Excellent tour james rhe guide was very knowledgeable. The brown houses manhatton area was beautiful. We got to see lots of areas we would never have found. James took photos of us and talkedna lot about the areas. It was a great way to see newyork.

This was an amazing experience for my family. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to switch the date of our tour with only 48 hours notice and the company graciously accommodated our change in plans. Eddie, our limo driver, was amazing. Our guide on this tour, Laurie, was great. She was full of information, and really enthusiastic. And it was a great way to see the city. My only quibble is that the limo windows were tinted meaning that until you got out of the limo, you got a slightly darkened view of things.

This was so worth doing! Tony was a fantastic guide who was great fun too! We saw loads, got the chance to take lots of pictures and found out loads of useful stuff. The limo passenger side door was broken so we had to exit on the driver side door toward traffic side, not safe at all especially with a child and a pregnant woman. The tour guide was ok and we learned things we wouldn't had on our own. But, for the money paid 1K could had better service elsewhere especially the limo vehicle.

Our party of four booked this trip as a birthday celebration, the day before we were contacted and asked if we would change to a different type of vehicle, we said no and explained that we specifically wanted a limo, when we got back to the hotel I was asked to ring the limo company who told me they didn't have a limo available for the afternoon and could we swap to the morning, we really had no choice, it was that or nothing but it was really disappointing as we had booked and paid months in advance. I have contacted Viator regarding this but two weeks on they have not had the courtesy to reply to me. The tour itself was very interesting and the guide was lovely but we couldn't go to quite a few places we wanted to because the UN was in town and half the city was closed off. I imagine that was also why there where no limos available!

This is an experience worth doing in New York, though i would recommend to do it by night. _br/_
Even though the driver arrived 30 minutes late, we enjoyed the trip and the driver drove everywhere we wanted him to. However, we were expecting some information on NYC and the main touristic buildings from the driver, but he did not speak to us at all. We were looking forward to have a guided tour as someone from Viator tried to find us someone speaking French.

This tour was great because it was personalized for us. With 2 children, 6 and 8, we wanted to see many things, but quickly and without a lot of walking. We had a glass topped SUV so all the buildings could be seen well. We enjoyed the Chrysler building, but more importantly, having the limo waiting outside for us. A great way to see New York.

This was a nice relaxing evening with our tour guide from Wales. He took us to many parks, Wall street and World trade Center site. We had a list of must see's and we went to all of them and got a very educational experience for kids as well. He would pull over if we saw something we wanted to see. Great trip!!!

Our booking was handled very well through Viator. The limo turned up on time, and the driver was very courteous. Unfortunately the tour guide was ill and it was apparently too late to organise another guide, so she soldiered through the tour, but after throwing up consistantly through the tour, she had to call it a day and leave. Although I do feel sorry for her illness, I do feel very shortchanged for our "3 hour" tour as she did leave the tour earlier than the 3 hours, and again although she valiantly tried to do her best, I feel if she was in good health it would have been so much better.

We had two, because the first time we had a dreadful limo (leaked inside!!) and driver (sped past the things we hope to see!). Annie the guide was great. Second time, we had Isaac and his Cadillac- much better. Really good at tailoring the tour to your interests. Highly recommend:)

Michael, our driver, manouvered the streets and traffic dropping us off and picking us up without any concerns. Unfortunately for us the weather was bad, meaning it was raining. This meant we had to keep the blacked out windows closed and could not see a great deal. I guess the open top coupe tour in the summer would be much better. Tour guide and driver very friendly, knowledgeable, and good company. Expensive for what it was but then I did book the entire limo for 2. I guess I'd give it 4 stars if we'd had the windows down.

This was well worth the money. We loved it, and our guide was brilliant. We learned so much about New York that we would not have done if we were just trying to find our own way around. Everyone loved this. We all felt so special. The driver was excellent. The guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The tour guide adapted the tour to our needs incredibly well. We saw the usual sights plus many which are not often seen. Explanations and history were constantly given.

Excellent and is worth going as you get to go inside to places which are not advised on the trip when booking. Did not like it when members of the public took photos of the limo when we were inside as this was our time and think the driver should have stopped this. The tour guide person was very clear and took us to a great hot dog place and was very easy to understand. Did feel like they expected a tip when this is already included in the price and this trip is not cheap but did buy the guide a hot dog and offered to buy a drink and an ice cream and the tour guide was late and we didn't meet him at our hotel which was fine and we picked him up on the way.
