to hotel by 22.00 but that's the price to pay if you have only one day to go to Niagara falls. Organisation was perfect. The flight is operated by a low cost company from JFK to Buffalo airport about 50-60 min flight.

This has been a great trip for our family with two kids! Extremely well organised Martha who brought us around was lovely, we saw fantastic views from both the American and the Canadian side and had a wonderful lunch. The trip was a bit tiring and full of stuff. Probably what I would change don't know if it is possible is the boat ride timing. It was an incredible experience but would have been a lot better if done after viewing the waterfalls and realising where we were going. Instead we have been thrown on the boat just arrived and I personally didn't really live the experience fully.

A first class trip. We were picked up from a central hotel and driven to JFK airport. A very early start but that was good as the traffic was not so heavy. Upon arriving at Buffalo we were met by Martha who was our Guide and bus driver for the day. She was amazing full of information and soooo helpful. She took us to all the interesting spots and then we stopped at the Canadian side of the falls. We had an amazing buffet lunch sat by a full length glass window looking right over the Falls. As it was in March we could not ride the Maid of the Mist but we did get to go behind the falls. We then went back to the American side and looked at the falls from that side. Martha then drove us back to Buffalo for our flight. Unfortunately, do to terrible weather at JFK our flight was delayed by several hours and we did not get back to JFK until 11.30 p.m. We did wonder whether our pick up would be there but he was and he drove us back to our hotel and not where we were picked up we were very appreciative of.

My daughter and I booked this day trip as part of our Christmas holiday in New York. We travelled on the 27th December 2016._br/_ It was a very long day pick up at our hotel was 4am and got dropped off again approx. 9.30pm but the whole experience was amazing._br/_ We were collected from Buffalo airport by our driver and guide Giuseppe who was lovely and very knowledgeable._br/_ We went under the Horseshoe Falls into the tunnels and the noise of the water and the views were simply incredible, be prepared to_br/_ get wet! There was snow when we were there so it was extra beautiful._br/_ We had the most wonderful lunch at the Sheraton hotel it was buffet style with so much choice we could have stayed there all afternoon The dining area was up high with excellent views of the falls and a balcony that you could take more photos from if you were brave enough to go outside. Visited the Niagara State Park too and also the viewing platform beside the American Falls.

An amazing day from start to finish! I will give a brief summary of what happened that day as I wasn't too sure what to expect when I booked this. Picked up by a friendly driver from our hotel in New York and taken to the airport. After the flight to Buffalo, which only took about 1 hour, we were met by a lovely tour guide and driver called Giuseppe who took us to Niagara falls on the Canada side first. We spent a few hours in Canada and had great views of the falls from lots of different angles, and even stopped off in different places to look at other things that surrounded the falls, like the worlds largest hydro power station and the cable cart over the whirlpool. Got to go behind the falls too in tunnels and had a great view of the vast water that comes down. Had a buffet lunch at a really nice restaurant which gave you a great view of the falls while you ate. Went back to America afterwards and had another view of the falls before going back to the airport and been picked up and taken back to our hotel. Our day started at 4am early start but you get the most out of your day and it finished at around 7pm. A very busy but exciting day and I feel was the best part of our week's holiday in New York! The tour guide, Giuseppe, was really fantastic too, very friendly and approachable and gave you lots of different information about Niagara falls and what surrouns it. Excellent day, would recommend this to everyone!

It would have been perfect if it wasn't for the flight delay on the way out. It would have been better if we had missed the visit to the additional gift shop and spent more time at the awesome falls when this happens as we felt we didn't have enough time at the falls and there is a nice gift shop there anyway if you want to purchase some gifts/keepsakes

It was a marvellous day seeing one of the great natural wonders of the world. Tour guide Giuseppe was brilliant and knowledgeable. He took us to the places for the best views of the Falls. It was a very long day having got up at 6 in the morning and not getting back until midnight. Only slight quibble was that the pick up in the morning was 30 mins late and only called after I had phoned. I had thought no-one was coming. But after that it turned out very well and was pretty well organised from then on.

Far too little time for the main thing - NIAGARA - always hurry and photos almost running. But far too much time for everything else, etc power stations - could not be less interesting... Driver did not even ask, if we would like to spend more time in Niagara falls area. Driver made jokes about disabilities - not funny at all... my wife was just in wheelchair. Not worth of money.

The flight to Buffalo NY was quick and once we arrived, we were greeted by our guide Giuseppe. He was fantastic! So knowledgeable and friendly. Niagara Falls was fantastic and we visited both the American and Canadian sides. My personal favorite was the Canadian side and I was glad that we spent the majority of our time there. Lunch at the Sheraton was delicious and provided beautiful views of the falls. It was an unforgettable day and I would highly recommend this tour.
