One of my son's favorite thing, he really liked the Marel 4D and the wax figures. The wax hand was also a good experiance. I wish the building was a little better organized, some areas seemed like working conditions or could be better maintained. Otherwise a really good time.

At first, employees were not going to allow us to redeem the entire experience we paid for because they said it was a promotion that was over. One nice employee promised he would check with management, who allowed us to complete the entire experience described in our Viator voucher, and we had a wonderful time. All it takes is for one employee to go that extra step to check and help solve a customer issue. Thank goodness this nice young man did just that! We especially enjoyed the 4-D Ghostbusters' experience!

The best thing about this trip was that I booked it via here!_br/_ The queue was at least 1 1/2 hours deep and I remembered that I and #39;d seen the trip on here so I quickly searched and booked it. It was cheaper than the walk up price a d they let us straight in!

A must see if you haven't visited a Madame Tussaud's around the world. I preferred London one however the other 3 in our group had not been. The disappointing spareas were that the photographer was not set up at each station to take photos of our group. The queue for the wax hand was horrendous over an hour wait - not good for the kids._br/_ All in all not a bad experience.

This was fun. We did the complete package. We got to see from top to bottom plus did the wax hand. That part was pretty amazing on how the process work.
