There's no such thing as skip-the-line at JFK for the Super Shuttle. We went to the pick-up point for the Super Shuttle and told we had to go stand in line. After 15 minutes in line, and showing our reservation to the Port Authority transit worker, she explained that there is no skip-the-line and talking to a driver doesn't count. Then she gave us a number for our Super Shuttle and then told us to wait to be called. We waited 25 minutes for our Super Shuttle the third called after getting thru the line. We were 5 minutes late arriving at our accommodations, which cost us a 50 late arrival fee. This was a complete waste of money - we would have been no better off just getting the shuttle when we arrived to JFK, and would have been far better off just taking the NY Subway, in both time and money.

Viator need to change writing to make sure you print voucher and not use mobile, nightmare when using mobile, got it sorted in the end but needs to be a little easier on pick up. _br/_ Would use again but will print voucher before leaving home if going to another country.

Good service had a wait of approx 15 minutes then set off. Driver had some issues finding hotel at first but soon sorted out and was very helpful with luggage,etc. Would use again and recommend.

The transfer was okay but there was absolutely NO skip the line. I had to wait in line to get on the list for the next shuttle and then I had to wait for the shuttle, so I don't understand what is the skip-the line thing....

Thought I had booked transport to private residence but ended up going around the city to 3-4 hotels before we were dropped off. Took along time. One of our party left his passport on the van and it was returned to him the next morning by our driver. He did not know he had lost it. That is outstanding service by the driver.

Desk is easy to find, desk staff disinterested and in no rush to help. Told bus would be at least a 30 min wait. No place to sit as already crowded with others waiting. Free for all when drivers turned up. Driver was friendly, but we had to go via another terminal to drop off a lost bag. All in all not a great experience and it took a lot longer to get to the hotel than we expected. I would not use this service again. JFK airport is awful.

Whilst convenient transport, I didn't find this trip all that comfortable. Driver wasn't very friendly, temperature in van wasn't comfortable anfpd vent was broken to be able to adjust. Very erratic driving however after a few days in NY found that's pretty normal.

Used phones in the airport to arrange pick up which they said would be 25 minute wait, after 40 I called again and they said it was on its way, I then called again and they said they did not have my booking. a further 10 minutes a shuttle arrived

No dramas with the the shuttle service but the instructions emailed to us clearly say that you can present your e-ticket on your mobile device rather than the printed ticket. This is not the case and we were nearly denied our ride. Stress we didn't need after a 34yr transit late at night.
